    Dear Experts,
I have 4 company codes in my controlling area. I did all CO-PA configuration. But CO-PA Document is generated in Only one company code. Remaining company codes CO-PA document is not created while doing the sale order cycle
I’ve carried a standard sales cycle that contains sales order (VA01),
and (VF04,VF02). System should generate 4
    documents as follows
    1) FI Document
    2) CO Document
    3) Profit Center Accounting Document
    4) COPA Document
But in my case for 3 company codes only 3 documents are generated instead of CO-PA. But for one company code 4 documents are generated.
In my case i did all settings Operation concern level and assign to controlling area. I can,t Understood why system is generating CO-PA document for Only one company
Please suggest me where i miss the settings..

  • Conditions Tab should not be displayed in the sales order.

    Dear Gurus,
My client wants to hide the conditions tab (header & item) in the sales order while in display mode.
Because his dealers should be in a position to see the pricing strucutre.
Pl guide me how to do this with transaction variant.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sreehari

You can create a transaction variant for VA03 and hide the tabs using SHD0.  You can also assign it to a separate transaction code if it meets your requirements.

  • VPRS cond type is not appearing after creating a sales order

    Dear Friends,
I have copied pricing procedure from Std pric procedure i.e from RVAA01.
In Material master in Accounting 1the following things are maintained,
    Valuation Class--7920 ( Finished products)
VC Sales Order Stock--7920 ( Finished products)
Pricing Control-V ( Moving average Price/Periodic unit price)
    Standard Price--- Blank
    Price Unit--1
    Total stock--100
In Pricing procedure VPrS cond type is included and settings are as follow,
    Statistics---Relevant
Subtotal-- B ( carry over value to KOMP-WAVWR (cost))
    Requirement--4
Item Catg is TAN and in Business data it is relevant for Determine Cost.
Activated cost determination for item categ TAN
But when I am creating sales order VPRS cond type is not appearing.
    Analysis is saying
The requirement 004 is assigned to this condition in the pricing procedure. This requirement was not met and so the condition was excluded from further processing.
Can anybody tell me where I am going wrong?
    Regards,
    Shrikant

    Hi Friends,
Thanks for your reply as per your instruction I have maintained cond type and also in Pric procedure I removed 4 from Requirement column.
Now I am getting following error,
    Diagnosis
This condition has not been determined using condition records. The amount or value should be determined from another data source. For cost (condition category 'G') it is read using conditions from the material valuation segment, for a cash discount condition it is read using conditions from the terms of payment table.
In this transaction an error occurs - the material valuation segment or the terms of payment table could not be read or a currency translation has failed.
    System Response
The condition has been provided with the deactivated indicator 'X'.
    Procedure
Refer to the messages in the status line of the condition overview screen.

  • Material is changing automatically in the sales order at the time of replac

    Hi experts
In a sales order I am changing the 100054447 with material 100054445 after changing the material to 100054445 it is taking me to availability check with 100054447 instead of 100054445 and changing at the item level also I want to know why
    Please help me with this?
    Thanks
    In advance

    Hi
So, the problem is only with one material. Though you are changing the material, the system is not allowing to change. If yes, then try to change that material with another material(other than the earlier one).
Are you creating this order with reference to any contract or quotation?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Condition value of JMOD not appearing in the sales order.

    Hi all,
Im encountering a peculiar situation where the conditon value of JMOD is not showing up in the sales order..It is however showing the tax rate.. Pls suggest.
    thanks and regards
    Joe

    Hi joseph
some soution for you I googled for you
one example like yours i am just copying and providing info for you i dont know whether i can copy link or not here
    here is the solution
I'm using TAXINJ procedure with JFACT as the pricing procedure for sales.
Here, I've maintained in FTXP, for IN00 and taxcode V1(new one defined),
taxes as desired and JMOD = 16%, AED as 2%.
But these values are not getting picked up in the pricing in sales order.
I'm keeping UTXJ correctly. I tried with % of UTXJ with 100%.
In the pricing analysis, I see that the condition record for JMOD is found correctly with 16%.
But it appears in the condition items as 0%
    solution:
Check whether you have maintained the tax classification in material master and also check whether u have defined the same tax classification in VK11 for UTXJ, where u assign the Tax code.
Also check for customer tax classification. And check what you have maintained in J1ID. System will first search for values from J1ID, and then in FTXP.
And have you a sales pricing condition like JEX2 which is a copy of JMOD ? The value of JEX2 gets posted for Excise account key. This ensures that the cost accounting of excise value paid is done correctly - account key EX2.
I'm maintaining TAX classifications correctly in the material master, customer master and final tax classification for plant also is set correctly.
As I told, JIN1, JIN2, JIN4,JIN5 are picked up correctly and calculated. Problem is only for Excise.
And these values are getting copied initially, before I put PR00 manually.
Once I put PR00, all the conditions are set to zero back
Then after entering the price manually, u do the update pricing in Conditions View.
See, I have not altered any thing in the standard JFACT procedure. That means sales condition is there for JMOD to enable account posting..
Now, I've changed Tax category in OVK1, and put UTXJ alone there and now, JMOD is getting picked up and is calculating the value..
But note that I've maintained 10% as JMOD in FTXP.. and 8% in the J1ID excise rate maintenance for chapter ID.
Can I do away with Excise rate maintenance for chapter ID. So that I will get the % maintained in the FTXP..
did the tax code pick up correctly... did u maintain the chapter Id and excise rate fro teh chapter ID
    I could solve the proble..
In the excise group assigned to the plant, I had to check on the indicators, SED and AED.
    Hope its clear your issue.
    Regards,
    Krishna.

  • Can not edit the sales order draft

    Hi All,
we are using SAP 2005 B PL 44. we are not able to edit the sales order in the approval stage once it is approved or even not approved. for e.g. if the user sends a sales order to the higher level for approval but the higher level wants some modifications in the sales order to be done by the user and so approval request is rejected by the approver. now when the user opens the draft to change it, no row at sales order detail is editable. please let us know if there is some problem with the Patch.

  • Condition populated twice in the item conditions in the sales order

    Hi,
We are creating the sales order through .csv flat file. The program calls the relevant BAPI which creates the sales order. It also fills the amount from the file for the manual condition type YNET in the pricing procedure. YNET is defaulted automatically in the sales order. But maintaining value is not mandatory.
The problem is in sales order, YNET is displayed twice in the item conditions.
One YNET with no value and another YNET with value which we passed through file.
Any suggestions how we can get only one YNET in the item conditions in the sales order or how the value from our file can be added against the YNET in the pricing procedure with showing another YNET in the item conditions in the sales order
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Ramakrishnan,
Thanks for your reply. Its a manual condition type. No condition records maintained.
    Thanks,

  • How to automatically block a sales order once it is created?

    Hi,
We have a requirement to automatically block any sales order that is created and start a workflow for approval process and only after the approval is completed does this block go away.
We are planning to create the custom block for this. Also we have a product for the workflow process and approval.
We are looking to see if there is any configuration that we can set to automatically block the sales order. At the end of the workflow we can release the block programatically.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
    Regards
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi,
You can create a custom block and assign it to the sales order type using the transaction VOV8 (Maintain Sales Order Types) so that whenever the order is created a block will be assigned automatically. Please note that there are many documentations already available in this topic and so it should be quite easy for you to google the procedure.
In case of any specific requirement or issue in the process please revert back.

  • Promotion number in the sales order for free goods promotion.

    Hi,
I have a business scenario in which "Sales Orders are created" for the customers in SAP IS Retail System.(This is for helpdesk ordering). In most of the occasions, free goods promotion would be running. The free goods promotions(exclusive) are maintained using promotion module in IS Retail system(condition type NA00). In this situation, the promotion number is not getting populated in the sales order automatically. Is there any specific configuration required or any BADI needs to be activated?
Note: Free goods item is getting generated automatically in the sales order with item category TANN.
    Can any one advice pls.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Selvakumar

    Hi selva

  • Re: Printing Cancelled line items in the sales order on the packing slip

    Hi gurus,
Currently we have a unique requirement in our company. Our wholesale customers send the Purchase order to us via EDI. Now saw they have requested an order containing 10 materials out of which we can fulfill only 8. the other 2 due to some reasons cannot be fulfilled.
So the business wants to keep the other 2 line items to be entered in the sales order with a cancelled status.
Now correct me if I am wrong, only the confirmed line items will be copied from a sales order to a delivery document. So thats the reason why these cancelled line items cannot be printed on the packing slip.
However somehow the business wants the packing slip tp have the 2 line items printed on it with the reason of not being delivered. this is to facilitate the customer to know why those items couln't be fulfilled by our company. Now we cannot use a manual work-around of letting the customer know about the impossibility of not fulfilling the other 2 items as there are a lot of orders that come thru EDI per day.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this requirement asap.
    Thanks in advance
    Vinit

    Hi Vinit,
This requirement makes a lot of sense, that is to be able to inform your customer that some item(s) of the sales order could not be delivered, not even partially.
A possible solution would be to allow for zero quantity in the delivery item (check customizing and mark "zero quantity allowed" in the item category).
Then in the packing split, it would be easy to print the delivered quantity (0) and the sales order quantity (whatever it was), because you have the "null" item available in the delivery.
Personally I am not found of having have delivery items with zero quantity, but they are useful in that case, and they can also be useful to automatically "close" the sales order item (instead of having to do it manually if the goods can't be served).
Note: Usually in Consumer Goods, if you can't serve part of a sales order to a customer, you have to close it, because the Retailer's next Sales Order will include the remaining quantity.
    Hope it helps.

  • Need Profit centre field as mandatory field in the sales order

    Dear All,
Normally Profit center data maintained in the material master, same data will get coipied to the sales order while creating sales order in VA01 transaction.
My requirement is if profit center data is not maintained/available in the sales order system should give the error message
For this I need Profit center field as mandatory field in the sales order(VA01).
Can you please give possibilities ASAP.
Give the SHD0 maintenance step by step.
    Regards,
    Murali.

    Hi Murali
I beleive that you are talking about the Profit centre field not maintined in sales order hence not picked in delivery and billing and there is an FI posting error  (GL account error) because of that
Profit centre is maintained in MMR and the same flows thro the sales cycle and i am quite sure if maintained in MMR it will be picked automatically and no need to make it mandatory in sales order( as the purpose is already solved)
But there is no standard option in SAP like (even if Account assignment category of the material is not maintained in MMR it can be given in VF02 and the document can be released for accounting) to give the Profit centre in the billing and release the same
Profit centre field field is picked from masters and flows in the entire flow and that field is greyed out (like no option of inserting it inbetween)
As told by others incompletion log in sales doc type will take care for future orders and for the already created orders the standard option is cancel billing, reverse delivery and open the sales order and give   Profit centre field and process it (if only a few orders are there)
But if the already created orders are many then from the FI Area  you need to go for development ( we also faced this issue as profit center not maintained in MMRs and hence accounting got hit and there were tons of billing docs and our FI consultant made some development to open it and solve it) FI consultant should be able to do this for already created orders
Instead of making Profit centre field as mandatory field in the sales order better make it a mandatory entry in MMR
    Regards
    Raja
