Payment info issue

So everytime I try to download an app, free or paid, I keep getting asked to verify my payment information. But all the information is correct and I downloaded some stuff yesterday and had no issues until now. And when I hit done, it says to contact itunes support. Which does not help me at all... Anyone have a remedy for this?

  • ITunes and App store payment info verification issues

    So I'm trying to download apps or music straight to my new upgraded iphone 3GS with the 4.0 software and it refuses to verify regardless of the fact I've entered the correct security code for the card. It says the information does not match my banks info and won't process. I've updated and reissued one click payment info on my apple ID and it refuses to process. I've purchased other items online with other websites without an issue using the card information and security code so I don't feel its the banks or the cards fault.
    What can be done?

  • ITunes is asking for payment info for a child's AppleID

    All iPads have been updated to OS8. Desktop is waiting for Yosemite. My child (age10) has had an Apple ID for many years with a false birthday. I am trying to get Family Share to work correctly and turn on Ask to Buy.  My child is the only member of my Family Share
    After browsing support posts, I retroactively changed the date to the youngest possible (age 13) as many other parents have done.  Before the Family Share existed, I used to split the AppleID on my child's iPad so that I could share content. Many years ago, when I set up my child's personal AppleID, I set up her iPad with iCloud using her AppleID, and iTunes using mine so that purchases had to be approved and my AppleID could maintain all the kid-friendly content I'd been purchasing for years.  When I first set up family sharing, I forgot that iTunes will was using my Apple ID, so when I tried to turn on "Ask to Buy" I got a message saying 
    "Cannot Enable Ask to Buy"
    Adin is sharing purchases from an
    account also used by another family
    member. Ask to Buy can be enabled
    only on accounts that are not shared.
    So I logged out of iTunes on my child's iPad and used her AppleID instead. But then iTunes wanted credit card info for purchases, so obviously iTunes does not recognize that she is a child in my Family Share plan. I can't troubleshoot the problem on my Mac because Yosemite isn't available yet. I opted to leave my child's AppleID logged into iTunes, on her iPad, without payment info. I still get the same message when I try to turn on Ask to Buy for my child from my iPad.
    HELP!

    Run System Profiler.  Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac", then "More Info..."
    Check under both Applications and Frameworks for Quicktime.  Applications are the actual Player application itself.  I believe Frameworks is the underlying system software support.  If you see something different there it might be that about which iTunes is complaining.  On my computer both say the same, but I'm not having the issue.
    I'm guessing here but if you re-installed the system using Archive and Install,  your applications were left intact and that's why your Player is 7.7, but all your system software (includingQT framework) was replaced with earlier versions which may be why the you're seeing different versions.  iTunes doesn't need the Player, but it does need the underlying QT software.

  • How do I get iCloud settings to accept new payment info?

    Last evening at 6:54 I received this notification:
    On 09/30/2014, we attempted to charge your account for your 20 GB iCloud storage plan, but there is still a problem with your payment information.
    "No problem," I said to myself, "that's the card we just cancelled. I'll put a new one in tomorrow.
    This morning I discovered that at 1:54am, 7 hours later and in the middle of the night, this came in:
    We were unable to successfully bill your payment method. As a result, your 20 GB storage plan has been cancelled effective today and we will no longer bill your payment method.
    As aggravating as that is, what's worse is that when I go to iPhone Settings | iCloud | Account | Payment it shows my credit card information but won't allow me to change it.
    Anyone have any idea what's going on? I suspect it has something to do with the new iCloud Drive service and Yosemite/iOS8 sync, but....
    UPDATE: Managed to update card by going to iTunes | Quick Links | Account and iPhone now shows correct card. But it still won't allow any changes from that iPhone, contrary to instructions at iCloud: View or change your iCloud payment information

    Went through a similar iteration of this this morning. Was in the hospital when the email came out saying there was a payment problem. Found out this AM when I looked in my email and saw the cancellation of my 20GB account. Changed the payment info, bought the 20 GB plan...and after a couple of "chats" and phone calls to half-dozen people, was told that the change to 25GB plan was a promotion and since I didn't make it (payment issue), too bad. So.... guess I'm out 5GB. Too bad there wasn't something between the 20GB and the 200GB plans. A.r.g.h.h.h.

    what is the difference between ap_invoice_payments_all, ap_checks_all. I have gone through ETRM and mentioned as follows
    ap_checks_all
    This tables holds data related to the payments issued to suppliers from Payments Workbench and Payments Manager(IBY)
    ap_invoice_payments_all
    This table holds all invoice payments made to the suppliers. This table corresponds to the ¿Payments¿ tab of the Invoice Workbench.
    my doubt is both tables are storing supplier payment info. Not sure what exactly the difference. I though ap_checks_all stores only AP checks information. But it mentioned in ETRM that it sores EFT etc invoice details also.
    Can anyone explain in details please....

    You can sign out from the creative cloud desktop app and  quit Creative cloud Desktop App.
    Then please navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local and locate OOBE folder and delete it. (Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 computer)
    Navigate to MacHD/User/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Locate OOBE folder and delete it. (Mac OS)
    Then launch Creative cloud Desktop app and sign in, once you logged in, please try launching Photohop and check if you are getting same error or able to launch and use Photoshop.
    Please respond on this thread if any issue.

  • Can't verify payment info (endless

    I'm trying to purchase apps on my iPhone 6+, but keep getting the "payment info" verification popup. When I tap it, I'm prompted to type in my Apple ID password. I enter the password, but the app keeps requesting it over and over and over. There's no way for me to get past the verification, because I can't get to the actual confirmation screen.
    Ive tried the following steps to diagnose/fix the issue:
    - Hard restart of phone (after manually quitting all apps).
    - Signing out of all Apple ID accounts on the phone (Game Center, iCloud, iTunes) and signing back in (with various hard restarts in between each one).
    - Downloading free apps (this works fine with just TouchID).
    To see if the problem was account related, I purchased an app on my iPhone 5s (tied to the same account). The purchase was fine, and the app actually turned up on the iPhone 6 immediately afterward (thanks to the auto download feature).
    So my account is fine, my password is fine, I can buy and download apps on my 5s and through iTunes on my Mac. I just can't do it on the 6+.
    Has anyone encountered this annoying bug and, if so, were you able to find a fix?

  • Payment info displayed twice in payment medium (DMEE)

    Hi Experts,
    I have an issue where for a particular comapny code XYZ there are two payment info created in payment medium for the same collection date, where as there should be one Payment info created.
    For other company codes it is creating only one.
    I have not made any changes in the DMEE tree structure.
    Also, I have checked all the transactions OPBM1/OBPM2/OBPM4. FQP1/FQP3/FQP4...etc but I every thing is configured same for all the companycode.
    I have also checked if there could be some ZFMs which could cause this discrepancy but there are none.
    Has someone come across this kind of issue..Please let me know what could I possibly be missing?

    The reason for the multiple payment info is the sequence type, a new payment info is created for each sequence type. If you don't use parallel processing in the payment run you can avoid this by implementing a grouping string in event 00 of the payment medium, transaction FQP3, payment medium SEPA_DD, function module FKK_PAYMEDIUM_EU_SEPA_DD_00 has no code, you need to fill the sequence type in field  E_SRTF1, for this you should check if the mandate that is used on the payment is a new one or an already used one. Something like:

    The issue is that without sorting, each time the payment sequence changes from one payment to another, SAP created a new payment info.
    If you use parallel processing, this can work but only on each parallel processing interval, if you really want one payment info for each sequence type, request collection date, then you need a more complex solution and I would require consultancy work to implement it.

    On your iPad tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then tap your Apple ID then tap View Apple ID then tap Payment Information.
    Select your payment type then tap Done.
    Now restart your iPhone.

    Not sure if this helps .. but it appears that whenever Adobe's payment processing backend has some internal issues, it puts the subscribers into some  HELL. The only way I found it to be working is - call the customer support from your country, and speak to a CSE.
    The same incident happened to me this month. Subscription failed warnings, and Email alerts. I logged into my account, but could not update credit card details. When I tried adding another card, it throwed errors. So I called the local Adobe Customer support, and gone through the painful IVR thing. But at the end I was able to reach a CSE and he helped in fixing the issue.
    The Solution:
    Call Adobe Customer Support.

    PS : It is pathetic that Adobe's payment processing is not upto the quality, and recent breaches has made the life of subscribers bad. I really love those old Retail boxes. I never had any billing issues.
