Payment made but credits/subscriptions not on account Options . Checked Order status is Delivered. ‎ You have made a purchase of credits or a subscription. But the Skype credits has not arrived on my Skype account yet respectively the subscription is not active.

Obviously by all the complaints about payment being made and not being credited which, is my problem. You clowns at Skype are begging for a competitor

    Security Questions Forgotten
    If you do not have a rescue email address (different from alternate email address) set up on the account, you will need to contact iTunes Support online: http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html (select Account Security as your help topic) or by phone: Apple Support Numbers
    If you do have rescue email address set up:
    Go to http://appleid.apple.com. Underneath where it says “Already have an Apple ID?," click Manage your Account. You will then need to sign in. If you forgot your Apple ID or password, click on the appropriate "Forgot..." link below either of these fields.
    After you sign in, click on "Passwords and Security" on the left.
    You will be asked to answer the security questions, but you should also notice a link below the second "Answer" field offering to send reset instructions to your rescue email address that you provided.
    Check the Inbox of your rescue email address. The email should appear within a minute or two. If it does not, be sure to check Spam. If it is not there either, you can repeat the above process to resend. Once you get the email, following the link will take you to a page where you must sign in again. After doing so, you will have the option to choose three new security questions and answers, which you may want to write down
    After you fill in the required information and continue, you should be taken to a confirmation screen stating "Your password and security information has been saved," and then you are done.
    The "Forgot your answers?" link will not appear if you do not have a rescue email address set up.

    I have made an invoice payment  but the document  is not displaying in FB03. How could I know if the posting went through properly or not?

    TIP 1]
    in F110 ( payment run ) you can find a icon Payment ( that one that looks like a paper scheet ). This is payment log and here you can also find which documents were posted by payment and also by which open postings positions. This requires by payment run addtional log check box and vendor/customer number.
    TIP 2]
    In FB03 you can find also by using dynamic selection and selection option Transaction with value "F110" than a list of documents posted in F110 will popup. With another dynamic seletion option it will be more accurately.
    TIP 3]
    Use FBL1N with specific select option to see cleared items to specific date. By generated list of line items you can find your invoice and clearing document as wrote Nitin abov.

It already ruined my overseas interview because i added money for the credit but no credit was topped up. And ended up i got no choice but skype my interviewers over wifi - and that quality sucks!!! I won't use skype anymore. Please refund my money (HK$3 asap!!!

  • Payment Made. Creative cloud not activated

    After 3 days of Making Payment and amount being deducted from My Credit Card. My creative cloud account shows free membership account only. I have paid for the photography plan. I would like to cancel my membership as I wish to upgrade it to a bigger plan.
    Please tell me what happened to my money that has been deducted and why has my account not be activated.
    Also can this matter be directly handled by ADOBE customer care if there is one team or person who does that or will I have to ask such thing in a community forum?

    To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

    today i have reached my monthly call limit for Indonesia 400 mins 1 month, and then i make new subscription to Indonesia 400 mins for 1 month, but new subscription not replace the old ones...

    To check the order number and status of an order:
    Sign in to your account.
    In the Account details section, click Billing & payments > Purchase history.
    All of your orders are listed, and the right column shows the status of each order.
    The following table explains some of the order statuses you might see:
    Pending
    Created
    Delivered
    Cancelled
    Reversed
    Refused
    Status Description
    Pending
    This usually means your payment has been submitted and is currently being processed. For bank transfer payments, pending status means that the order has been created but payment has not yet been matched to it. When payment is accepted, the status will change to Delivered and your Skype account will be credited.
    Credit card is the quickest way to pay and usually takes 15 minutes (but sometimes up to 24 hours) to process. The status will change to Delivered when payment is accepted, or Cancelled if payment is unsuccessful.
    Bank Transfer payments can remain pending for 7-10 business days before crediting your Skype account.
    If you paid through Skrill (Moneybookers), the order status remains pending until we have received your payment. Skrill may ask you for further verification and your order will remain pending until they receive all the necessary documentation. Your order status can remain pending up to a maximum of 14 days. After that, if no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled.
    If you paid via PayPal using an eCheck or Internet Transfer, your order can remain pending for several days.
    If you paid via PayPal and the funding source for the PayPal account is a credit card, if the order status is still pending after 24 hours, please contact Skype Customer Service. 
    Created
    This usually means that your order hasn’t been finished yet. You have most likely initiated your purchase using a selected payment method but haven’t continued. Therefore, your order had been stopped before your payment actually reached the payment service provider.
    Delivered
    Payment has been accepted and the order has been credited to your account. You can start using your Skype Credit (or other Skype purchase) right away.
    Cancelled
    If your payment is cancelled, it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
    You have entered an invalid CVC (or other credit card validation code).
    You have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts.
    You have reached your monthly purchasing limit.
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another credit card, or use a different payment method such as PayPal or Skrill. If you have reached your monthly purchasing limit, this limit is reset on the 1st of each month so you will be able to make your purchase then. 
    Reversed
    Skype has very strict anti-fraud measures in place to protect our customers. If your order is reversed, the most likely reasons are that it has been flagged as fraudulent (or potentially fraudulent), or that Skype has refunded your purchase 1-4 days after the purchase was made.
    If you paid by PayPal, the money is sent back to your PayPal account and no Skype Credit is added to your Skype account. It can take 5-7 business days for the money from the reversed order to appear back in your PayPal account.
    If you paid by credit card, no funds have left your bank account so there is no money to return. Your order is effectively cancelled. 
    Refused
    If your order is refused, it means that most likely the payment was rejected by our payment provider, not by Skype. This can occur for a number of reasons, including:
    Insufficient funds on your card or in your bank account to complete the transaction
    Using an anonymous proxy to access the internet
    Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode failure
    Purchasing from, or using a credit card issued in, a restricted country
    Other unknown issues with your credit card details
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another payment method to purchase Skype Credit.
    It’s also possible that your payment has been refused by Skype because you have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts. If this is the case, you can try using another credit card, use one of your other Skype accounts, or try a different payment method. 
    If you require further information about your order status – for example, why an order was cancelled or refused – please contact Skype Customer Service.

    1.0. Philippines Subscription.
    Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on July 17th 2015.
    Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
    To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.
    2.0. Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Austria. Please note that only calls to landlines in Austria are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.

    If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:
