Do you have a different card that you could try, or does the 'none' option show on the payment's screen (you might not get 'none' if you owe money or if you have a payment coming up e.g. pre-order, auto-renewing subscription) ?
What are you getting the 'declined' message on, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid and accepted by the store, if not then you won't be able to download anything until you have valie payment details.

I am trying to log into the itunes store for the first time and it asks me to review my account so I do but every time I get to the bit where you fill in your bank details and address it tells me my payment method was declined and that its not valid?

When I convert a PDF to a Word doc, it "converts" as a picture and I cannot edit the document. What can I do to get the PDF to convert properly?

Are you able to select the text in Word by triple-clicking inside the text box? (Sometimes text selections can be tricky in converted files.) If you can't select the text, then I'm guessing that the PDF was created from a scanned file (so the text becomes images). Make sure that OCR is enabled when you convert the file to Word. OCR is enabled by default in the ExportPDF web interface, but can be disabled in Adobe Reader. If you're converting to Word from within Adobe Reader, make sure that OCR is enabled and that the correct language is selected:

Just upgraded to the latest iTunes and iPhoto and now cannot change photos on my iPad, can anyone help please?
Try one or more of the following:
> Restart Your Computer
> Uninstall and Reinstall iTunes
> Reset iPod (nothing will get deleted)
> Look in My Computer (Windows 98, XP) OR Computer (Windows Vista or 7) and see if your iPod is in there.
In some cases (and this happened to me before) plug your iPod in and out your computer a few times. It should get it going. If not, then I strongly recommend starting your computer. -

Do you ever visit a friend or realtive with a Mac who has faster internet? Maybe the local library has Macs on a fast line. If so, get a USB thumb drive and put this link on it from your computer:

Then put this link on the drive:

When you are at some place that has a Mac with a decent download speed. insert the thumb drive in that Mac and click on the first link ("DL1399") and direct the download to your thumb drive. Now do the same this with the second link.
The installer files will now be on the thumb drive and, when you get home, drag them from the thumb drive to your desktop. Install the Combo update first. -

iOS: Not responding or does not turn on - Apple Support
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

My Iphone 4s shut down by itself after a phone call and I cannot turn it on. I took it to istore and they said it was unrespinsive and there is nothing they can do? On computer, at the top of this page is a Tab for iTunes, click it, make sure iTunes is up to date. Also make sure computer Fire Wall and Anti Virus do not interfere with iTunes, turn them OFF to be certain.
