Best Regards,
Driss,

Hello Driss
In the payment terms , where you define cash discounts .
You can configure the requirement you specified .
Maintain as follows :
Term ,    Percentage     ,        No.of days      ,     Fixed date   ,   Additional month
1         ,       0.00%            ,        15              ,            05           ,           0
2         ,       0.00%            ,       31                 ,         20             ,         0
I think this should work fine
Let me know if this is ok

  • Do not change the payment term created a Sales Order with reference

    Hi Gurus,
Do not change the payment term created a Sales Order with reference to a contract where the payer of the change in Sales Order.

    Hello ,
As per my understanding , you do not want the payment terms to be changed even if the payer partner function is changed ,
as standard sap redetermines the payment terms with change in partner function, you may use the exit
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK- header level
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP- Item level
in this you could write a small code which will not change the payment terms when payer is redetermined
    hope this helps
    Thanks

  • Payment Terms for more than 3 payment terms in OBB8

    Hi Gurus,
Please advise as to how to create for more than 3 instances, say 4 or 5.  Because standard SAP provides only for 3.  Let me brief you as below :
    -  I created the 5 payment Terms in OBB8. 5001 (clicking as instalment) ; 5002 for 5% - 30 days ; 5003 for 4% for 60 days ; 5004 for 3% for 90 days and 5005 for Net 180 days.
    -  I assigned these 5002 to 5005 to 5001 with say 25% instalment each in OBB9.
    -  Now I assigned this 5001 payment term in the Vendor Master.
    -  Posted new FB60 invoices with say 01st Oct 09 as Document Date with say Rs. 25000/-
    -  Now, I have to make the payment to the Vendor on say 15th November 2009.
    -  So ideally I am eligible for 4% discount on Rs. 25000/- since I am paying after 30 days and before 60 days.
    -  I am posting through F-53 with 15.11.2009 as the document data, and now the system is not calculating discount for the first instalment of 25% instalment and for the next 25% the discount is calculated @ 4% on 25% only.
    -  Now my requirement is to calculate 4% discount in Rs. 25000/-.
Can any one suggest the required approach.

    Hi,
Unfortunatelly payment terms in OBB8 is working as designed and the functionality cannot be enhanced. In the standard system you cannot add additional levels in the transaction OBB8.
Instead you can check the option of using Terms of Payment for Installment Payments (transaction OBB9). Terms of payment for installment payments are made up of individual terms of payment. An individual payment term can be assigned to each installment. When you post an installment payment, the total amount is split up into individual items for each installment and each installment
is calculated with the relevant payment term. For more information on maintaining terms of payment, refer to the Implementation Guide for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
The terms of payment key can determine the following:
-The valid cash discount rate for an individual payment with a maximum of 3 payment terms (first cash discount period, second cash discount period, and due date for net payment) and also a baseline date for the payment
-The terms of payment for installment payments.
You define the following for the terms of payment key for installment payments:
    - Sequential number of the installment
    - Percentage rate for the installment
    - New terms of payment key for the installment item
The percentage rates you specify must total 100%.
    Example
Suppose you can create payment term NT30 (30 days net), NT60 (60 days net), NT90 (90 days net).
    Installment terms of payment
    RT01   1   30%   NT30
    RT01   2   30%   NT60
    RT01   3   40%   NT90
    I hope this helps.

  • Payment terms - net due date same as credit days?

    Dear all,
I need to set up a payment term with 20 credit days, 2%. Invoices should be due also after 20 days.
I would like the payment term to be set up as follow:
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           20
    2.                                             20
The problem is that the system doesn't let me to set due date to the same number of days as the credit days.
We will have baseline date = invoice date for our payment terms, if that matters.
How could I acheive to have due date 20 days after invoice date (baseline date) and deduct 2% cash discount the whole time?
    Thanks and regards,
    Helene

    Hi,
Please create a payment term as below, if your requirement is "I need to set up a payment term with 20 credit days, 2%. Invoices should be due also after 20 days"
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           20
    2.                                             21
In case your requirement is to give 2% discount if paid within 20days and due net after that:
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           19
    2.                                             20
Hope this will solve your issue.

  • Payment terms - check not to pay before 30 days ( MM )

    Dear Team ,
When you create  terms of payment , say if the payment terms is 30 days or more for payment to vendor......how to make sure that the vendor will not be paid within 30 days ?
    Thanks ,
    Mike

During FI payment via F110 the system will allow only the open line items whihc are having status due in FBL1N.
So no need for any setting from MM side. FBL1N has different dtatus like Due, Overdue, not due etc.

  • My Mac Mini has a password and a wireless keyboard and mouse that have been working well with bluetooth until two days ago when my keyboard stopped responding. Since I have a password on Mac Mini, I am unable to access settings to pair Mac Mini. Thanks.

Can anyone help me pair my BT keyboard with my password protected Mac Mini? I am currently unable to log in to Mac Mini since the BT keyboard has become unpaired.  The wireless mouse is working.  I also have an I Pad and an I Phone as well as Mac TV.
    Please help!!
    Thank you.
    Gail

I had exactly the same issue, that the Apple wireless keyboard became unpaired, and I couldn't get past the password-protected log-in screen, because I didn't have a wired keyboard laying around.
    OK folks,
Discovered by trial and error that it was the wireless mouse (not an Apple brand) that was preventing the keyboard from pairing, even though it's not a bluetooth mouse...
    Here's the steps I used...
    1. Disconnected the USB  mouse cord from the Mac Mini.
    2. Turned off the Apple wireless keyboard from switch on the back.
    3. Turn Mac Mini off, then back on.
    4. Waited for it to boot up as far as  the password-protected screen.
    5. Turned on the Apple wireless keyboard, waited for it to stop blinking, indicating (hoping) that it paired        up.
    6. And voila... was able to then type in the password...
    7. Then plugged the non-Apple wireless mouse sensor  cord back into the Mac Mini's USB port
I also immediately went in to the MacMini's Sharing options and set that up for remote management in case something else happens down the road for other problems...
Thanks though to all who suggested solutions... they may come in handy in the future.
    Hope this helps someone else...

  • Days between two days except weekend

Hi all he lp me in getting a oracle query to find out the days between 2 input dates excluding the weekends...

    >
Hi all he lp me in getting a oracle query to find out the days between 2 input dates excluding the weekends...
    >
    Something like this should work
with dates as (select sysdate fromDate, sysdate + 10 toDate from dual),
days as (select sysdate + level - 0 myDay from dates
connect by level < toDate - fromDate)
select count(*) from days where to_char(myDay, 'Dy') not in ('Sat', 'Sun')
    COUNT(*)
6The 'dates' query just provides the start and end dates. The 'days' query produces a date value for each day in the range between the start and end.
Then the last query counts those days if they are not a Saturday or Sunday.
You can adjust the 'days' query depending on whether you want both the start and end date included. For example if start is today and end is tomorrow (Friday) the above query result will be '1'.

    Hi,
Through Installment Payment term you can do this,
For eg. In 5 Installment if you want to made for payment.
    1, Create the 5 Payment Terms u2013 OBB8
Z001 - Customer / Vendor / Fixed Day (15th of Every Month) / Addition Month u2013 1 / Document Date / No Discount % and Due date details
Z002 - Customer / Vendor / Fixed Day (15th of Every Month) / Addition Month u2013 2 / Document Date / No Discount % and Due date details
Z003 - Customer / Vendor / Fixed Day (15th of Every Month) / Addition Month u2013 3 / Document Date / No Discount % and Due date details
Z004 - Customer / Vendor / Fixed Day (15th of Every Month) / Addition Month u2013 4 / Document Date / No Discount % and Due date details
Z005 - Customer / Vendor / Fixed Day (15th of Every Month) / Addition Month u2013 5 / Document Date / No Discount % and Due date details
    2, Create Parental Payment Term u2013 ZINS u2013 OBB8
ZINS- Customer / Vendor / Document Date / Installment Payment
3, Make a Link to the Payment Terms to Parental Payment Term u2013 OBB9
Pmt Term     Inst     Percentage     Pmt Term
    ZINS          1     20          Z001
    ZINS          2     20          Z002
    ZINS          3     20          Z003
    ZINS          4     20          Z004
    ZINS          5     20          Z005
4, Maintain the Payment Term ZINS in Customer Master - FD02
5, Now you can do the Invoice (F-22 / FB70)
6, Check the Open Item with the Due Dates u2013 FBL5N

  • Payment terms with flexible downpayment option

    hi all,
we need to design a 'Payment Terms' with a flexible down-payment option. The down-payment has to be variable and the system should accept any down-payment and divide the rest of the balance payment into monthly installments. Eg. if total amount to be paid is Rs.160000, the down-payment should be configured such that the system should accept any amount between Rs.10000 and 30,000 and divide the balance into 11 EMI's.
To start off with, a Sales Order (VA01) is created for the complete amount and then the billing is done(VF01). The billing document is then release to FI. The system should then allow FI to post any down-payment as explained in the above example. The rest of the balance should be divided into EMI's.
NOTE - We have to configure this on SAP R/3 ECC 6. Please advice accordingly.
    regards,
    Vivek

    Hello,
There is no threshold figures for down payment can be configured.
Try to use Instalment payment terms (OBB9).
For this first of you must have created payment terms with reference to instalement payment terms in OBB8.

  • New payment terms with Due December 15th 2011

    Dear All,
My business requirement is to create new payment terms with due date upto December 15th 2011 from the using of that payment terms,
Please suggest the step by step to create this kind of payment terms,
    Thanks in advance,
    Sridhar

    Dear Sridhar Alleni,
For your requirement, i strongly feel that we will have to use more than one payment term.
    Make following payment terms
(CLICK ON NEW ENTRIES OR COPY EXISTING PAYMENT TERMS AND MAINTAIN THE SETTINGS AS MENTIONED BELOW.)
PAYMENT TERM Z001 -  DESCRIPTION : JULY TO DEC
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 5
    Z002 - AUG TO DEC
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 4
    Z003 - SEPT TO DEC
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 3
    Z004 - OCT TO DEC
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 2
    Z005 - NOV TO DEC
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 1
Z006 - DEC TO DEC MID
    Baseline calculation date
    Fixed day : 15
    Additional months : 0
Instruct the users/business to use the corresponding payment term during each month.
i.e, If its oct month, ask them to use Z004 and likewise.
    Please check and revert back.
Also if you are able to solve this in someother way, please update.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Variation of payment term with po term.lastest rate is not picked up,*

    Dear SAP
Variation of payment term with po term.lastest rate is not picked up,
Irregular rate is uploading on system.document attached

    MERUGU HAREESH *

there are payment terms at comapny code level AND purchasing org level, because you may get vendors for which you dont need purchasing views, such as customs or restaurants, where you never place a purchase order at. And other vendors like goods suppliers may never need company code views because you will never pay them.
So each view serves its own purpose.
It is not possible to just ignore maintenance at one level and get the payment term for an other organisation.
Especially as you can have several purchasing organisations within one company (if you purchasing wants to differentiate purchases of direct material from MRO purchasing) or you have one purchasing org for several company codes.
And not always is the payment term equal then.
If you are certain that the company code payment term is always equal to purchasing org payment term, then copy it over with mass maintenance and everything is fine.

  • How to define payment term - Net due 45 days after month end

Anyone have experience of payment terms such as "Net Due 45 days after Month End"?
I'm trying to define payment terms where the amount is due X days after month end.
Terms such as 10 days after month end are OK because I can set "Months Ahead" = 1 and "Day of Month" = 10
However, I can't exceed a value of 31 in the "Day on Month" field. I could assume that a month is 31 days and therefore set "Months Ahead" =1 and "Day of Month" = 14. However, this won't always be true (depending on the month) and it will impact aging buckets.
Anyone encountered this before? (These payment terms seem to common in France and Denmark)

    Hi Supriya,
In OBB8, create a new payment term with the following settings -
Default for baseline date = No default
    Payment terms/Term 1/Fixed date = 1
    Payment terms/Term 1/Additional months = 2
This payment term will ask you for a baseline date on document entry. You can give the delivery date as the baseline date. If required, this date can be changed after posting the document also.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Mike

  • Adding Payment Terms: 45 days End of Month

    Hi,
I am trying to add payment terms to Oracle 11i that are:
45 days then End of Month
Can anyone let me know if this is possible?
I have been able to add many other terms required, but cannot figure this one out.
    Thanks

Actually, yes, I believe this is possible, or very close to possible. You have to use a combination of cut-off day, day of month, and months ahead. You will want the cutoff day to be 15. If the invoice data is 16 or later, it will add a month to what it first calculates. By doing day of month = 31, that says to pay at the end of the month (at least that is what Oracle says in its manual). Then do Months Ahead = 1. So if you have an invoice on April 14, that is before 15, so it will only do 1 month ahead, and then the last day of that ahead month, which would give you May 31, 2009, which is what I think you want.
Then, if you have an invoice for April 16 -30, it will now do two months ahead and give you June 30, 2009 as the due date.
Now if you run into something in late January, say January 30th, then this does not quite work. 45 days would put you into March, and paying on March 31st. Whereas with Oracle it will do a February 28th payment. But that would be the only time of the year (when February is involved in the calculation) where you would be off a bit. You could push the cutoff day to maybe 16 or 17 or 18 to try and get around that if that becomes a big issue, but then that impacts your whole year, not just when February is involved.
So as I said, you can set up a term that is close to what you want. Not 100% exactly what you want, but close. Something to think about.

  • Payment Terms Day Limit

    Greetings to all FI experts,
I would appreciate your feedback on this. Currently, we are planning to change the day limit for one of our payment terms ( Tcode - OBB8 ) from 30 to 0. My concerns are what are the forseeable impact of this changes in day limit.  Whether it will impact on the due dates or other settings ?
Looking forward to your reply. Many thanks in advance.
    Warmest Regards,
    Edie

    hi,
the impact will be, that the due date is equal to the Baseline date for due date calculation: ZBD1T = ZFBDT
->master data with that payment terms have to pay immediately
