I've just worked out the answer for myself because I was having the same problem... you need to check-in to a nearby location (you can just do a test one and delete it afterwards)... once you've posted it, your location "near..." will come up from now on :-)

You can customize it in any way you see fit, so you could include a script to redirect the user to another page.

I have solved my problem with registering a new master card. The problem was dept for one of games on my iphone 5. After paying my dept with new credit card, my apple id has unblocked.

Follow the article:
You must first sign out from existing account.
Settings > Store > Apple ID :youroldID > Sign Out
Then go to App Store to buy a Free App.
From popup window. select Create New AppleID
Indicate Store location and provide necessary information
None option will then be available

Hi,
I am trying to enter multiple payment types in Sales Order Header window. If I dont enable Prepayment, then its not allowing me to distribute payments across multiple payments.
Is there a way where I can enter multiple payment types in Payments Window of Sales Order-> Actions, and enter multiple payment types and distribute the amount.
While entering sales order, want to enter multiple payment types without enabling prepayment. If its not prepayment, its not allowing me to distribute the amount.
It will be really helpful if someone can reply urgently.

You can only use none option till you don't change it.
Now you added the credit card info. You cannot change it back to none but you can change the credit card information. It is now mandatory for you to use a credit card with the account.
You can create a new apple ID.
You will not be charged until you buy an app.

In app purchases payment type - gift card, loaded in itunes but not found in app

So I just bought two $50 gift cards and loaded successfully. But when trying to purchase in-app, it wont accept payment type (credit card is maxed, hence the gift card in the first place). And so I changed the payment type to "none" in settings, but now it says insufficient funds. How do I spend the gift card monies in the app ?

If you don't follow them then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store - you should be able to remove the card's details after entering them

You have to enter your credit card number and some amount would be debited from your account(60 rs in india)
After registration, You can Go to
1 Settings
2.Itunes&App Store
3.Click on your apple id .
4.Select View Apple ID
5.Slecet Payment Info
And You can find NONE here.
Please select NONE to delete your credit card numbe r from the list
But While registering you cant find NONE, you have to enter the cc number.

Did you follow, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page when creating the account ? I've just tried it on my Mac's iTunes and the instructions still work e.g. find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price' button, and on the popup click on 'create apple id' - when you get to the payment details screen you should see the 'none' option.

I have visa, mastercard, amex, discover and paypal - no "None" option for payment method. What do I do now? Assuming I don't want Apple to have my credit card info for no reason.

I figured out how to do this and I will explain it here so if you are trying to figure out how to get the None payment option then please read this as I will explain it in great detail so you can not fail when tryiong to figure it out. By the way I had to do this 7 times to finally figure it out, I was literally on my last try and I told myself if it didn't work one more time I was going to just return the iPhone I just bought a day and a half ago. So here it is the walk through that will really work:
Before we start I want to suggest that you do this on your computer not your iPhone. I attempted this on my iPhone the first time and it did not work. Meaning it did not give me the "None" option for payment types. The method that finally worked for me was doing this on my home computer. The following is exactly how I achieved this:
#1 Important read and follow each step individually and exactly before moving on or you may have to repeat the entire process!!!!!
#1 cont. If you already have an Apple ID that you have made with your favorite email account and you are not getting the "None" option after following the steps given on the walk through then guess what you have to scrap that Apple ID, there is no way around it unless you want to give CC info which is why you are here in the 1st place right? I know totally stupid and ******** as heck right? But there you go now you can forget about the other Apple ID you made. You are now going to have to create an entire new email account so you can do this like I did 5 times, but you only need to do it once, thank heavens right!? You have to do this unless you have an email account that you have not already attempted to creat an Apple ID with, if you have an email account that you have not used while attempting to create an Apple ID with then you can use that email account, if not then you need to make a new one, again, I know!?!? How fricken ******** can you get? Thank the Apple folks they designed it this way for God only knows why?
I don't know of anyway to delete an old Apple ID there might be someone on these forums that knows. The way I see it is if I never put personal information in it and it never worked who's ever going to care about it, I made 6 Apple ID's and none of them worked so I just forgot about them. I finally figured it out on the 7th one.

#2 OK, step two now. So if you needed to create a whole new email account you're probably feeling about as ****** as I was at this point, except I was 5 times as ******.
So in step number two, you just need to open up iTunes at this point. Once the program is open there is an iTunes store icon/button in the upper right corner of the program. Click on that button. (please note it does not matter if your phone is linked up with your computer).

#4 Scroll down the page until on the right hand side there will be in bold Top Free Apps. Choose any one of the FREE apps and click on it.

#5 After clicking on the app it will pop up with a box asking if want to create Apple ID click on that option. Finish all the stuff secret questions and all to create a new Apple ID, yes you have to make a new one.

#6 Finally you will get to the page where it looks just like the payment page but the None option will be there now, don't ask why, again, only God and the horrible web page designers at Apple know why. You will still need to fill out the information on that page but you will notice as long as you have chosen the None option that it is not asking for any credit card information this time. Fill out the information and it will send a confirmation email thing to your new email account. Do the confirmation stuff that it requests and vioala you can now use the Home Sharing option in iTunes and sync your files. Wow, kind of a very long and ******** journey but we finally made it, yayyyyy!!!!
Apple should really, really, seriously considered getting this fixed ASAP!!

Depending on how you created your account, "None" may or may not be an option. I believe it has something to do with whether the account was made through an App Store request or the regular iTunes Store. For example, my account allows no card but my father's doesn't allow there to be no card.
To change the card, go to your account settings and change the information to your new card, and hit save.

How to re-load OS 3.0 without iTunes? My iPhone has a NON-Apple alien OS.

My iPhone has a NON-Apple alien Chinese OS running. This OS caused iTunes to NOT see the phone on USB when I connect the phone to the computer. I want to re-load the non-Apple OS to Apple version 3.0 but I cannot because iTunes does not see the phone. I know the os is Chinese and alien because none of the icons are correct, example I see no ipod, its labeled audioplayer. I see no Safari, its labeled services and so on. I also can NOT see the about, its not found. I have a video recorder it works, I thought iPhone 3G can not run videos. I have lots of Chinese games and symbols. I do have the at&t SIM, it works OK, and I just want to load the phone with the latest Apple 3G version 3.0 OS and have iTunes see the phone like every other American iPhone but I can not figure out how to do that without iTunes seeing the iPhone.

I took the phone to the Apple store in my mall. The Apple experts at my mall have never seen anything like this phone. It's totally functioning like an iPhone but its not one. The dimensions of the case are exact same size as the iPhone 3g we put them side by side. Then we also noticed that the screen is about 1/4 inch shorter than the touch screen of the real Apple iPhone this is the ONLY physical give away other than then OS its running. The person I spoke to worked at the store for 2 years and he never saw such a close copy that works so well. Its almost like they took a real Apple case and replaced the circuits with a copy. The funny thing is the fake phone works really good. I just can NOT get iTunes to load. I can copy and paste music videos, pictures, files to the phone and it all works OK on the phone. The voice calls are good. The video is great that it shoots, the camera is great! I will see if I can load apps, I have not tried yet. I wish I could figure out who made this unique clone alien phone. The quality is up there with Apple. I am starting to like this phone because its so different!!!! I will investigate the chinese links posted on this issue.
