Payment with Internatio​nal Credit Card.

Hello and i have a bit of an issue here.
Recently on January 27th i made a purchase on the Best Buy website for a New Nintendo 3ds XL. Because im buying it outside of the U.S. with a credit card from my country i followed the steps provided at this link.

I put on the billing address for my credit card the following:

And my credit card number
The transaction was completed but then i received an email stating that my order was cancelled as it shows here:

I then checked the balance of my credit card and it shows that i did get charged for the purchase. I then asked my Bank about it and they confirmed that indeed there was a transaction for $216 and that the money was already sent.
My Bank told me to contact you to try to solve this issue as they did in fact send you guys the money but the email you sent me where you state that if i paid by credit card i was not going to be charged says something different.
Hopefully you guys can help me with this.

Thank you for visiting the forum. It sounds like you placed an international order following the steps outlined on our international ordering page correctly, and I'm sorry to hear it was cancelled. I can definitely understand your concern that the funds have not be returned to your account once it was cancelled. 
When you place an BestBuy.com order, a pre-authorization is placed on your account (it could also be viewed as a hold for the amount of the order), and once the order has shipped the credit card will be charged. If the order is cancelled, then the pre-authorization will be released, and you should see the funds back on your account shortly after. Please note, due to the currency exchange for international credit cards, it might take a little longer for the credit to reflect on your account. But if you do not see the credit within 7 - 10 business days, please contact your financial institution so they can contact us via the appropriate channels for further investigation.

    I am sorry to read that your international purchase was not successfully, therefore not allowing you to take advantage of the deal you were looking for.
    Using the email address you used to register onto the forum, I was able to locate the order. It was canceled and it cannot be reinstated. What went wrong? I am not able to give you much information as the order is under your father’s name and Best Buy privacy policy does not allow me to provide much information.
    I do like for you to pay attention to Best Buy international ordering policy, it states that Best Buy does not ship internationally and all orders should be for US store pick up or ship to a US mailing address.  I hope this information can help your future purchases successful.

  • Set up itunes account with two different credit cards

    Is it possible to set up an existing iTunes Store Account with two different credit cards?
    I am currently registered with a personal card but wish to make one purchase for work (Lion OS) using a company credit card.
    many other sites let you choose what card to pay from, multiple addresses, etc. but I don't see any options from apple site.
    for this purchase I am considering:
    1. going into the "edit payment information".
    2. editing all the info related to the company card and address.
    3. completing the purchase and download
    4. going back to the payment info and putting back my original personal informaton.
    there must be an easier way -- or is this the only apple offering.

    It is very clearly for people with a single iTunes account and they want to use multiple credit cards for purchases on that single iTunes account.

    I bought Lion through my company, which means I logged into the App Store with my company's credentials, of which I have my company credit card registered.
    You mean your company paid for it. You are simply the one who did the purchasing using company funds.
    I now have a new iMac of which I want to install Lion.  Apple allows you to install this same install multiple times on your own personal machines.  I had to remember which account I bought Lion on so that I logged into the App Store correctly.  If I would have logged into my new iMac with my personal account, I would have then bought Lion again, of which I didn't want to do.
    But you did not purchase Lion with your personal account. It was purchased on your business account.
    If you want Lion on your persona/home computers, you will need to purchase it.
    I also wanted to install iPhoto.  I bought iPhoto on my personal account.  I had to then log out of the app store from my company account and log back in using my personal account to install iPhoto or I would have just bought iPhoto with my company's credit card, of which I would have been in a good amount of trouble.
    Imagine if I bought 3 or 4 apps a week and these apps were scattered across my business account and my personal account.  Each time I wanted to install these apps on one of my multiple machines in my  house, I would have to remember which account I bought the app on. or go to my purchases or which there could possibly be dozens of apps in each account.
    I would hope that your company requires you to track purchases you have made with their money.
    And I would think that you would want to keep track of all business purchases so you can get reimbursed (for the purchases you made on their behalf). If/when you leave the company, they can get company owned software that you purchased with their funds.

To pay with a different credit card, log in to your account and change the payment options associated with your account. If you want to use different payment options on different devices, you may want to consider utilizing multiple iTunes accounts, each with its own payment options.

    USA iTunes Store does not appear to accept debit cards - http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html  "The iTunes Store, Mac App Store, App Store, and iBookstore services (“Services”) accept these forms of payment: credit cards issued by U.S. banks, payments through your PayPal account, iTunes Cards, iTunes Store Gift Certificates, Content Codes, and Allowance Account balances."

    Yo Chris. I've been following your answers to different threads and quite frankly, you're very keen in answering everybody regarding this stupidity that Apple has brought upon its customers. Kudos to you. But the problem is, most of the time, in some devices, your solution doesn't work because the NONE option is not there. The same goes for me.
    Meanwhile, I found a temporary workaround for the iPhone 4s, iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4th Gen.
    Register a free Apple ID from the iCloud Settings.
    Go to Settings>iCloud>Account>Tap Payment Information on the Storage Plan Category.
    Fill in the other boxes and choose "None" on Credit Card Information.
    That's it! Hope I helped those who still couldn't find the "None" Option.
    Must be running IOS 5.0.1 though, else there would be no iCloud.

    Hi Dony,
    Issue is described in SAP Note 542274. I assume that mentioned credit voucher is overdue, and the settings in Administrations - System Initialization - General Settings - Sales tab, Submit Credit Vouchers is  "Automatically". It means, that credit voucher is already deposited, you can check it in Banking - Deposits - Deposit - Cheques/Credit Card/Cash tab(It depends on the payment means of incoming payment).         
    It is not possible to cancel deposited credit vouchers, you must to     
    create a similar Incoming Payment with negative amounts and deposit it.

  • Has anyone integrated with PaymentTech for credit-card processing?

    My client would like to capture credit-card payments using PaymentTech payment processor. We are using Oracles Apps 11i. I am aware that AR is integrated with iPayment for credit-card processing. However iPayment uses Cybercash as the payment system and it does not currently support voiceauth (i.e. ability to capture/settle payments based on an authorization not obtained via iPayment).
    Has any one done any custom development to integrate directly to PaymentTech (or to a
    3rd party application which integrates with PaymentTech)? I would appreciate if you can provide any directions.

    Authorize.net is a supported payment gateway, take a look here - Supported payment gateway providers and here - Authorize.net for the steps to configure it.

    I don't think that prepaid credit cards will work - iTunes validates that the name and address that the credit card is registered to is the same as on your iTunes account, and prepaid cards tend not to have a registered address so will fail that validation. Depending upon what country that you are in you might be able to use the card to purchase iTunes gift cards and then use those as your payment method on your iTunes account.

I saw a refurbished item I want to purchase in the US Online Store, is there a way I can purchase this item with my mexican credit card, I didnt think it would be a problem and was setting it all up until I came to the billing address fields, it asks for a US address. It would still be shipped within the US, its just my credit card billing address which is giving me a little problem..     Unfortunately, as far as I know, the online Apple store only ships to US addresses and requires a credit card with a US address. See this information:

    If you mean that you wish to purchase from the US iTunes Store, you cannot. That requires not only a US-based payment method (US credit card or US prepaid iTunes card) but also that you be physically present in the US.

    To be able to download content from another country's store you need a valid billing address in that country, and be in that country when buying from it.
    Apple can only sell content where the content provider's grant them licenses to do so, so if the music etc that you want to buy isn't available in the Italian store then it's because the provider's aren't letting Apple sell it there. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites which have the content that you want ?
