Payments from Greece via ANY credit card are BLOCKED!

Hello.I am a Premium subscriber, however due to recent capital controls imposed on Greece by the Government, all of my credit cards (Visa, Master and Amex) are being declined. There is money in the cards, however I cannot escape the fact that I live in a totally **bleep**ed up country.PaymentPaymentNo method of transfering money abroad is allowed.Only a Greek based business or a business with a greek bank account is allowed to charge Greek cards cards or for me to be allowed to transfer money via electronic banking.Let me know how I can pay you, other than getting on a plane to London.

If he has the Apple ID and password, that's all the authority he needs or that there is. You need to first change the password to your Apple ID, then set up Restrictions on the iPad to turn off installing apps and making in-app purchases. That will make it very difficult for him to make future purchases without getting your permission, at least unless he learns the new password and has access to another computer or iOS device.
As to the existing purchases, you probably cannot get a refund, since these are, from the standpoint of the iTunes Store, legitimate purchases, and the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you.
