Please can someone cancel my pending payments. And also would it be at all possible for me to have the service I have payed for and now after weeks of waiting be able to make a call???????
Is there anybody THERE?????? Skype you need to move forwards not backwards, have you not noticed that other companies offer 24hr customer service at the end of a PHONE LINE.... YOU don't even have a customer services number TO call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

Payment pending, unable to contact Paypal through contact us/telephone am VERY annoyed

Would someone help me resolve this problem. I have placed an order for sun glasses to be send to me in the USA. My home address is in UK. Paypal have payment pending and I am unable to contact them through their methods. I am hoping they will see this and contact me so that the problem can be resolved today. My bank account has been verified and the bank knows I am in the USA too. There should be no problem.

For seller protection the seller has to send an item to the buyers registered paypal address unless you added a gift address.However if the seller was happy to send to your new address then are you sure its pending due to a paypal problem?? When you pay a company or website rather than ebay or an individual then its always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment. So it could just be that they have not processed your order yet ?? Why can't you contact paypal? Click on contact bottom of any of your paypal pages if you need more help and you can phone them if you want to. This is a user to user help board and they will not phone you in response to any posts put on this board.

Please check first with the issuer of whatever payment method you used to ensure there are no issues on their side. If you used a third party payment method such as PayPal, check with them, as well.
Then, please contact Skype Customer Service to enquire if there are error messages or any other payment processing problems.
"Pending" payments do not usually resolve. Please see here for more information:

New Skype number payment pending

I want to finalize my new Skype number. At point of payment I was asked to verify payment then next screen was an error message. Payment has been pending for 48hrs. I doubt this payment will finalize as the verify process didn't complete. i want my new number ASAP. Can I cancel pending payment and retry. I'm in a hurry as going overseas. Thanks

Additional notes since posting the above information: Skype is aware of continued and sporadic problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

Payment pending status

Hi there,
I wanted to order a skype number but I have problem while processing to pay. Then I tried again and again by choosing new number but I didn't noticed that that it reserved the number and each time I failed, the payment status changed to pending. I only know that when I check my payment history. Now I can fix my problems and want to process to pay for only one number. And my question is if it will process to pay for 3 number for my account and will it charge me for 3 number? I don't need 3, I only need one. Can anyone show me how to delete my pending status.?

As you know you wish to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request. You may also skip past in Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started!

Paypal payment pending

Hello! I bought intel server motherboard as a guest from best buy website. I managed to pay by paypal but when I was redirected to best buy website for authentication my internet went down and the page froze. In my paypal it says that the payment is pending. I need to order it as fast as possible. Is this something to worry about?

Paypal payment error - payment pending

Hello,
I tried placing an order for in-store pickup using Paypal. I have a mesage at PayPal about i authorized the payment, but when i got back to bestbuy.com i got this error message:
"We're sorry, we're unable to process your order with PayPal at this time. Please use another form of payment to proceed with your order."
Then i paid with credit card, but the pending authorization message at Paypal is still show up. Please find out what happened and refund the money because as i wrote i paid with credit card. Thanks in advance.

Purchasing something online should be a relatively easy and rather convenient way to get your hands on something you need. It can be a frustrating experience if we are unable to verify your payment method though, so I'm sorry to hear the funds on your PayPal account are being held despite our inability to accept it as payment for your order.
When orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your method of payment to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. Once the order is shipped or picked up from your local store, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear. As we were unable to verify your PayPal account, the charge you mention should only be the pending authorization. This means that once PayPal realizes we aren't authorizing a collection of these funds, the hold should drop. In my experience, this typically happens within 3 to 5 business days.
If you have any further questions about this process, please feel free to let me know. As far as the charges on your account, I'd suggest reaching out to PayPal directly if the funds are released within the aforementioned time frame.

Pending Payment Status for More than a Month

I did purchased Skype Premium Unlimited 12 Months on 3rd March (Order # ****************529), which is still pending. Would you please resolve this matter as we are looking forward eagerly to start using this subscription.

Skype's instructions about getting help are frustratingly incomplete. I've been trying to sign up for a simple purchase of credit without the auto-renew for several months; in fact my billing information shows that I have FOUR "payments pending." The glitch is in the instruction to get authorization. Am I really supposed to call Bank Midwest and tell them to authorize a $10-dollar disbursement? It does not seem logical. Nowhere else am I asked to do anything like that--not on Amazon or Barnes and Noble or Hanna Anderson or Home Depot. Why this hurdle? If Skype wants my business, it should at least make good on its promise to let me do a live chat with a salesperson. If I haven't gotten a genuine and user-friendly response by this evening, I will never use Skype again, nor accept a call from anyone who does. This is a promise I will make. And I keep my promises.

To answer your question, order status that shows "Payment Pending" doesnt really mean that it is pending. It is already cancelled or was unable to process successfully due to some reasons. For as long as the status of our order shows "Completed" or "Delivered", those are the orders that will go through or will be charge to you.
About the total number of hours of your phone calls,
1. You can log in to your account in the website.
2. Once you are on the My Account page, scroll down a bit then you should be able to "Usage" click on the phone icon.

Payment taken but nothing on my account

I received an email from skype that my account is credited for 25.00 euros by taking into consideration that my balance is 3.87 euros and nothing is credited and by cheking the history of my account i realised that the payment is accepted without being credited and another payment pending for 4.49 euros in which please cancel it and credit my account for 25.00 euros.
thanking you in advance and looking forward to hear from you by stating that this is first time i have such problem with skype.

1. This is your automatic top up for low credit balance
2. Your credit balance is Euro 23.73
3. This is the tax (VAT) payable on Euro 25.00
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

Do payment types really work?

I have three payment options on the checkout:
1/ Cheque
2/ EFT
3/ Paypal.
Paypal works fine, cheque and eft payments record the orders as paid. Why is this - they are offline payments made by the customer at some point in the future.
I have tried using COD as a work around but this has the same issue.
Please can someone explain why this is before I loose the will to live.
Alternatively as a workaround - is there a way of setting the order status automatically to payment pending and delete the recorded payment?

Same issue here. Very misleading to the customer. Also confusing for our admin to actually acknowledge, check the status and then amend accordingly.
