Generally we are directly clearing open item as we we run payment.

I think you guys make a great point, I too don't like how my cookies are erased when I clear history and have to use the go around. Just a reminder and I'm sure you all know, this is a user to user forum and Apple may or may not get to see your opinion. I think you should let them know. Transfer With Clearing VS. Transfer without Clearing

Hi,
In SAP There are the folloiwng two transactions
1. Transfer with clearing (F-30)
2. Transfer without Clearing (F-21)
Functionality standpoint, what is the difference between those two? When we should use which one?
Also, if we have an AR open item, can we create a new transfer document to transfer the amount to a new payer with reference to the existing document number belonging the open AR Item?

1. f-21 is used when you receive advance or adhoc payment from customer and you are not sure which invoice you need to allocate it.
2. f-30 is used to receive payment from customer and you can clear the open items against this payment.

Refresh parent without clearing cache

Hi:
Does a parent window reload clear the cache of the parent window as well?
I have a custom lov. The pop0up wworks fine. The only way I seem to be able to assign the value back to the parent and have it display is to refresh the parent window from the popup. However, it seems to be clearing the cache of the parent and the values in the fields that were there get blanked out.
Is there a way of reloading the parent window without clear the cache?

I experimented a bit and resolved it.
Originally, from my popu; window I was calling the following:
window.opener.location.reload(true)
However, you need to leave out the value and call the following:
window.opener.location.reload()
This works fine and the original values on the parent are not cleared.
Problem resolved.

How to clear a cursor list without clearing the first row??

Hi all, good to see ya ...
I'm having this problem , that i'm using the first row ín a cursor list as a cursor in another graph. The rest of the rows are used as test sets i can add. So when finnish with the tests if some was set, i have to delete or clear the cursorlist(but only the tests and not the first wich is the pointcursor) byy using the graphs cursor list proberty node ' Crsr.List ' and initialising it as showed in picture 1.
Picture 2 shows the cursor list with some test and the cursor name (point cursor) and properties at top. These properties are directly copied to another graph cursor list also at the top and there the point cursor is used as the cursor. The tests are also copied to the other graph cursor list, but when deleting the tests by 'clear button' all data are cleared also the point cursor. That is my problem.
so the question is, how can i clear a cursor list without clearing the first raw and its proberties. any suggestions would be much help for me.

The cursor list is just an array so you can delete the elements that you don't want.

I had the same problem yesterday with an application file that was deleted after installation of an update. I used "Put Back" to move it back to its original location, then used "Show Package Contents" to delete/empty trash for small groups of files at a time. I suppose the application file itself may have been too large to empty at one time. I hope this helps.

I have the new Safari 8.0 with OS X Yosemite. I can not clear history without also clearing cookies. With Maverick it was possible to clear history and keep cookies, not now. This is NOT an improvement! Is there a way to keep cookies and clear history?

this is absolutely the worst period of apple I've ever experienced. and I've worked with them since apple iic.
iOS 8 made my working phone a wreck, and then they take down the option to (downgrade) fix it.
yosemite has left with me a computer that cannot do anything. bluetooth is broken and causes audio delay.
there is constant video delay cause of system wide slow down. my system cache is overflowing constantly
since upgrading, i am continously throwing away trash just to keep the system working.
no mail notifications so i have to leave the mail program open all the time which also causes system slowdown.
this is the worst heap of junk they ever "sold" on us. i had working machines, after i did what they said would be fine i now have 2 piles of wasted money.

Hi, you didn't say much about the problem but hope this helps. The system should not be slow unless the messages are on the phone memory; not the card. Regardless of where the messages are, you should be able to delete them without any risk unless you are talking about wiping your card which should be unnecessary. I just read of two apps; one for backup if you want to make a copy and one to delete large threads. The large threads were causing people problems. I am assuming the messages are not on the card.

How can I sync my Iphone to a new computer without clearing all the data?

When I first started using my iPhone, I had it paired with a MacBook which has subsequently crashed. While most of the information was backed up, not all of it was and iTunes now tells me I must completely erase all of my data. I would prefer not to loose all of my contacts, apps, and other information. I know the phone will not transfer files to my computer, I'm not asking how to do that nor do I care to. I just want to sync it with my new MacBook Pro.

You cannot sync without erasing.
Transfer your itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Then enter one unique contact and calendar entry in the new computer. When you first sync you should get the option to merge the data.
Make sure you backup everything going forward. It makes all of this much easier.

Intercompany Stock Transfer - without clearing accounts

I have configured in one client machine the Intercompany stock transfer process, following the indications of the different messages posted in the forum (vendor allocated to supplying plant, customer associated to receiving plant, NB purchase order, define shipping data for plants, assign delivery type and checking rule (NLC), deliveries items, schedule lines, etc).
The process works correctly (purchase order, outbound delivery in supplying plant, inbound delivery in receiving plant, and interCo billing). In the outbound delivery posting, BSX and GBB operations are used.
After that in other client machine I have configured the same process, with the same master data and so on. But in the outbound delivery posting, BUV operation is called and it is compulsory to fill in clearing accounts in Tx. OBYA. This leads to two account document creation.
I have check:
- Movement configuration --> the same in both client machines
How can I deactivate the last behaviour. I don't want to use this automatic clearing. I would like to achieve the outbound delivery posting like in the first case (BSX and GBB).
Any ideas?

I also tried this option but then the following error appeared:
"Message no. F5598: Posting keys for account determination for transaction BUV do not exist".
Some point is forcing the PGI to ask for BUV operation (Tx. OBYA).

Incoming payments posting without clearing the customer open item

Hi,
Is there a way to post an incoming payment to a customer and let it sit as an open item?
I want to segregate the posting and clearing of AR payments.
One user posts the payments to the customer account.
Another user clears this payment against an open item.
All t.codes F-26, f-52 and f-28 all go on to processing open items and don't work for me..
Does anyone have any workaround or suggestion on how to accomplish this?

I can suggest posting the cash to the customers account as an unallocated enty using F-28 - we use charge of the difference and the posting keys to mange this.
The the other users can contra the items to the open items using F-32 clear customer.

Payment run - without clearing liability/receivable

is it possible to tell the payment run not to clear the liability/receivable? Customer wants to clear it when receives the bank statement!

Hi,
You will have to use Payment Order Instead of Payment Posting
Which means that the payment program does not post a payment document and the paid items are not cleared.
Instead, the system generates and saves a payment order. The information contained in this order can be used to clear the items at a later date.
The payment is posted when it appears on the bank statement, and the relevant open items are selected when the payment order is entered.
The paid items remain blocked for other clearing transactions and further payment runs until the payment has been posted.
To set this up you just need check the Indicator Payment Order in the FBZP Config Screen at Payment/Method Country detail tab for the particular payment method.

Why is my gmail inbox not refreshing without clearing cache

without refreshing the cache on the browser, i cannot see any new gmail inbox contents.
gmail site knows this as a fault and says to revert to a stable version of the browser. I am on 3.6, which, as far as i am aware, is the latest stable version.

There is no Flash player version 15... as in your code:

For some reason Adobe thought it would be a good idea to target a Flash player version (15) as default.....which may be out a couple years in the future. Go figure!!!
If you don't like player version 9, change to 10 or 11.... just not 15 (yet).

Cannnot exit firefox, maximize or minimize without clearing history. Also cannot adjust desired time on videos such as fast foward, rewind or maximize screen.

Firefox started acting weird like this two days ago. Like I said, videos are being made to be watched all the way from the start with no option to adjust desired time, as well as the top right X esc button on the firefox browser, maximize and minimize will not work as well until the history is cleared. I just reset firefox and it is still having the same complications. Also before, I was able to center click the mouse wheel to open new tabs and thus it is not working any more. All help is greatly appreciated.
