Paypal cannot transfer money to Capital One 360

I just got off the phone with a Paypal representative who I asked to help me transfer money from my Paypal account to my linked Captial One 360 checking account. He stated, in a nutshell, that Paypal does not allow transfers to Capital One 360 accounts. Period. I would take him at his word, but a quick Google search for "paypal does not allow transfers to capital one 360" yields no confirmation whatsoever, and a search for "Capital One 360" on these forums yields nothing either. It just seems extremely strange that Paypal not playing nice with a huge bank like Capital One 360 leads to no internet commentary whatsoever! Can someone explain to me what is going on? Ben

Hey guys about 2 weeks ago I applied for a capital one 360 account but was denied because I have a mark on Chexsystems even though I read that Capitalone360 was no longer going to use chex systems....Any who I did some further research and saw some people had frozen their Chexsystems and had gotten approved for banks they had previously gotten denied by. I just want to say (Mod Cut) thank you to the OP for leaving this here. Unfortunately for me, this info was posted only days after I had begun my ferocious pusuit of several disputes (read: every single (Mod Cut) one available to consuners) against Chex based on their innacurate reporting of non-DDA acct. inquiries and subsequesnt scoring model deficiencies which resulted in my app for CapOne 360 checking being denied as well as putting my currently open w/local CU checking/savings accounts in jeopardy of closure. The company that was responsible for the inquiries in dispute ((Factor Trust)) received, processed, and resolved my dispute within 18 hours of my submission, and then, upon request via phone, immediately contacted Chex to have their erroneous inquiries removed, but Chex couldn't care (Mod Cut) about the urgency of my dilemma and infirmed me that their ETA for removal would be 30-45 days! Sure glad I filed those complaints w/ the CFPB & FTC at the same time I faxed my dispute forms --- I'm gonna have a whole lot to say to those agencies when they follow up in the next few days. So here I was, feeling entirely helpless and abused by Chex and their and their Top Secret scoring model that somehow identifies me as someone whose much a too great a risk to be allowed to open a (second!) checking acct, when I happen to stumble onto this post. I won't lie -- I didn't think it would work, but zi fgured I had nothing to lose by trying so I placed the freeze on Monday night. Fast forward to near midnight last night when I once more attempt to apply for 360 checking; I absomlutely expected to be deniedm again - but, to my shock and amazement the application was completed and account opened within 3 minutes of logging on. AND they offered me an overdraft protection loan w/out my having to ask!!! Thank you verhy much OP for posting this here...you just did for me in a minute of two what dozens of hour on the phone with half that many different agencies/companies coulfd not. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

For month I cannot connect to the Capital One online account services

Whenever I try to connect to the online services of Capital One in the uk, I get a note "We're sorry, Online Account Services is currently unavailable. I called Capital One and was told: now problem just use the Internet Explorer. But I prefer the Firefox. What can I do.

* what is the '''error code''' shown under ''technical details'' on the error page?
in case the error code equals ''sec_error_unknown_issuer'', please attempt to add an exception on the bottom of the error page & inspect the certificate (see the screenshot attached for instructions):

It took all night for SuperDuper! to make its copy! WOW that was slow! Then I made sure all my data was copied over. Then I opened System Preferences for TM and clicked on the button that said to change disk. After I made that change TM did a back up and it works great! Im now using disk Utilities to erase the old TM drive and Im Zeroing out the data also which it looks like it is going to take it 5 hours to Zero out.

Hi, I went out and bought the prepaid paypal debit MasterCard today thinking I would be able to get home and activate it to transfer money from my paypal account to the card in real time like the site states. Also the back of the card package says "Transfer money from your Paypal account by visiting paypal.com/prepaid." I did that and the card is activated and the card is on my paypal account under credit cards. But when I go to transfer money only my bank account shows up not the card. Why can I not use it?? Also I can not be approved for the MasterCard paypal card, was denied by the way. That is why I am going with the prepaid debit paypal card. Also the card is confirmed under the my cards page. Any help would be helpful. Also, I read somewhere about adding the Bancorp routing number and your account number to get direct deposit but when I try to find my account information on the page it does not show the area in gray with the acct number like the help page said. Do I have to do that to be able to transfer money from paypal to card? Really confused. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I too encountered this problem. When I inquired about it by telephone, I was told it works only after you have registered for a card with your name on it, and have received it in the mail and have activated it online. I said I thought their advertising was misleading, in that it quite prominently says you can instantly transfer funds from your PayPay account to your PayPay MasterCard debit card, but says nowhere that you first must wait about a week for the arrival of your personalized card. I said I hoped they would either correct their misleading advertising or change their policy to bring it into line with their advertising. I also said the same thing in subsequent email interchanges. I sympathize with you in your plight; I remain infuriated at having had to use a different venue for funds transfer than that which I had already paid them for; I am hopeful that they will fix this one way or the other. The upside for me is that I haven't had a problem with the personalized version. Also there was no additional charge for the personalized version. I suspect the reason for the policy is that PayPal is reluctant to give up any purchaser identifiability that thay have already gained. I am using EBS 11i, and i have the following modules: General Ledger, Account Payables and Cash Management.
I have different bank accounts in the system and now we want to transfer money from one bank account to another one.
How should i do this in the system. What type of document should i register to reflect this transfer. I know that it can be done by registering a journal with a clearing account and then reconcile this journal to the cash management module.
My question is: Is possible to register in the payables module this kind of transactions. Can i solve this by registering payments in this module. On payment the supplier is mandatory, but i do not have any supplier in this case. I have a payment from a specific bank account and then a refund to the other bank account but not involving any specific supplier.
Please advice if you have any suggestions.

This is what you can do.
1) Whenever there are bank transfers, there is Cash-In in one account and Cash-Out from another account.
2) When you enter the bank statements for these bank accounts, associate the transaction type codes of Misc Receipt and Misc Payment to these statements. Setup the bank transaction codes so that when you perform AutoReconciliation, the system creates Misc Receipts in AR for these statement lines. (You associate a Receivables activity with the transaction code).
3) When you will run AutoRec, the Misc Receipt is created for the Bank account where funds are received and the Misc Receipt (with negative amount) which is equivalent to a Misc Payment is created for the Bank Account from where funds are transferred. The offset to the bank account is the clearing account in both entries which becomes zero at the end.
4) With this workaround, there is no need to setup Dummy Supplier or run any payment process in AP.

Not on your own. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the card; they'll only do this if none of the balance has been spent.

You cannot transfer from the iPhone to the computer.
You must move the contents of your old computer to the new one directly.
Use an external hard drive perhaps or restore your old computer backup to your new computer.
The iPhone is not the source of your data, that is the computer, the iPhone is only a slave device to iTunes.
