Paypal error while purchasing on itunes

I've recently got a paypal account, and I refilled it by using a moneypak card. I went to update my payment info on itunes with paypal and when it popped up my account on internet explorer and I logged in, I got this message in error "This recipent requires that you have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction." I'm new to paypal and I barely know anything about this...I redeemed the card in the US though? Any help would be appreciated.

This is a generic error indicating that information in the PayPal account has changed or does not match information associated with the BlackBerry smartphone user's BlackBerry World account. There can be multiple causes for this error.
Regarding Paypal , Yes you can use PayPal for payment in India , Or a Credit Card .
I'm not sure but I think you need to check your PayPal Credentials, Be sure everything is entered Correctly.Can you re-check them again .
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.

I get an error at the end while syncing, during photo uploads. It cancels out saying iPhone can't be synced. I've quit, restarted, reinstalled and nothing helps. Anyone experiencing the same?

I might suggest first make sure you have a backup of the content of the phone by ctrl+click it under devices in iTunes and select backup.
Also make sure all your data is backed up from address book, ical, keychains, and export your bookmarks from safari just to be on the safe side.
Try just disabling photo syncing or contact syncing and see if you can isolate the issue
If you are syncing with iPhoto you may need to rebuild your library (I would back up everything first) http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2638
If it's not iPhoto try trashing the iPod Cache that is in the pictures folder.
If it is not photos you might try "reset sync history" from the iSync preferences or hunt up "Swarm of Bees" on the support site.

Error while purchasing CC

While I'm trying to purchase the PS CC + LR combo in the actual promo unfortunatly the payment system says:

Error while purchasing an item in Apple Store

I Live in Iraq and my problem started yesterday when i tried to purchase the item Part number: MD827LL/A ( price is 29$, shipped to US address ).
I entered the 16 number of my credit card correctly but i incorrectly entered the security number and after that an error message appeared on the top of the page (i cant remember it) with currently having an empty order list indicating that the purchase did not finish properly as there is also no confirmation email sent to me about that, although my credit card account show that there is 31$ missing.

Iphone 5s Blue screen error while sync with iTunes?

While try to sync iphone 5s with iTunes, immediately getting blue screen and phone restarted. Please help.

Forgot to add that I replaced it my self. After I replaced the back I tested the phone out before screwing the last 2 screw next to the lighting port. The phone worked then. But that was before i plugged in the Touch ID cable.

HT1473 I am having an error on Purchase from ITunes Store in downloading a song with the rest of an album. It is the only song that did not download correctly and nothing works from downloading from already purchased it says (-err = 100000)

What error are you receiving? Could you post a screenshot of the page?
Try using a different browser, plus clearing your cookies/cache. What type of card are you using? Just a normal credit card or?

Can I make purchases in iTunes while I'm at the Dominican republic

But I keep getting the PayPal account is not verified even though I checked my PayPal account and there isn't any problems with it. And I checked my iTunes account and there doesn't seem to be any problems with it either. What can I do to make changes if necessary to make it work.

If you have a U.S. account, the Terms of Sale stipulate you must be in the U.S. at the time of purchase. Certainly, many people have reported being able to purchase while outside of the country. However, others have reported issues. I suspect that, because your account is funded through PayPalt, it's not going to work.
