Paypal overides our business terms and allows in false claims of non-delivery
We offer customers in the UK and overseas tracked postage or standard postage. It clearly states on our website that standard postage losses are between the postal services and the customer,and our liability is limitedto providing a standard receipt of posting (which is not accepted by PayPal as proof of postage ) yet customers who do not pay the offered additional postage for tracked mail can still falsely claim non-deliveries and are refunded from our account by Paypal despite refusing the insured option. In effect this is PayPal overiding our stated business terms.As a result of this in order to defend ourselves against such malicious behaviour, we are not now posting anything overseas unless the customers pay for additional signed for insurance, which adds over £5.00 St to almost all orders.Its the good paying for the bad.
Well its an accurate reply as you should really change your company policy when you accept paypal for buyers payments. Tweaking of the regulations may or may not be a good idea dependent if you are the buyer or the seller but that is up for debate and I can only quote present policy. You could always keep your terms and not accept paypal if you wanted to?? How to change the content of GTC (terms and conditions) for Partner

We are using R/3 version of ISA B2B site. while creating order thru Shopping Basket we have requirement that We need to provide GTC (General Terms and Condions) for the Partner (View GTC link ). Right now some default text is displayed in that window (text text text ext text text text text text like that). we need to change this.
where i can change this text and enter our own terms and conditions.

the GTC is shown in the JSP b2c/order/terms_and_conditions.jsp. If you have a look at the file, you will find the following code:

The translate tag will render the language dependant text for the resource key "b2c.order.termsAndConds.txt.dmy". To change the content that is shown you can change the resource text or create your own resource key in the corresponding resource file. The resource files are located in the src-folder of the web application DC.

Our iPads work just fine behind a firewall and the Lightspeed filtering solution in an education environment. If your proxy solution cannot be configured to support IOS maybe you should be looking at another vendor. Products such as 8e6 and Lightspeed can be deployed without the use of a traditional proxy set up.

Images (actually graphics) loaded fine in the previous version of firefox, but now do not open in firefox 5. It is our business' website. it opens and looks fine in explorer and other browsers. However, please goto www.trinitystone.biz (using Firefox 5)and look at how the top menu bar has a black box surrounding it and the bottom menu also has this black bar. We have a complete CC business membership and currently have the programs installed on 2 computers but need to add them onto a 3rd. Can we add a licence to our membership or do we need to purchase an additional membership?
If you have Creative Cloud for teams, and you bought the licenses through Adobe direct (via Adobe.com), you can add licenses yourself, and they will be invoiced automatically as you get invoiced for the other two licenses.
Log into adobe.com with your team admin Adobe ID and password.
Once logged in you should be able to access a Manage Team option from the menu.
In the top-right corner there should be an Add Licenses button, that lets you purchase any number of additional licenses.
If you've not purchased through Adobe direct, but through a reseller, you'd need to contact your reseller to add the additional license.

I have an iPad that will not allow me to accept iCloud terms and conditions. It just says server not available. But on an annoyingly regular basis a pop up asks me to accept term and cond, I go to iCloud and try to but that is when it tells me it cannot connect to the server. Frustrating as I cannot get rid of the pop ups.

Turned on my ipod. Update available. Updated fine, came to accepting terms and conditions and this is where it all went wrong. Stuck, cannot accept and cannot turn off the the ipod. It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Just stuck on the terms and conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

I'm getting a contact Apple Support message when trying to purchae in itunes. Unable to buy anything. Live support says "read terms and conditions". No place to confirm acceptance. No additional help available. Seems crazy - All I want to do is give them my money....Anybody?
This is a follow up. Finally, after almost 72 hours, I recieved another email from the original iTunes support representative. According to her, the problem is that one or more of my songs on the account are either not eligible for the upgrade or the file is corrupted and can not be upgraded. In short I cannot use the "Buy All" feature because I will always hit this roadblock. The only way to resolve this, is to upgrade each song individually or select a few songs at a time to upgrade.
I will have to do this until I get the song or songs that is causing the problem. Once I have identified the song(s), I can chose to repurchase them and get a refund. All songs today are at the DRM free format so repurchased songs will automatically be the upgraded file.
So I'll now begin the upgrade of the 314 songs. I guess it could be worse.
Okay, I got an answer and an offer of a refund, but this answer certainly could have been provided three days ago. Am I being unreasonable? -
