PayPal payment not working in Ebay

Getting below error always when try to buy item throught paypan in Ebay. Please help me to resolve this. We're not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Apparently a lot of people are currently having problems with paypal, including me. Yesterday I tried to buy some things on ebay and the first 5 transactions worked fine, but then when I tried to buy another item it said I've been logged out of paypal. I tried logging back in multiple times and was only able to purchase one more item. Even today I still have 2 items left to buy but I can't because paypal keeps logging me out. Please help!

Please try this: when your Skype Number subscription actually expires, sign on to your account dashboard and see if a Reactivate button is waiting for you. Otherwise, your Skype Number may renew by debiting your credit balance, as it did for me, after I added enough credit to cover the cost of renewal.
If not, please contact Skype Customer Service for assistance sorting this!

TDS down payment at teh time of vendor down payment not working

Hi All
Can any one suggest why TDS is not getting deducted at the time of vendor down payment.
TAx type and tax code has been created for payment and GL account assigned for this for paid over. These codes are assigned to company code and vendor master data as well. In vendor masterdata it has been ticked on 'liable' also.
But when making doc with F-48 for vendor down payment, it is not populating for TDS deduction and hence no tds has been deducted.
Can anyone suggest if any more settings is required.
We are in ECC6, and using extended withholding tax for India.

Actually all the mentioned steps already followed. I removed tax code from vendor master , but it doesn't help.
At the time of invoice posting TDS is working fine, but at the time of advance payment it is not working.It is not populating withholding tax popup at all.
In the tax type below are the settings- (standard SAP settings)
calculation--
base amount- Gross amount
Rounding Rule- Round w/tax amnt up
Cash discount- c/disc pre w/tx
Post w/tax amount -- checked
Accumulation type-
No accumulation - selected
Control data-
W/tax base manual - checked
Manual w/tax amnt- checked

No cert numbering- checked
Define minimum/max amounts
w/tax code level- selected
withholding tax amount-

Posting ind - 1
with tax rate- 2%
These all are in extended withholding tax settings.
Can you please check why at the time of advance payment it is not asking for any withholding tax.

Browse button does not work in ebay standard uploader for firefox 32.0.3 by it works in IE

when trying to upload images to eBay to sell items the browse button on the standard uploader does not do anything, this works fine in IE and the basic upload also works well in both. I have cleared all cache and cookies but still not working.

I understand the uploader is not working and you have cleared the cache and the issue continues. Please also Try [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode|Firefox Safe Mode]] this will tell you if it is an add on interfering with the functionality of the Browsing/Upload button.
In case of Java you can check the Security tab in the Java Control Panel to make sure that Java for browsers is enabled.

Over / Under payment not working

My over and under payment setup stopped working after I installed p42...I then upgraded to p47 and it still is not working, has anyone else experienced this problem?
I have all my set ups done, GL's, doc settings etc....it just will not post my difference and reconcile the document. HELP any ideas

Paypal code not working in iWeb?

I designed a website in Dreamweaver on my Windows PC. On it I was selling a book and payment could be made using Paypal so I got the code from the Paypal website, inserted into the DW website and it has been working great for years now.
I have today, redesigned the website using iWeb 09 [since I now have a Mac] and I used the same code as before but when I click the Paypal button it gives this error message "paypal cannot process this transaction as there is a problem with the sellers website...." yet it still works if I click the DW designed site.
Is there any reason why the code wouldn't work the same in iWeb? I used the HTML snippet too

Paypal button not working correctly in Firefox but does with IE

On the Donate page of www.jnh-goneriding.org are several Paypal buttons with drop down options. When you choose anything other than the first line and click on Buy Now - when it goes to the next screen it only shows the first line - not the line you picked in the drop down.
This works correctly in Internet Explorer.

Paypal Link not working

I have a web based form set up and the link to paypal stopped working. When I go into the administration side of adobe form central it says the email address was not verified with paypal. I checked with paypal and they show that everything is ok. I am at a loss.

Could you describe in detail the steps you did and what error message you saw at what step so that we have more information to diagnose the problem? Lockbox excess payment not working

Hi GURUs,
My requirement is that when customer provides some amount in the lockbox file, the program in FLB2 will take only the amount field from the file but will not look into the document ID. It'll clear the oldest open items for the customer one by one. For this purpose I've writen code in the customer exit FEBLB001.
Now there may be 3 scenarios-
1. Full Payment: One or more of the oldest iems are fully cleared and we're not left with any excess amount - this scenario is working fine.
2.Partial Payment: Zero or more items are fully cleared but 1 of the item coudn't be fully cleared - in that case a residual item will be created - this scenario is also working fine.
3.Excess Payment: Clear all the open items for that customer one by one and at the end if there is extra amount remaining it'll post that amount on-account. - this scenario isn't working for me. The program is just posting the whole amount given in the file on-account for the customer and not clearing any of the items.
Can anyone please give any idea on what may be the issue?

Terms of Payment not working

Dear Friends:
In vendor master, The terms of payment were 0001(Immediate payment) and cr memo terms as 30 days net due.
Using Vendor Credit memo,T.code F-41, I entered the credit memo 40 days back and posted the document.
But when i check the S_ALR_87012083 - List of Vendor Open Items for Printing, the doc.date and due.date are the same.
Please explain why this is happening. The due date should be after 30 days.
Please help to resolve the problem.

Following are the rules for payment terms for credit memo.
Invoice related credit memos:
Credit memos can be linked to the original invoice by entering the invoice number in the invoice reference field during document entry. In this case, the payment terms are copied from the invoice so that the invoice and the credit memo are due on the same date.
Other credit memos:
Payment terms in other credit memos are not valid and are due at the document date. To activate the payment terms on these non-invoice related credit memos, enter a V in the invoice reference field during document entry.
If this credit memo is invoice related, the payment terms will default from invoice. If it is not invoice related, default date is document date. Enter "V" in invocie reference to activate payment term defined in vendor master.

I am paying for a yearly subscription in the sum of INR. 25,920.00. I tried making payment twice. Unfortunately, as soon as I hit the Confirm Membership Button, the processing icon (4 squares) keeps animating for quite a long time (10 - 15 mins). As a result, nothing happens. Can you please check?

My web form is not working with PayPal

Only seamless gateways such as the "Pro" version of PayPal, eWay or Authorize.net will work with form payments. Gateways that have the user leave BC, such as PayPal Standard, Google Checkout or Realex, only work with the online store.

I did further testing:
1. I turned off the IPN and I still received the Error page.
2. Than I went and turned off the Payment Data Transfer, and now I got the blank page... /PaymentProcess.aspx?paypal=success. However, I still got the paypal transaction ID attached to the orders.
3. I turned on the IPN and still got the blank /PaymentProcess.aspx?paypal=success and I still got the paypal transaction ID attached to the orders.So the conclusion is that IPN has no bearing on payments made with PayPal Standard when it is used with custom forms.
4. I chaged the URL in the Return URL to go to the secure home page instea of to /PaymentProcess.aspx. and...it still sent me to the PaymentProcess.aspx and I still got the paypal transaction ID attached to the orders.
5. I made the purchase using shoping cart to ensure it works too and this time I even received the receipt on the /PaymentProcess.aspx. The Ref# and Auth Code were "Not Applicable" but it still worked and it was recorded in the orders with the paypal transaction ID
So my conclusions are:
1. IPN has no bearing on PayPal payments made from the custom web form
2. Payment Data Transfer being on sends to the pafe that can't be processesd and it renders Error message
3. Return URL always send you to the PaymentProcess/aspx regardless what secure url you put in there.
4. Transcation ID is always passed to the orders as long as it can connect to PayPal. I guess ur will do it as long as the Payment Gateway has the proper informration in there.
5. It works the same from the custom web form and from checkout form.
I hope this sheds some light and serves some purpose to whoever is completely confused by this as I am.
