Payroll's Error message: Posting balance is not cleared (period 02 / 2014 a)
Dear Experts,
I am new to SAP HR. And would like get help for this issue
After EHP 6 upgarde, when process the payroll, system prompt this error message: Posting balance is not cleared (period 02 / 2014 a).
Checked the RT and it showed that the tax employee deduction was RM90.93. But when it comes to payslip display the tax amount showed different figure of RM90.94 which might be the cause for “posting balance is not cleared” message

check the amounts for Balance sheet accounts and Expanses account. find the difference for both the accounts. the difference might be some wage type or wage types amount.
find the wage types and assign the accounts. then your problem will get solved.
If the difference amoun is net payment you have to maintain the bank account number. then it will get solved.

it seems to point us to T52EZ -posting charcteristics of wagetype.
i have mapped the cost centre in 27inftp and position is default one in 1inftp.
my symboli accounts are d001,d002,d003,d004,d005
account assignemtn type is c-posting to expense account
posting characteristic i have mapped wagetypes to above symbolic accounts
say 8000-d001
8010-d002
for ex
Plus/Minus Sign for Posting-+ve amounts as debot and -ve as credtit
generated posting date for payroll periods
in the activitws in ac system
have assigned the symbolic accounts to expense acocunts
i have mapped the costcentre for that employee in 27 ,im using default position in 0001.
there is a wagtype say food allowance that hasnt been mapped to G/l ?payroll result has an amount for that say 2000.
i have created a symbolic account but when it comes to mapping to G/L ,i have excluded one.
would that have an impact?

infact im doing this in sandbox client ...i deleted the payroll results tcd pu00....i once again checked the g/l mapping ,,im still getting the posting error ..im not sure if im missing anything here ..

POSTING ERROR-MESSAGE POSTING BALANCE NOT CLEARED FOR THE PERIOD 2/2008A

I have a problem in payroll posting. While posting for one employee's persn number rejected and gave a message as Posting Balance not cleared for the period 2/2008A. To come out of the problem I changed the Payroll status record using pu03 changed the Erliest Retro date as 01.06.2008. Again tried to post but not posted again same Message displayed. After changing the Erliest Retro record I have not run the payroll for the particular employee. Is it required to run the payroll for the employee after changing the status in PU03. Request to guide on this

The posting may be out of balance for the employee because their credits dont equal their debits...
Do a test posting for the employee with the log on, this will tell you what amounts are being posted - and should give you an inidcation of where the balance is not cleared...
Yes, you would have to re-run the employee if you'd changed the retro date in PU03, but I dont think that will fix your posting problem....Should the employee have retroe'd?
From what I have seen, just changing the control record doesn't usually fix an out-of balance..there is usually another reason....eg wagetype incorrectly posting to the wrong number of accounts....or a missing wagetype on the employee (eg bank details...no /559 for the net pay to go to).

AS per configuration , there is prifit centre assignment .Enter the profit centre in the field of profit centre by the help opf F4.

If I have redeemed my my gift and the balance is updated in the App Store and I still can not down load apps...what could the issue be? I keep getting this error message "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed". Then it refers me to apple support.

I am installing Windows 7 and I get an error message: "Your disk could not be partitioned. An error ocurred while partitioning the disk". I was using a Windows & Home Premium OEM Software that I purchased from Microsoft. I was given to Windows 100GB to use for Quickbooks pro, Payroll and Publisher. I have the Macbook Pro model No: MD102LL/A. Does anyone knows what happenned or can advice me in what to do? Please help!!!

If you were using Apple's BootCamp and received this message, quit it and open Disk Uility in your Applicaitons/Utilities folder.
Select the Macintosh HD partition on the left and select Erase and Erase Free Space > Zero option and let it complete (important) this will check the spare space for bad sectors that can cause issues formatting partitions.
Once it's completed, try creating a partiton again in BootCamp.
If that doesn't work, then hold command option r keys down while connected to a fast internet connection, Internet Recovery should load (spinning globe) and then in that Disk Utility, select your entire internal drive and click > First Aid > Repair Disk and Permissions.
reboot and attempt Bootcamp again.
If you still get a error, it might be that you have OS X data on the bottom area where BootCamp partition needs to go. This would occur if you had the drive or computer for a long time or wrote a large amount of files to the drive and nearly filling it up and then reduced some, but it left traces in the area BootCamp needs to go.
To fix this
BootCamp: "This disc can not be partitioned/impossible to move files."

I have a problem connecting my Ipod Shuffle 2nd generation to my Windows 8 based laptop. The computer doesn't recognize the Ipod and issues an error message saying 'USB device not recognized'. I tried uninstaling ITunes(latest version) and all other Apple software and reinstaling it back again, checked my USB hubs in the 'Device Manager' section of the Control Panel, you name it.
I could really use some help solving this.
I've turned to the troubleshooting section in Apple Support but it has nothing concerning situations in wich the device isn't even shown in the 'My Computer' folder.

Found how to reset a shuffle and inserted it into these instructions - did not have to follow his last steps.
- Turn off computer.
- Plug Shuffle into usb.
- Then you must reset your shuffle
To reset iPod shuffle:
Disconnect iPod shuffle from the computer (if connected).
Move the switch on the iPod shuffle to the OFF position. Note that when iPod shuffle is off, the green stripe by the switch is not visible

- Start computer and it should install the usb driver for the ipod automatically.

I did not have to do these thing below – did not get error message and shuffle was displayed in Itunes. / LMc
Just remember to not only eject ipod from itunes but stop usb.
Go to the program icons near the clock and right click the usb icon and "safely remove hardware" will appear and click it.
Stop it and select "apple ipod". -

I have tried unistalling the current version I had which was 10.6.3, defragging and running a security scan. Now, the highest version I can get is 10.4.1. for some reason I cannot dowload itunes 10.5 or higher as it gives me the same message which is what I need to connect and update my iphone. It's also possible that newer iPhone updates want an OS higher than Tiger. Post the specs of your computer and we can see if an OS upgrade is possible. There are a large number of G4 variants with different capabilities, so giving us something more than just "G4" will get you help faster. -
Error message - Original file could not be found
When I open itunes, and try to click on a song, there is an "!" and I get the error message "original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?"
It does this for every song. I have to trace it down to "My Music\itunes\itunes\itunes music" and under that I have hundreds of files by artist.
How can I listen to the songs so I don't have to click on each one to make them play?

No, in the end you'll only need one but I'm still not sure which one.

It sounds like there is only one iTunes database - iTunes Library.itl - file and that it's in your iTunes1 folder. Whether or not that is the case, what I'd like you to do is follow the instructions in this article in the Apple Knowledge Base for opening an alternate iTune Library file. Select the Choose Library option and use the navigtion window that appears to make your way to an .itl file.
Select the .itl and iTunes will open with a Library that may - or may not - be different than what you last saw: somewhat different contents or exclamation marks may be present again.
If it's not a library you're happy with, close iTunes, wait ten seconds or so and then repeat the procedure looking for another .itl file - each one contains references for a different iTunes library.
When you find a library you're happy with, i.e. all the contents are listed and no exclamation marks, make a note of the location of that .itl. It's the one you're going to want to work with.
Using that database file, you can go back to iTunes, right-click various songs > Get Info > Summary tab and look to the bottom of that window to find out where that Library is being directed for those files. Make a note of that location.
When we know those two things, we should be able to proceed from there with deleting things.
In the future, when I buy new songs from apple, where will they automatically get stored?
In the location that's been selected in iTunes Edit menu > Preferences > Advanced tab for the iTunes Music folder.
What will happen when I sync my ipod on the computer?
That brings us back to the beginning of this post, by default the synch goes from iTunes to your iPod. So you shouldn't synch your iPod unless there's a satisfactory Library being displayed in iTunes. -
i have ipod classic 5gen it will not sync with windows the error message says ipod can not sync as required file missing wht to do???
Although you used the new USB 3.0 port, the actual connection speed is still USB2.0, as the iPod Dock connector, does not have the 10 times faster USB3.0 signal pins, the connection speed is still 480Mbits/s
I assumed that you have tried the other USB 2.0 port to no success..
Can you do the iPod Disk diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but helps in troubleshooting.

Error Message RunDLL (djhweold.dll not found)
I have a HP Pavilion g6-1d78nr Notebook PC with windows 7 Home Premium. A few months ago I got an Internet browser redirecting virus. I had alot of difficulty removing it with my norton so I used other software such as spybot found online. One of the programs detected a file called dhjweold as bad for my computer and I deleted. Eventually I got rid of the virus and changed all my passwords because I had a fraudlant charge on my debit card which I think had something to do with the virus.
Now when I start up my notebook I receive the following error:

Along with recieving this error message, sometimes I can not open any programs or icons at all.
It usually takes 1 to 3 reboots before the computer will start working normally, but I will recieve the above error message everytime the computer starts up.
I can't seem to find a solution on the internet. I would appreciate any advice.
