  • How do I purchase an additional licence for Adobe Acrobat X Pro?

    Hi,
We purchased this software a few years ago for use by two members of our staff - we now need the software to be available to a further member of staff, and so I need to know how to purchase additional licences so that they can use the software at any one time.
    Thanks

You would have to contact Adobe. Be aware that the purchase of a single copy of Acrobat does not give you 2 licenses for separate use, but 2 activations for use under one license. The intent (the license spells it out) is for the ability to have it on a desktop and laptop, or home and work, for use by a single individual. I believe the license says something about a single use. For AA8, the section says "2.4 Portable or Home Computer Use. Subject to the important restrictions set forth in Section 2.5 below, the primary user of the Computer on which the Software is installed (“Primary User”) may install a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located at his or her home, provided that the Software on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Software on the primary Computer. You may be required to contact Adobe in order to make a second copy."
You may want to talk to Adobe about a volume license. I am not sure where the breakeven is, but it sounds like the solution you need.

  • Expired licence on Adobe Acrobat Pro 8

A user has been getting an expired license message when trying to digitally add his signature to PDF documents. We've seen it before and have imported his key file, but this time it has an expiration date that is actually past. I have tried to run the licence clean up tool, and still have the same results. Any suggestions?

    Hi CambridgeAdobe,
You might refer the KB doc links mentioned below to troubleshoot licensing issues:

    For MAC: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html
Let me know if this helps.

  • Outlook 2010 and Adobe Acrobat 9

I just purchase 3 licences of Adobe Acrobat 9 two days ago, and i notice that i can't create PDF with all methadata, and all attachment on it (like what i was able to do with Adobe Acrobat 9 + Outlook 2007 and 2003).
So my question is : Is there a fix somewhere, or coming that will make this work ?
I purchase these licence for three 60yrs old user that can use the little "Adobe Icon" on Outlook to create PDF, but will be completly lost if i ask to "print" and choose where...
Also, it as been purchase for legal issue : it keep all metha data and all attached document, in their native format.
So my latest question is : do i ask for refund (Adobe will do it, because i purchase that from them) or this will be fixed soon, and i only need to wait ?

Win7, Outlook 2010 and Acrobat Standard 9 are working on one of my laptops. I was helping someone else install who is having an issue with Outlook 2010 crashings.  I was looking for the difference.  On my laptop, I did not have the .dll add-in installed in Outlook, so when I print, I print to the Adobe printer.
I went to the non-working Adobe printer on the other laptop.  I went to change to get a new driver.  When the driver windo popped up, I noticed there were 2 options available.  One of them was a newer date and said that it was for a 64 bit operating system.  I selected that driver and it fixed my issue of not being able to print from Outlook to the Adobe printer.  It will now allow me to print and save the .PDF file during the printing process.
I do not know how Outlook 2010 is supposed to work with the add-in as I have never got that working.  So I do not know the difference.  So if you do have the add-in in Outlook and you are crashing even when it is disabled.  I would first suggest going to the re-install option when you boot from the installation CD and select modify.  Then go in and remove the Outlook add-in.  Then do what I have described above.  It works printing to the Adobe printer.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard V11 on one user account on one pc.
I want to remove this software and re-install it on another user account on the same pc.
Will this use an extra licence?
I understand this product comes with 2 licences but am hoping to retain the extra for another pc.

My experience (limited) has been to expect it to be installed automatically for all users.
What seems to be missing on the new user account?

  • How to deactivate  ADOBE ACROBAT 9 STANDARD LICENCE ON PC FOR REINSTALLATION OF WINDOWS

I am having Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard installed in my Dell Inspiron 2310 pc.  Due to some issue, Dell advice me to take up back up of all, for windows reinstallation. I am having window 7- 64 bit. I am having  Original CD with product Key number with me, valid for 2 pc, although using just one. Please advice how to do

    Hello yogeshjain,
You might need to choose 'Deactivate' option under Acrobat Help menu.
Once you are done with Windows reinstallation, you can again activate Acrobat with the registered serial number.
For more details, you can simply refer:
    Activation & Deactivation Help
    Hope it helps.

  • Adobe Acrobat X Pro Licences.

    Hello,
Due to getting a new Desktop machine I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat X Pro onto the new machine.
The current problem is that I don't have the license code anymore ( I still have Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed on my old machine).
I tried to find the license code in Adobe Acrobat X Pro itself but it's nowhere to be found.
I also tried Google but I still get no clear description about where to find my licensecode and if it's possible to even find the licensecode.
I also wonder if it's possible to come into direct contact with Adobe ( by phone or e-mail)
So to sum up my questions:
Where can I find my Adobe Acrobat X Pro license code ? ( digital / in fysical documents)
Is there a way i can retrieve this licensecode if I don't have the fysical documents anymore? (but still have the licensed version on my machine))
Can I contact Adobe directly by e-mail / phone (anything besides a forum)
In advance thank you for helping,
    Senne Suylen

It's also possible to contact me at : [email protected] thank you in advance.

  • Adobe Acrobat X Standard - I have licence but need the installation file

    Hello,
My system crashed an I need a reinstallation of acrobat X standard. Where can I find the installation program. Thanks for reaction!

Try http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-x-10-pro-reader-suite-direct-download-links-ddl.ht ml, though you may have to move to a different part of the site to get Std. I agree with TSN. When you purchase something like Acrobat, you should always make a backup.

  • Lost licence, Adobe Acrobat X Pro

    Hi,
I have used our Adobe products for about 3 years. All of a sudden, Adobe Acrobat X Pro has lost it's license?
It doesn't accept our serial and together with our IT-guy I have tried all possible solutions?
    What to do?
    Mette

    Hey mette,
Please confirm that you are providing the serial number for Acrobat X and not CS5.
You might navigate to this link to find and confirm with your serial number:

  • Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard - invalid serial number after transfer

    Hello,
Trying to install my Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard on a new computer.
I followed the instructions to deactivate the licence on the old computer and documented my serial number (out of the REGISTRY). I also got the message, that the deactivation was successful.
When I now try to install the software on the new computer, this fails with a message that the serial number is invalid (but I checked serveral times for typing errors).
    Any help?
    Kind regards
    Ruediger Schultz

What is in the registry is not necessarily the serial number. If you registered the software, you can find the serial number under your account on the Adobe website.

  • Adobe acrobat pro 9 WIN AOO IE invalid serial

    Hi,
We have recently replaced all of our PC's in our office, and I have tried installing our copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 WIN AOO Licence IE onto our new machines, using the serial number provided on our Software License Certificate.
We no longer have the CD in the office, but I did download the version found here: Download Acrobat products | 9, 8
However I keep getting the 'invalid serial key' response.
I spoke to Adobe support and was told they do not support Acrobat 9 anymore, and that I should try the forums.
    Any one have any ideas?
    Regards,
    Donalee

The download link that you have used is of retail version hence that is why you have the error, since it is volume licensing product, the download link , serial number are located in www.licensing.adobe.com .
The link Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers | Orders | Accounts has complete detail, still if you need help you may contact Adobe support whose link is at bottom of the mentioned document.
