D'abord, dans les deux cas CS6 et CC, c'"st bien au démarrage que le problème survient. Je vois le splash screen, puis le message, puis le splash screen disparait.
Ma configuration. Windows 7 SP1
Adobe premiere pro cc et cs6 (temporairement le cs6) derniere version
adobe after effect cs6 et cc derniere version (12.2)
Une multitide d'autres produits installé (je ne vais pas les citer tous)
Actuellement le pilote de ma GEforce 9800 GT est 331.65. Je ne parviens pas à installer la version suivante pour le moment.
que puis'je encore vous fournir (5 disques durs externes, 3 disques durs internes)
J'ai aussi vegas pro 12 installé sur ma machine?
Vous faut-il autre chose.
Vous me demandez la version d'un pilote, duquel s'agit il. Je vous ai donné le graphique et je ne connais pas d'autre

Je signale quand même que je n'avais pas de problèmes avant la mise à jour d'after effect cc.
Ce codec qui pose problème, je ne pourrais pas l'enlever. Si oui, comment faire ?

Derniere question, comme cela fontionnait avant la mise à jour, n'y aurait-il pas moyen de revenir à cette version d'after effect. Pour les pilotes de ma carte graphique, j'ai pu le faire, mais jusqu'à présent cela ne change rien.
Je dois dire aussi que je ne sais plus modifier mes anciens projets qui utilisent after effet, puisqu'il se plante à l'ouverture.

J'ai un message d'erreur, uniquement sur la mise a jour After :
"Echec de la mise a jour, Extraction des fichier téléchargé impossible. Cliquer sur reessayer pour relancer le téléchargement. "
J ai déja contacté trois fois leurs services personne ne sais réparer cette erreur, ils partent dans des délire de changer d'adresse mail, refaire un compte, ce que je me suis résigné a faire, mais rien !!!
Et cette mise a jour est " censé " corrigé le fameux bug sur la gestion de la carte graphique ( 6Go ) des Macpro :

MerciExtraction errors mean your temp folder is inaccessible. Either it's full or you do not have sufficient user privileges. Could well be that the Mac Pro's odd/ unique built-in SSD may also have something to do with it.

Depuis la mise à jour de ios8 sur mon iphone 4s que j'ai du restaurer car la mise à jour ne fonctionnait pas (j'ai tout perdu!!) je n'arrive plus à relever le courrier de mon compte yahoo dans mail. J'ai changé le mot de passe mais rien. Donc j'ai ré ajouté le même compte après l'avoir supprimer mais un message apparait : "serveur indisponible".

impossible de travailler avec mocha, une fois ouvert Mocha réponse fichier non trouvé. J'ai essayé avec des fichiers TIF TGA ou MOV aucun n'est reconnu par mocha AE CC

Si vous parlez anglais, je ne peux que vous conseiller de poster dans le forum d'Imagineer systèmes, les créateurs de Mocha.
Bien que beaucoup là soient de véritables gourous, ils ne sont pas pour autant doués de clairvoyance... N'oubliez donc pas de mentionner sur quel OS êtes-vous, quelle configuration, la version de Mocha et after effects (une mise à jour est sortie hier), si les fichiers sont sur la machine, etc. -
Impossible d'utiliser After Effects CS6 11.2.2, sur MAC OS X 10.9.5
En essayant d'ouvrir After Effects un message d'erreur apparait : Impossible d'ouvrir cette version de l'application "Adobe After Effects CS6" avec cette version d'OS X. Vous avez "Adobe After Effects CS6 11.0.2.
Comment faire pour activer l'application ?

en fait je suis allé sur le chat en ligne d'Adobe (car ils n'ont pas d'aide par support téléphone) et là j'ai discuté avec des techniciens qui m'ont redirigé vers l'aide en ligne Américaine (ma licence est Canadienne) puis un technicien m'a aidé à faire la manipulation. Sur le chat en direct, il faut écrire le 1er message et attendre qu'un technicien soit libre pour répondre, cela peut prendre un peu de temps. Sinon, si je me souviens bien, j'ai téléchargé une mise à jour sur le site Adobe, là j'ai obtenu 2 icones, et j'ai simplement cliqué sur AF ingéniering en premier puis sur AF application, ensuite et tout s'est mis en place (si on clique directement sur AF application, ça ne marche pas). Mais je ne peux que vous conseiller de demander l'aide en ligne par chat qui à mon avis est très efficace.

Maverick et impossible de mettre a jour After CC

Voila j'ai mis à jours mon mac mais le probleme est qu'after effect ne se lance plus ...
J'ai donc téléchargé la MAJ 12.1 mais impossible de l'installer. Le message d'erreur evoque le compte admin hors je suis admin sur mon mac.
Une idée ? ... merci d'avance.j'ai tout clean, tout ré installer la CC me dit qu'after est a jour mais quand je le lance, j'ai le même message ...

Problème Dynamic Link Premiere Pro vers After Effect
Bonjour à tous,
je dispose de Premiere Pro CC et After Effect CC, et depuis une mise à jour récente mes préférences ont changées.
Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit donc d'un problème de paramères ou un bug mais voilà le soucis:
Lorsque je prend les rushes d'une séquence dans Premiere et que je la "remplace par une composition after effect", tout mes rushes arrivent précomposés dans after, alors qu'avant ce n'était pas le cas.
Ce n'est pas ce que je souhaite, d'autant plus que les précompositions n'ont pas le même temps que mon rush (donc j'ai des trous dans ma composition after)
Si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré cela, ou sait comment reccupérer un rush dans une précomp pour le "dé-précomposer" cela m'aiderai beaucoup.

When you precompose, you have a new option: Adjust Composition Duration To The Time Span Of The Selected Layers. Choose this to create a new composition that has a duration that is the same as that spanned by the selected layers. If you deselect this option, then the duration of the newly created composition is the same as the duration of the original composition, without regard for the duration of the layers being precomposed; this has been the only option in previous versions of After Effects. -
Problème d'installation / After effects CC
Bonjour, J'ai souscrit un abonnement à CC en février.
J'ai installé plusieurs logiciels qui fonctionnent (muse, audition...).
Malheureusement, After Effects ne fonctionne pas.
J'ai fait la mise à jour. Rien. J'ai désinstallé / réinstallé le logiciel, rien.
(j'avais une version CS6 sur mon ordi que j'ai désintallé, mais peut-être mal... ?)
Et aujourd'hui, il n'apparaît plus dans la liste des logiciels que je peux télécharger...
J'ai besoin de ce logiciel pour travailler. Que faire ?

If you continue to receive errors when opening After Effects then I would recommend posting any specific error messages you are receiving to the After Effects to the After Effects forum at After Effects. -

Bonjour,j'ai un petit problème avec After effect.
J'avais téléchargé la version d'essai et tout s'était très bien dérouler,mais suite à un petit problème,j'ai dû faire une restauration système datant d'avant mon téléchargement.
Seulement voilà : sur l'Adobe application manager,lorsque je veux re-télécharger la version d'essai , il est simplement mis en gris "A jour".
J'ai bien regarder sur mon PC,mais aucune trace d'After effect,et impossible de le télécharger...Une aimable personne pourrait m'aider svp?Bonjour, je me retrouve avec un problème similaire. Qu'avez vous fait en réinstallant la dernière version de Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64)? Qu'elle manipulation particulière avez vous fait?

Je me suis abonné à la la suite créative cloud début janvier 2014. Je posséde 2 Mac.
Le premier est un Mac book pro 2,5 Ghz Intel Core i7 OS 10.7.5 avec la version After Effect CC 12.2.
Le second est un Mac Pro 2,66 Ghz Quad Core Intel Xeon OS 10.6.8 avec le version After Effect CC 11.0.4.2.
Il m'est impossible de mettre à jour AE CC sur le Mac pro. Du coup tout les projets que je réalise sur le Mac book pro ne peuvent s'ouvrir sur le Mac pro ... Cela me pose un gros problème de productivité. Que dois-je faire ?
Y-a-t-il une possibilité d'enregistrer les projets dans une version antérieur ?
