Pb to add a view from Siebel Tools to Pharma application

Hi,
I'm just beginner of Siebel. I used a user guide to create my first project. I follow all the steps described, I created a new tab with 2 new views. When I compile my project, I can't find my view and so added it to my application before adding it to my responsibilities.
In Siebel tools, If I add an existing view, after compiling, directly I can see my new tab with the view.
What can I do to make available my new views on my Siebel application?
Thanks for your understanding,
Regards,

Hi,
After compiling the view in tools, you have to add the view to the Responsibility of the user which you log in. The do a "Clear Cache" and logg off. Check again in the application to view the new ones.

    They are active, no extra action is needed. You saw them, didn't you?

    What you see is what you get. You've seen the additional name fields. Apart from that you can click on  'other communication' to see a list of fields there. That's it.

  • When I open Add-ons, from the Tools menu, I get an unresponsive script error: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js:623.

    When I try to click on Add-ons, from the Tools menu, I get this error message of an unresponsive script: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js:623. This is to say the least about the unresponsive script errors at other times. However, at all times, it won't go away - even by clicking on the 'stop script' option; even with checking the 'don't ask again' option. I've cleared the cookies and history as best I could, but it appears that there is some sort of conflict. How can I resolve this? Kevin: [email protected] Thank you.

    This is typically caused by a problem with the Personas Plus 1.6 add-on and it conflicting with the Google toolbar.
    Try disabling the Personas Plus add-on. To do this open the add-ons manager by selecting the Tools menu, then Add-ons. In the list of installed extensions click on Personas Plus, then click on either disable or uninstall.
    If you can not access the add-ons manager, follow the instructions in the [[safe mode]] article to start Firefox in safe mode. You should then be able to disable or uninstall Personas Plus. You can find more information on this procedure in the [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] article.

  • Is it possible to add and view your key words when creating a web site from Lightroom 4?

    Is it possible to add and view your key words when creating a web site from Lightroom 4?

    Hi,
    I had the same problem with
    "java.lang.NullPointerException at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientimpl.html.uielib.standard.uradapter.ViewContainerUIElementAdapter.getContent(ViewContainerUIElementAdapter.java:98)"
    when I included ViewUsages dynamically in an action handler (outside wdDoInit()).
    The code below fixed that problem.
    This code creates a new OutboundPlug for the embedding view with the embedded view as target and fires the plug.
    <i>// Create OutboundPlug
    IWDOutboundPlugInfo outboundPlug = embedderViewInfo.createOutboundPlug();
    //Create navigation link
    rootViewUsage.createNavigationTarget(outboundPlug.getName(), interfaceViewUsage, "Default");
    // fire navigation link
    wdThis.wdGetAPI().firePlug(outboundPlug, Collections.EMPTY_MAP);
    </i>
    I hope I could help you. Probably you don't need the information anymore, but perhaps anybody else has the same problem.

  • I am missing the add objects section from the fly out menu in Photoshop CS6. 3d workspace

    I am missing the "add objects" section from the fly out menu in Photoshop CS6. I am in the 3D workspace of Photoshop. "Scene" is highlighted and I have clicked on the little fly out menu in the upper right hand corner of that panel. The whole section that should contain, Add objects, delete objects, duplicate objects, all the way through reverse order is missing. The add lights section above and render section below it is there. I am not new to Photoshop, but I am new to the 3D section of Photoshops work space.
    I do know about creating a new layer in the layers tab and merging the objects together trick. But I kind of would like for the program to work correctly as I am sure that doing it that way will cause some sort of problems later in the work process.
    Below are the specs of my system.
    Adobe Photoshop Version: 13.0.1 (13.0.1.3 20131024.r.34 2013/10/24:21:00:00) x64

    Processor speed: 2394 MHz
    Built-in memory: 32651 MB
    Free memory: 28832 MB
    Memory available to Photoshop: 29606 MB
    Memory used by Photoshop: 89 %

    Image cache levels: 4
    OpenGL Drawing: Enabled.
    OpenGL Drawing Mode: Basic
    OpenGL Allow Normal Mode: True.
    OpenGL Allow Advanced Mode: True.
    OpenGL Allow Old GPUs: Not Detected.
    Video Card Vendor: Intel
    Video Card Renderer: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
    Display: 3
    I am actually running windows 8. So I am not sure why it is saying windows NT. Anyway...
    Photoshop says that my software is up to date. I use Photoshop daily and everything else works just fine. I have looked through this forum and there is someone else who had the same issue as me but their question was not given a solution. So that is why I choose to post it again.
    Any help will be great. Thank you!
    Mark.

    I've made tests with four different 3rd party tools: OpenGL Extension Viewer, GPU Caps Viewer, Compute4Cash OpenCL Diagnostic Tool and Mudlord's Glide3x wrapper tester. All those tools report no problems with my video card driver and OpenGL/CL.
    I have contacted nVidia and based on reports from the tools and visual tests from GPU Caps Viewer nVidia support doesn't see a problem with my driver.
    I found sniffer_gpu.exe which according to Adobe Help pages is a kind of diagnostic tool and determines whether Photoshop uses the graphic card OpenCL or not. Here is the output:
    Device: 00000000002B1BE8 has video RAM(MB): 1023
    Vendor string:    NVIDIA Corporation
    Renderer string:  GeForce GTX 650/PCIe/SSE2
    Version string:   3.0.0
    OpenGL version as determined by Extensionator...
    OpenGL Version 3.0
    Has NPOT support: TRUE
    Has Framebuffer Object Extension support: TRUE
    OpenGL ok
    OpenCL ok, version=1.1 CUDA 4.2.1
    Return code: 3
    From Adobe GPU Sniffer tool, it looks OK.
    On the other hand, I have your word that there is no problem with Photoshop not recognizing OpenCL for my card and that nVidia driver has problems. Can you justify this somehow? Perhaps you could provide more details on technical level, or another utility to run and extract details, to at least identify the problem Photoshop has and hopefully solve it on either side.
    P.S. During tests there were two things which I noticed, but they are probably not related to the issue:
    1. One tool reports the lack of Windows registry key SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows (NT)/CurrentVersion/OpenGLDrivers. But according to your previous statement, Photoshop only uses OS calls, no registry and according to nVidia, this key is not used in Windows 7.
    2. During some tests GPU Caps Viewer reports that "OpenCL CPU not supported on the selected platform". This is not complaining about GPU, only about CPU. But Photoshop is complaining about GPU, so it shouldn't be relevant.

  • Re: [iPlanet-JATO] Re: onBeforeRequest(); Finding requested view from requestContext

    If you want to stop a JATO request in its tracks, you have a little black
    magic at your disposal: you can throw a CompleteRequestException. This
    indicates to the JATO infrastructure that it should immeditately stop
    handling the request, but not generate an error, as the develper has taken
    full control. You can generally throw this error from anywhere, at any
    point--it is a RuntimeException, and is "tunneled" through other exception
    handlers where appropriate.
    In your scenario, you want to check if the user is logged in, and if not,
    save the target URL using the parsePathInfo() method. Then, forward to the
    login page and then throw a CompleteRequestException.

    Subject: [iPlanet-JATO] Re: onBeforeRequest(); Finding requested view from
    requestContext
    I guess what I am thinking about doing is capturing the requested URL,
    i.e. /appname/modulename/RequestName. In the onBeforeRequest(). I
    would then check to see if the user is logged in, and if not, set the
    URL in the session(or page session of the Login bean) and forward to
    the Login viewbean using the viewbean manager. Inside the login view
    in the handleSubmit() method I would authenticate the user and then
    get the URL out of the session (or pagesession). I would then
    magically get the ViewBean/Command object for the URL or otherwise
    "forward the request" as if the user had typed in
    /appname/modulename/RequestName, which is the behavior I am trying to
    acheive.
    It turns out I cannot forward in the onBeforeRequest() as it will
    output the viewbean and then continue to process the request which in
    turn trys to do a RequestDispatcher().forward after data has been
    written to the stream which does not bode well with the servlet
    container. Thus, it appears I have no control of the request in the
    onBeforeRequest() method. Is this correct?
    In light of this new observation I am now going to create a base view
    class that all views will extend from and override the
    onSecurityCheck() method to forward to my login bean. If I can't find
    any other way, I will get the URL from the page session and do a
    response.sendRedirect() to the URL.
    Thanks for the help!

    Think about it... the request handling view bean (or command object)has
    the request handler that has the code that will ultimately forward to
    another view bean. This is code that you have written. So, until that
    forwardTo() is invoked, there is no notion of a "target page".
    What you do know is which "page" (view bean) the request is coming from
    (the handling view bean or command class). You can get this from the
    HttpServletRequest. The attribute name is "viewBean".
    So you can get the view bean name by doing the following inonBeforeRequest:
    <HttpServletRequest>.getAttribute("viewBean");
    But I suspect this is not going to solve your current issue.
    You could add the target page name to the page session. If there ismore
    than one possible target page, it might get a little more involved.
    Let me know if the use of page session needs further explanation.

    Installed: Firefox 27. ReminderFox 2.1.4. Windows XP Professional
    Since ReminderFox 2.1.4 was installed, I have deselected the 'Status/Add-on Bar Display 'Bow' and text on status bar' numerous times, but the setting never takes effect even after pressing the Apply and OK buttons.
    The Add-on Bar, which has always been deselected from the View > Toolbars menu, shows as selected in the menu, and even though I deselect it manually, when I close Firefox and then reopen it, it shows again as selected in the menu.

    It is possible to uninstall the add on or to customize the add on toolbar from the Toolbar Customize option. To troubleshoot this try this article [[How to fix preferences that won't save]]
