PBXX condition currency not changed

Dear gurus,
I have issue with one PO. It was created with EUR currency and saved.
Later on its currency was changed to THB (in header level) via ME22n and saved again. During the change, currency on item was changed nicely also with Net price recounted to THB, also on all conditions EXCEPT on PBXX field 'Crcy' (Rate unit). There also in field Amount (Rate) was kept amount in EUR.
But in the same PBXX condition in field 'Condition value' and also its currency was nicely changed to THB.
I tested this on more systems, this seems like general behaviour for Gross conditions, but is it really so?
Maybe simple question, but I really was not able to find explanation for it anywhere...

thank you for reply.
I think my system behaves in the way as you described. So yes, 'condition value' field changes according to document currency, but I am more concerned about fields on left from it, this is Amount and Crcy (Price and currency for 1 UoM). They don't change according to currency set in the header (also in your example: Gross price remained at USD currency).
I was thinking if it is not because PBXX was set manually, it is not taken from condition records. For instance there is also NAVS condition in my example PO, but it is based on condition record and this changes nicely to THB.
Is this assumption correct?

Determining pricing condition currency according to billing date

Hi All;
Although this is a so simple scenario, i couldn't get any succesful reply in the forum.
Let me explain this by an example:
Sales Order TA
Material X = 10 EUR (Pricing Currency is EUR)
Pricing date: 23.10.2009 (1 EUR= 2 USD)
Document Currency:USD
Billing Document F2:
Billing date: 25.10.2009 (1 EUR=3 USD )
i want to calculate pricing condition currency according to billing date.
Total Price must be : 10X3=30 USD and of course pricing date must be: 23.10.2009
how could we achieve this?
before your reply, please consider my advices:
1.i don't want use pricing type "B" in VTFL. "G" is a preferable one.
2.in my VTFL configuration Pricing Exchange Rate Type is "C Exchange rate determination according to billing date"
3..OSS Note 92613 serves a simple solution. But i couldn't apply this note. I changed my routine according to this note, but it has no effect. Is there anyone who used this note succesfully?
4.someone said that it is possible to achieve this scenario by using some user exits, if this is correct, could you please say user exit's name?

Do you mean to say that on ob08, different exchange rates were maintained on 23-10-09 and 25-10-09 ??

Can not change data in Input Ready Query

All,
I have created an input ready query on an aggreagation level which has one transactional cube underlying it however, after run the query I am unable to change data in the cells even though I get a warning message saying query is ready for input
Note:
1. The underlying realtime cube is in "Planning Mode:Loading not allowed" state in rsa1
2. I tried including all characteristics so that the record can be uniquely identified at that aggregation level).
3. I am not using any characteristic restrictions
4. I have not set any data slices
5. I have set the property for Planning "Start query in Change Mode"
6. I have set the 'Key Figure' Planning Properties to "Can be changed Manually or via Planning Functions" for the key figures
7. I do not have currency/unit in row/column.
8. There are any locks occurring

Hi Milind,
Was wondering how was your problem solved. I get the same message when I run the query in web from query designer and in bex analyzer the cells are not updated with the changes that I make.
I am hitting my head against the wall to figure what could be the problem as my plan query is simply based on aggregation level created directlty upon the real time info cube.
Have cross checked all the points that you mentioned in this post but I cells do not change.
There should be some way around to solve this problem.

Workflow conditional statement not working

I have 2 level approvals of objects in Documents list.
The document first uploaded by user and then first need to get approval from HR Line Manager and then get approval from HR manager.
the attach image shows shows workflow , the issue is either I select approve or reject in first approval the if statement is always true , it should not go inside if statement if first approval is rejected by HR Line Manager roles

Hi,
To make the condition work in the workflow, there are two more things need to be done:
1. Enable content approval in the Documents library which the workflow is associated with.
Go to the Library Settings page of the Documents library > click Versioning settings > select Yes under Require content approval for submitted items.
If we do not enable this, the value of Approval Status column will always be Approved.
2. Add a Set Workflow Variable step above the Start Approval Process step and set it to Yes in the workflow.
After adding the Set Workflow Variable step, we can set the Approval Status column when we approve or reject the task process. Otherwise the Approval Status column will not change no matter how the task process works.

15 concurrent users and JBO-35007 row currency has changed

Something for the weekend :)
I have an ADF/BC 10.1.3.3. application on 10.1.3.3. Oracle AS. I use a jazn security with users and roles stored in database tables. While testing with one or two users I never ran into the same problem as we had this week when testing with 15 users. I have an entity and VO with a whole attributes that are edited in a couple of jspx pages that composed with process train control. There are also a couple of detail data edited on this page. I'm using ProcessScope quite a lot to pass some information between the pages.
Well, to get to the point: when testing with 15 users we had A LOT of JBO-35007 row currency has changed since the user interface was rendered errors in this process. Every user was editing it's own data row. The error appeared every time a user left the application inactive for a couple of seconds, entered some data and clicked commit. I'm not aware of the security settings of the browser on the testing computers and I can't get them now to see if something like this could be the problem.
When I checked the log files, there are a lot of errors or warnings in them. I'll try to sum the ones that might be important for this issue. These errors appear a lot's of times in these log files that is why I'm assuming some of these are connected to my issue.

The problem is I can't reproduce this behaviour any more in my environment. If someone could maybe point me to the errors that are important and could be the cause of this errors. Could this be an internet browser security settings issue? What about those errors about aborted connections?
If you can't provide me an answer (which I know it would be very difficult by the information provided), maybe you could explain the cause of some of the errors described above?
I'd appreciate any tips on this since I don't have e an idea how and where to start to at least reproduce and find out the cause of this. Than I'll worry about the solution :).

Condition type not visible in billing document

Hi
We are currently in the process of making some changes to the pricing procedures.
While processing an IC order, we find the following discrepancies,
In VA03, when we enter the order details, the price shows the expected value and so do the condition details.
However, in the billing document for the same, in VF03, we find that one of the condition types are missing, hence the value in the sales document and the billing document are different.
I have checked the details in the condition types, pricing procedures and the access sequences, everything appears to be configured correctly.
Please advice as to how this can be corrected.

Check in pricing procedure (tcode V/08) if you have any Reqt.
Other possibility, but I think that it doesn't matter in your case. See SAP Note 105621 - Authorization check for the condition screen, that it is used to hide conditions, but not for delete them.

Condition type not coming in sales order

Hi,
we have a condition type Z026. The issue is that it is not set in the order but the condition records exists. The pricing analysis shows that condition reocrd is missing but the fact is the condition record is there. The acess seq is Z026 and there are many tables in the acess sequence.
The first table in the access seq is 906 and the condition record exists but still the system says that the condition record is not found using cond preliminary step (header fields like customer/sales org/div). the cond record is maintained for relevant sales org/dist channel/customer/material. cond preliminary step means that system first looks for the header fields but everything is there.
The condition is active and the conditon is created on 21.7.10 with validitity from 21.7.10 to 31.1.2010 and the pricing date in sales order is 27.7.10. so everyhting is fine but yet the condition is not coming in sales order
what could be the issue.

Now try creating a sales order with 20.07.2010 as the pricing date. It will work. Create another order with 21.07.2010 and it will not work. If so, it is due to the validity date. When you give 21.07.2010 as validity date and there is already another record which was valid on that date, the gap of one day can happen and we have experienced this. There is even an OSS note explaining this concept, which makes sense business-wise.
However you check the scenarios I have mentioned. If the behaviour is as I have mentioned, then you have to change the pricing date of your problamatic sales order to one day earlier, or move the validity date one day earlier.

Discount condition type not appearing in sales order but in invoice

I have two discount condition types (MPDI,ZSDI) in my pricing procedure,at the time of sales order creation one discount condition is not appearing.
On analyzing the condition type MPDI,system throws message "Access not been executed due to previous access",what would be the reason.
In the billing ,i could see the condition type appearing.I have checked this,but i could not understand why it is happening.Even the condition catergory of condition is empty not L.

Am sure user might have deleted the condition type in sales order, the same condition type woudl have entered manually in invoice.
Please check my testing, i have done the same entered ZA09 manually and after saving have deleted again in sales order, after dilivery and when i created invoice here i have entered manually the same condition type.
So in your case also the same thing could have happend, check the change log and also in invoce condtion tab check the condtion type in analysis ( Invoice analysis not order). so that you can udnerstand whether it was entered manully or not.

This is because in the condtion tyoe the abvoe key combiantion was found with records hence the below key combition was ignored. this you observe in your screen shot with with 5.00
So my guess is the condtion records was deleted in sales order.

Getting row currency has changed error and JBO-28010

Hi Not sure if these two errors are connected
I am using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.2 and OAS 10.1.3.1
I have 4 -5 application modules connected to 3 different dB. Two days back i change the database connection to another and released to production because our db was shifted to another machine.
Since then getting 2 errors randomly:
oracle.jbo.PCollException: JBO-28010: Error while getting next sequence value for PS_TXN_seq from database
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02289: sequence does not exist
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-35007: Row currency has changed since the user interface was rendered. The expected row key was oracle.jbo.Key[]
Not sure how to solve this. I don't even know how PS_TXN_seq was created. How can i debug this

I found a solution from section 19.4.1 in the 10.1.3 DEV Guide using partialSubmit and partialTriggers - the issue seems to be (from reading other posts) that the cursor in the iterator changes when validation fails.

Hi All,
we have developed and deployed an Application in Production, before four months,
Suddenly for the past two days we are getting an error after the page being idle for 2- 3 minutes.
Row currency has changed since the user interface was rendered. The expected row key was oracle.jbo.Key[3259 ]Once we get the error, the session scoped beans are resetting the values, and all the vo's cache are getting cleared(All the buttons in the page will get disabled and the menu will disappear).
but the same EAR is working perfectly in UAT and QA environments.
We have changed the "Enabletokenvalidation" as false and tested again, but the page itself is not loading after the change .
We have checked the Production and UAT weblogic server settings , but didn't find anything wrong.
WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.3.0
Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.2.0

we are not using back button press or any other rowItearation in these pages and we are not changing the row key through code.
Simple Master page, with inline edit , add and delete with thousands of records.
Error is popping up after the page is being idle for 2- 3 mins. on the next request after the idle time, the error will pop up .
once the row currency error came, the current state of the view objects will get reset to the initial state(First row).
we don't know how to fix this issue, this issue is coming in production server only...
if any body comes across such an issue, please help us to resolve this issue..

Hi all,
I am getting "Row currency has changed since the user interface was rendered. The expected row key was oracle.jbo.Key" error on create action. Use case is simple. There is view table and a create button. When I click to the create button i am getting this error. Browser back button is never used.
The strange thing is i am not getting this error when i run my application on local envirionment. However after i had deployed it to the real development environment, it started to throw this error and i am not getting this error on other pages.

I changed my create button to create insert. The "Row Currency" error has gone and page is opened properly. However when i open a LOV (inputComboboxListOfValues and inputListOfValues), it throws an exception. I checked WLS logs and it logged the following error which i was never encounter.

I am using jdev 10g, ADF, jsp (not uix). After each action the current row changes somewhere and I donât know where or why. When trying to get the next set of the records I am getting the error: Row currency has changed since the user interface was rendered (see below). I should also mention that this worked for a while and then suddenly started to act this way. It also seems to depend on the computer environment, because it works on one place but not on another one.

I have the same problem, and what I found is that after some time AM performs clean-up (in a case you leave application idle) and rollbacks everything and clears VO caches which means that when you attempt to re-establish some operation on your web page it restarts AM but cannot find previous row currency.
Does this make sense?

I'm trying http://otn.oracle.com/obe/obe9051jdev/adftojsp/defaultendtoend.htm tutorial. Everyting works fine for me, but, when I run browseDepartments.jsp (from struts diagram), then I press NEXT buton one or few times, then REFRESH (from the IE browser) i get the error:

Also, I created my own app with jdeveloper, but after NEXT and REFRESH I get the same error..

I'm currently evaluating JDeveloper and the interaction
between UIX and Struts.
I've got the same JBO-33035 when using a LOV and handling
changes with UIX Event-Handlers to update the query
in an related ViewObject.
For some other reasons I use Struts for the page flow.
When I directly call the UIX-Page (without Struts) everything
is fine - Event handling works, no JBO-33035.
But when I call the page using the Struts controller,
I got JBO-33035, fired in the prepareModel Method.
The first change works, but from then on I'll get this
error.
On the other side it seems to be impossible to handle LOV
changes (not using ViewLinks) from struts.
I use a Bean to store the selected Values from the LOV.
So my first attempt was to use a Struts Action Handler
to get the value from the Bean (used as DataControl).
But the postback of the selected values occurs after
all Struts Page Lifecycle routines. So I found no way for
doing this.
On the other hand, with no OnEvent Handler declared in
DataAction but using a UIX-Event, the postback occurs in
the processComponentEvents phase!
Does anybody has some hints regarding this?
How can I get the updated Bean values in the struts lifecyle?
Why does JBO-33035 only occur with Struts?
