My pc  crashed and I need to reload all purchased software and subscriptions.

If you didn't have the opportunity to deactivate the installations then you should contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations for all the serial numbers involved.
Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)

Then you just reinstall the programs and activate using the same serial numbers.  If you need to download you can find download available thru the following links...

  • Will I have to reinstall all my plugins that I have in Photoshop CC into Photoshop CC 2014 since they did not migrate?

will I have to reinstall all my plugins that I have in Photoshop CC into Photoshop CC 2014 since they did not migrate?

Linking to self-contained plug-ins via a shortcut can be a good way to keep things organized, but be aware of one thing:
Many plug-ins today are not truly self-contained, but actually install additional things like DLL files into the Photoshop installation area itself (something I regard as a bad practice).  What this means is even if you are to link to another place from the plug-ins subfolder under the new Photoshop CC (2014) installation area, your plug-ins may not all run properly.  If they have an installer, your best approach is to use the installer.

It is Correct for your Current OS = Leopard = 10.5.8
The first step in Upgrading... is to Snow Leopard = OS X 10.6.x
It is Not available as a download...
    Do this first...
Check that your Mac meets the System Requirements for Snow Leopard...
    Snow Leopard Tech Specs
    http://support.apple.com/kb/SP575
If so Contact Apple in your Country to Purchase a Snow Leopard Disc...
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    In the US...
    1-800-MY-APPLE or 1-800-676-2775
After the Successful Install, run Software Update to get the latest updates for Snow Leopard.
Be sure to make a Backup of your Current System Before Upgrading...

  • If I replace the HD do I have to reinstall all apps

If I replace the HD on my Mac Book Pro 13 inch, do I have to reinstall all apps...?

If you properly backup, it is fairly painless.
Short answer: Make a CarbonCopyClone bootable copy of your startup disk on a self-powered external drive.  Then boot from that clone to prepare your new disk (formatting) and clone back your original OS fully functional.
Long answer, read this (https://discussions.apple.com/message/16276201#16276201) and ask back when done reading.

  • If I upgrade from 10.5.8 (Leopard) to 10.6.5 (Snow Leopard) will I have to reinstall all of my applications? Along with that, will it update all of my applications?

If I upgrade from 10.5.8 (Leopard) to 10.6.5 (Snow Leopard) will I have to reinstall all of my applications? Along with that, will it update all of my applications?

You can upgrade 10.6 right over 10.5 with hardly any issues.
You will not have to resintall any applications, and the only applicaitons that get updates are the bundled one's Apple includes. Not your third party ones, those require your manual updates, but likely not paid updates for the most part.
10.6 is for Intel processors, offeres video card driver improvements, some new UI tweaks and strips out the PPC processor code your not using.
Your sort of already using Snow Leopard already under Leopard, as Leopard is for both Intel and PPC processors.
Now if your thinking of updating to 10.6 to get to 10.7, then yes, your older programs from Leopard and even some from Snow Leopard will not work in Lion 10.7
So 10.6 is as far as you go.

  • If i upgrade from lion to mountain lion, do i have to reinstall all of my adobe CS5.5?

im just currently in the middle of a few big projects, and dont have the time to waste reinstalling all of my programs

No. But I would suggest you wait until you are done with your projects. Or, be sure you have a bootable backup you can restore should you need to.
You should never install system upgrades until you can determine that it is compatible with all your mission critical software.

  • After installing 5.0 lost my apps. They appear in the apps purchased but not on screen. Do I have to reinstall all and will it  cost me again?

After updating to 5.0 lost the apps I had purchased.  They Still appear on app site. Do i have to reinstall them all and will it cost me again?

You can re-download apps for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . If you download them to your computer's iTunes you could then try restoring to your iTunes backup and see if the apps and their old content/settings get copied over.

  • Have to reinstall all my applications on my second computer

    Hi,
I work on 2 computers at my job. One near the space i shoot my pictures and one at the office. I have one account, but when I ordered Adobe cloud they said it would be no problem if I installed cloud on both computers. I use it on both computers, not simultaneously ofcourse, but when I use it on my second computer, it does not work. I have to start application manager before the cloud app even works. And when cloud starts up, all the apps i downloaded like Photoshop are deleted and I have to reinstall it agai, which makes no sense.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

This has nothing to do with Adobe. You have a local issue on your computer where you are not allowed to make changes to the system on a permanent basis or a system restore is resetting your system to a previous state. You need to figure out that part.

I haven't backed up iCloud since August and my phone crashed so I reset it, it reset only till last August, have I lost all photos since then? :(

If your previous iPhone was/is running iOS 7, after you install iOS 7 on the replacement iPhone you can restore the replacement iPhone from the backup of the previous iPhone.

  • After I boot my computer, I have to reinstall all of my addons

When I reboot my computer, I get 12 tabs asking me if I want to install each of my addons. Does not happen when I shut down firefos, just when I reboot windows. I have windows 7 and the latest firefox. Actually this has been going on for the last 6-9 months, through the last few updates.

There are quite a few different options you can try.
Open the Firefox [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder] via '''Help''' ('''Alt''' + '''H''') > '''Troubleshooting Information''' > '''Open Containing Folder''', exit Firefox and delete the files named '''extensions.***''' , start Firefox and repeat the above procedure one last time. Check if it holds.
You can also [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles?s=profile&r=0&e=sph&as=s#w_creating-a-profile create a new profile], [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Recovering%20important%20data%20from%20an%20old%20profile?s=profile&r=1&e=sph&as=s copy needed data] from the old profile and [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles?s=profile&r=0&e=sph&as=s#w_removing-a-profile delete the old profile]. You may have to install all the addons again.
Otherwise you can also do a clean install. While uninstalling, select to delete all files and preferences, and then do a clean install. Again, you have to install all the addons.
You may want to [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Backing%20up%20your%20information?s=backup&r=1&e=sph&as=s backup] important info like bookmarks, history, passwords etc.

  • Pages not loading anymore. I have tried reinstalling with the same results

I have iWork 09 on my MBP with the i7 (1 version back from the current model with the Thunderport). Software worked fine for many months but now when I try to start Pages or Keynote I get an error message saying it can not load the library. I tried to uninstall the software and reboot then reinstalled it and did an update to the app with the same results.

Deleting the program's preference list is the #1 trouble-shooting step with any misbehaving application. Go to HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences, delete the com.apple.iwork.pages.plist, empty the Trash & then restart Pages. Repeat with Numbers & Keynote. This needs to be done for each user.
There are two things to do that solve a lot of problems with the iWork ’08 &/or ’09 apps in Snow Leopard.
    First, use the
Mac OS 10.6.6 combo updater. This fixes a problem with fonts that is not fixed using the delta update (10.6.1 > 10.6.2). Because of font & other issues with 10.6.7, I prefer to stick with 10.6.6. You can find the 10.6.7 combo updater
    here
Second, make sure your iWork applications are updated. For iWork '08 that is Pages 3.0.3 & Numbers 1.0.3. For iWork '09 it's Pages 4.0.5 & Numbers 2.0.5. If you're not running the latest versions & Software Update says your software is up to date, make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. They must be in the iWork '08 or iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '08 or iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '08 or '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.
Also, when deleting iWork, you need to make sure you get all of the components.
The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on
    his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
