PC HD crashed, How to deactivate Elements

My PC HD has crashed and not recoverable (third seagate HD in 9 months) I need to deactivate this product, previously Adobe have been reluctant to do this, is there a better way to deactivate a product other than go through the frustrating online conversation before the assistant realises the HD has failed, does not work, cant be used and that the product was on this HD?
Just in case I get the same online tech
HD = Hard Drive = is the thingy that the adobe prodict is installed on.
Crashed = failed, cant use, will not work, wil not start, no flashy widdle lite and buzzy noise from PC
PC = the thing that I plug other things into and makes a beeping noise sometimes, the thing i put the silver disks into (CD, DVD, Bluray etc)
Hope I have expressed this clear enough.

Unfortunately, nobody but adobe can deactivate software on a drive you don't have access to anymore. Nobody in activation support will read your post here--this is a user to user forum and we can't deactivate your software anymore than you can deactivate it on somebody else's machine.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, and you can deactivate/reacivate as needed for new machines or whatnot. So you do not necesssarily need to deactivate the inaccessible installation, though it is nice to have the extra activation available.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

I'm also having the same problem, except my hard drive died. It worked for a little while on my other computer and then told me that I was running it on another computer and had to deactivate it, so I clicked the button to deactivate it. Now it's doing it again but wont let me deactivate it, saying I've reached my limit for deactivations or something like that and to try again later. It's only doing this with Muse, I'm using Photoshop too and haven't run into this problem. I'm in the middle of working on a site and really don't have time to waste with it being stupid like this, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Most applications permit two activations. Unless you have installed already on two computers/devices there should be no problem.

Is it still on your machine or have you uninstalled it? If it is still on your machine then try this:
Help >> Deactivate
The above is in the menu bar by going to Help tab and looking for deactivate item listed separately in it.
If you don't have it in your machine because you have uninstalled it then if you can install it again then follow the above method.

It may not be necessary as you are permitted two activations.
Deactivate is only available under the Help menu in Full Edit, not from the Organizer menu.

What version of Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system was it running on and will it be running on?
On how many computers do you already have this same purchased activated serial number? Assuming just the computer that crashed?
If just that one crashed computer, then just install the program from your installation files or installation disc.
But, make sure your installation files or installation disc for the crashed computer will be supported by the new computer.
If you already have the same purchased activated serial number on two computers (crashed and another one), then you will need to deactivate
this purchased activated serial number for the other non crashed computer before trying to install on the new computer.
We can give you more details on Deactivation once we know the program version.
Adobe allows the purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers. And you cannot use them at the same time.

Generally, SAP makes that the down payments are always updated in CO. To maintain the default cost elements, you could use OKEP transaction. However, it's possible to deactivate this function by implementing note 388843.
