hi,i have Nokia 6030 i've got its data cable and i want to write sms in pc and send them on cell phone is that possible as there isnt pc suite for this set soo you guys know any other software thourgh which i can send messeges??

PC Suite communication center can send text messages on pc. There's a section in the help file (press F1 to open the help)

I have connected my nokia 6030 with my laptop using CA-45 cable after installing Nokia PC suite 6.81 in my laptop.
But I found that there is no driver available for CA-45 cable. The only way so far I know to connect the Nokia 6030 with a PC is CA-45. Can I get driver or Nokia PC suite suitable for me.

Choose your phone model and then download. You don't need to worry about drivers, when you make the connection between the PC and the phone (which you are prompted to do the first time you run PC Suite) and it installs the drivers that it needs automatically.

Recently i have purchased data cable called CA-45 for nokia 6030.I am able to browse gallery and graphics folder through mobibrowser software,but when i am going to connect to PC through Nokia pc suite latest version(get connected)it didn't detect device.
Please help me and suggest me which PC suite support this?and is Nokia 6030 compatible to use GPRS through PC?

First step of diagnostics would be to double check that your cable is definitely the one which is for use with the 6030 - I just had a look at the Accessories section of Nokia's website, and it doesn't list ANY data cable as being compatible with the 6030. I haven't come across the MobiBrowser software but I suspect this isn't written by Nokia.
Nokia's software may expect connectivity via different pins etc. that the CA-45 may not be using.
I would contact the Nokia office in your area for confirmation on cable type. You can find their details here :

Model 6030: query

Pls help out. I have a Nokia 6030 but when I plug in my data cable, I am unable to access the net. PC suite does not recognize a modem on the phone. Can somebody help out. I am a total novice when it comes to mobiles.

All models work the same when it comes to binding to display fields of ViewBeans and TiledViews.
A SessionModel does operate a little different though. The fields of a SessionModel are just "passthrough vehicles". In other words, when value is set on a display field that is bound to a SessionModel field, that value is not stored in the model, like a QueryModel, rather the value is written directly to the HTTPSession attribute immediately. There is not need to "execute" the model to make it update it's backend datastore, like a QueryModel with a DB.
As for transferring values from SessionModel to a QueryModel, you would have to do that manually, but I think you are missing the point of the SessionModel. It was meant as a means to bind a view's display fields to the HTTPSession and not much more. If you want to use a QueryModel over several page requests and update it at the end you can just "session" the QueryModel.
The QueryModel (and other executable models) have an API that declares them to be stored in session at the end of the request, and retreived from session when you get the model.

Did you try to open teh fle by double-clicking its icon? If the file was made with an older version of Office, you may get that message. Try opeing PP and, from its "File" menu, see if you can open the ppt. I've foundthat often gets around that message and then yo ucan save the file from the newer version.

PowerPoint is not an Apple product and it seems a lot of people around here avoid Office.

How Many Times Can I Use The Same Serial Number For Adobe Creative Suite 4?

I have design standard and was told I can use the same serial number on multiple computers. How many time can I use it? And say I install it on the maximum number of computers, but get a new computer, can I uninstall it on one of the old computers and use it on the new one? And can I use the programs on both computers simultaneously or do I have to use them one at a time?

Sorry Fred you are wrong.
If you have a single license you can install it on as many computers as you like. you can only activate the suite on two computers at anyone time. Work and Home or as many of us do it Desktop and Laptop. You can not use the computers simultaneously. You only have 20 activation/deactivations so use them wisely. Student versions only have one activation. You can not break up the suite installs the suite is considered one application.

How do I add Adobe Creative Suite to my MacBook Pro...?

@Forgive me for asking what may be a really silly question.... but here goes..!
I currently have the Adobe Creative Suite on my Mac desktop and now I'm wanting to add it to my new MacBook Pro. How do I install all the apps without having to purchase them again? I'm logged in and searching but guess I'm missing the info I need to do this.

Just install it like you normally would - like you did with your desktop. You are allowed to have it installed and activated on two machines. If you need to download it you might find a link for that thru your Adobe account online.

Can I install creative suite 6 on more than one device? (I've recently acquired a new laptop for on the go work, and am curious if I can install my adobe software onto such).

As of recently, I've purchased a new laptop.
Seeing as how I'm quite used to using my drawing tools in Photoshop and Illustrator (my trusty Wacom Intuos Pro),
I'm curious as to if I'm able to install my current purchased version of Creative Suite Design Standard 6 onto my laptop (whilst still having it installed on my main at-home work desktop).

Error message deploying a composite in SOA Suite 11g

We are attempting to deploy a composite to SOA Suite 11g (11.1.1.3). We're getting an 'Unable to register service' error message. When I inspect the log files I see the following entry as the first error:
Failed to retrieve policy[[
oracle.wsm.policyaccess.PolicyAccessException: WSM-06146 : Error deleting the attachment entries.
Anybody have any experience with this error? The error message reference has the following listed:
WSM-06146: Error deleting the attachment entries.
Cause: Failure occurred while deleting the attachment entries.
Action: Ensure that a valid list of policy subjects for deactivated lifecycle type is passed
Level: 32
Type: INCIDENT_ERROR
Impact: Configuration
I don't know how to "ensure that a valid list of policy subjects for deactivated lifecycle type is passed". Please help!!!!

This is what we have done :
1.Created the JDBC data source & connection pool as below :
data source name : B2BAQ , JNDI name : jdbc/B2BAQ
Connection Pool :
URL : taken from the tns entries of the instance
Driver Class Name : oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
Tested this connection ..it works fine from the Admin Console
2.Then go to Deployments --> AqAdapter -> Configuration tab --> Outbound Connection Pool Group -->
Create a new connection pool instance -- General tab
connection interface factory : javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory
JNDI Name : eis/AQ/B2BAQ
Then in Properties tab : Enter the Data Source Name : jdbc/B2BAQ
Then we try to Start the AqAdapter from the Admin Console..it goes into Prepared status.
The error message which comes is mentioned above.
Is there any way we could resolve this ..that would be very helpful

PC Suite No conectivity after upgrade

I have carried out an automatic upgrade of PC Suite and can now no longer connect to any of my phones. I have tried un installing everything including the bluetooth and reinstalling everything. Even tried going back to the older version.
When I try to add a phone I get:
There is no available connection type so wizard will exit.
The phone is connected to the PC by Bluetooth. I also get he same error when connected by cable. Before I upgraded I updated the software on my 6300 by cable so I know the cable was working as well.
Information on the PC Suite Help page shows the following:
PC suite 6.86.9.3 English
PC connectivity Solution V 8.15.0.0
Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver V 6.85.10.0 ( I uninstalled the latest version as a previous post suggested and loaded this one.)

My bluetoooth driver is Widcomm ver 4.0.1.3500 There does not appear to be a microsoft bluetooth driver

Please can some one help as I am tearing what's left of my hair out. I have just got my phone back from repair and the contacts have been deleted and would like to restore them all. This problem has existed for several weeks now (Before I had to send my phone for repair). I think the constant switching on & off tryning to establish connection affected the ON/Off button which has now been repaired.

When backing up the messages on my N80(firmware v5.0719.0.2) the backup always fails when processing multimedia messages and windows reports "Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework Host Process" (WUDFHost.exe) has failed. All other parts of the backup work successfully.
What version of Windows is being used? Vista
What Service Pack is installed? SP1
What version of PC Suite is installed? 6.86.9.0
What is the connection method, cable, bluetooth or IR? usb cable
Does anyone know how to correct this issue ?

How to install ovi suite to a drive other than C:?...

how to install ovi suite to a drive other than c:??? my c: drive is almost full with other partitions perfectly free to install it, how do i do that? can i use previous versions of ovi suite to use with my e63? at this point, i'm unable to use ovi suite at all, because there's no room to install it on my c: drive.
allllllllso there's one more thing, when i originally had tried installing ovi suite on my computer i had more than 1gb free. after installing it i on'ly had 500mb free. i had only intended for it to use a very small amount of space, and since i also use my c: drive for virtual memory i quickly uninstalled it, looking for an option i'd maybe skipped over while installing it the first time. no luck. anyways, when i looked in the add/remove programs control panel the installed size of ovi suite was only 40-50mb. even after uninstalling ovi suite the extra memory space that seemed to all of a sudden taken up by the installation stayed used.
when looking at the file sizes of everything on my hard drive, (including system files and paging file) there is still a descreprency between the amount of memory used and the size of all files total on the drive. at this point im quite disgusted and disapointed in ovi suite as i'm mostly unable to use it to connect my phone to my computer and i'm also having problems with the CA101 cable as well. i guess i'll have to go check for another cable.

Hi ostrenga4, sorry to hear about your experiences.
When installing Nokia Ovi Suite to PC, Windows makes "system restoration points", which are available to restore operating system to previous condition, if something goes wrong, for example in driver installation.
You can change install location of Nokia Ovi Suite with following:
- Download Nokia Ovi Suite install package from Nokia Ovi Suite pages
- Start Windows Command prompt
- From Command prompt, navigate to folder containing Nokia Ovi Suite install package, which you downloaded
- Start Nokia Ovi Suite install package with command line "Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller.exe /TARGET="D:\TestDir\Test"
- This results, that Nokia Ovi Suite installer creates folder D:\TestDir\Test (if that doesn't exist) and installs Nokia Ovi Suite there.
- Unfortunately, Windows Installer still keeps installer cache files and system restoration points in C: drive (or whatever your system drive is)
As you can see, this is possible, but it is very much recommend to have enough space for installing software into system drive.
