PC Suite E90 & XP SP3

Question

Need assistant
Try to connect thru USB cable my E90 with XP SP3 cannot.
But with my old notebook - XP SP2 able to.
Not sure is it because of the XP SP. Please guide how to connect with my new notebook.
Nokia PC Suite installed both 6.86.9.3 the same.
Confirmed the cable is OK
E90 using the latest Fimware from Nokia homepage using the Nokia Software Updater. Manage to change using the OLD notebook.

Cannot connect with cable but when insert cable there is a sound. Mine Nokia E90
But work fine with another notebook. All the same but the last line.
