PCard Authorisation Step

Just a question re Pcards and the reconciliation process.
After loading the statement, the workflow agent for the reconciliation workflow is identified by the entry in the card master.
The second approver agent in the pcard master is required for the authorisation step.
Is it possible to omit the second approval and take the reconciliation step as the final one required?

Sorted it myself.
In the PCard master, the entry for Approval2 (BBP_PCMAS-PCAP2LIM) needs to be maintained with a high value.
Any value below this will get automatically posted to financials. Anything above it will go on for approval.

Logically I have divided the Pcard Procurement to Payment flow:
Parties: Buyer, Vendor, Procurement Card Issuer

My question is, how to traceable POs paid from Invoice data, as the invoice will be created for card issuer as supplier so that they are paid whereas the POs were created for vendor who was enable with Procurement Card.

Procurement Card Not appearing in SC dropdown

Hi
Sysem : SRM 5.0 SP 09
I have done all the basic customizing in SPRO for procurement card IMG node.
The authorization object in M_BBP_PC for all (display and create list.)
Through SRM GUI transaction BBM1, i have created one card master.
Is there any web transaction to create User for the P card as mentioned in SRM 210 Appendix section of P card.
What is the web transaction to create P card from web.
I am not able to get the P card I have created in the BBM1.
Please let me know anyone can help me on this.

Procurement Card as a Payment Method in Cart

We are using SRM 5.0 in and extended classic scenario and are wanting to use the PCard as a method of payment.
I have set up the PCard master data and have maintained the business partner data with the PCard company information.
I've also created a local product category.
On creating a free text order and selecting the local product category and a the preferred vendor as per the business partner above, I get the PCard option visible in the Basic Data section of the cart.
On selecting the drop-down, the list appears to be blank.
Has anyone got any ideas as to why the PCard number isn't appearing on the drop-down?

AppleTV 1 Authorisation Issues Again

Old 40GB AppleTV 1 running 3.02 software.
Purchased Rio kids movie October 28th including iTunes Extras. SD version only.
Movie and Extras played, though Extras navigation a little flaky.
Today purchased The Lion King HD/SD with iTunes Extras.
iTunes Extras menu loaded fine but Movie/Scenes would not authorise. Did nto look at all extras.
Winston suggested making a purchase on his AppleTV1 made things authorise.
Downloaded a free podcast to AppleTV1 - this did not help. Did not test with a paid movie/music purchase.
Some time ago, AppleTV content would occasionally not authorise if it had not been played in iTunes though from memory this was standalone mode when itunes/internet unavailable and for synced not streamed material. Playing The Lion King in itunes did not help.
Mac with The Lion King configured for Sharing not Syncing, so removed its iTunes entry from Settings>Computers on AppleTV and re-added the same iTunes library as a Shared library again (seconds compared to a resync).
Immediately AppleTV 1 would now play The Lion King Movie.
Conjecture, but seems to me that AppleTV 1 may get issued some kind of authorisation certificate for movie playback, that will not allow playback for certificates older than the one issued? Maybe it's more than that and some newer content requires additional authorisation.
Unclear as yet if any additional purchases will now play or require authorisation steps again.
Also unclear to me if this perhaps only affects HD purchases not SD.
I bought an HD series that would not play on my Mac Pro due to HDCP restrictions once, while other HD content would play.
Lots of permutations to try test here, but once authorisation accepted you can't test the others.
It will be interesting to see if this movie will play without an internet connection.
Yet again, DRM inconveniences the paying customer not those who download illegaly and laugh at paying customers.

Downloaded a free podcast to AppleTV1 - this did not help. Did not test with a paid movie/music purchase.
Podcasts are not protected, I'd assume that's why they didn't help.
......so removed its iTunes entry from Settings>Computers on AppleTV and re-added the same iTunes library......
That's another of the workarounds that has been offered, I took the view it was a little convoluted for someone with 140 GB synced to the Apple TV, and that a direct purchase was probably the simplest of the workarounds.
Haven't had any response about this issue from Apple yet, I have to assume they are aware of it, but it would be nice to know something.

Erro when importing SAP roles into BO Edge XI 3.1

I'm currently setting up the SAP Best Practices on a BO Edge XI 3.1 system (32 bit) and trying to link up with an SAP ECC 6 EHP 4 system (64-bit).
When getting to the authorisation step I go to the CMC > Authentication > SAP > Role IMport.
There I receive following error:
JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC' JCO.nativeInit(): Could not initialize dynamic link library sapjcorfc. Found version "2.1.9 (2010-01-28)" but required version "2.1.8 (2006-12-11)".
After closing and re-entering the same tab I receive following message: org.apache.jasper.JasperException
I have not even the possibility to enter the roles manually. The system doesn't allow me.
There is no specific SNC security set up for my SAP system.
I have been able to connect to the logical system of SAP because when I updated on the tab: "Entitlement Systems" it proposed my logical system name that I created in SAP.
As I found on another SAP forum the version 2.1.9 should also be the good version.
Can someone help me out with this one (does anyone has still the older SAP Java connector version 2.1.8)?

That's what i did but didn't help.
I finally managed to find the problem. I had also to install a file named librfc32.dll in the same directory. When installing the necessary files apparently the version of this file librfc32.dll was not the correct one because it didn't match with the version that is installed together with the Sap gui (I presume). So by re-installing the former version of this file librfc32.dll it finally worked.

Collaboration not created for bidder

Currently we are building competitive bidding scenario with cfolders and SRM.
The cfolders CPRXRPM 450_700 (package SAPK-45008INCPRXRPM) has been installed on the SRM server 7 package level (SAPKIBKV05).
Problem statement:
The Bidder is unable to create collaboration folder and following error is displayed on the screen.
u201CError creating collaboration; check user authorizationu201D.
Bidder has following SRM roles in SRM system:
Bidder Role: /SAPSRM/BIDDER
Cfolder User Role: SAP_CFX_USER and
Create Collaborations in the Competitive scenario Role: SAP_CFX_COMP_CREATOR
Am I missing some authorisation here?
I did manage to find OSS note 1375761, however we are at the OSS Note service pack level.
The buyer has created the bid invitation with Cfolder, he has given NONE authorisation to Bidder 1 and Bidder 2 to the Public folder.
The expectation is when the private work area is created by the bidder 1 (which is not happening at the moment due to the above error) while creating bid invitation, the content of the public area will be copied to the bidder 1 work area with restrcted authorisation to other bidders, so that bidder 2 will not be able to see bidder 1 work area. Similarly bidder 1 will not be able to see bidder 2 work area.
Is this the right process to configure the competitive business scenario? Please advice!!
I also tried creating 2 manual private work areas for each bidder and then assign the bidder user ID with admin roles respectively. Still we are getting the above error and bidder is unable to create the bid response.
Is it a bug in the system? or am I missing authorisation step?

Unfortunately the program BCFOLDER20_COL_CREATE is not stopping at the breakpoint.
I did investigate further with cfolder authorization.
If I give the bidder the administrator rights to the public area then the system automatically creates the private area while creating bid invitation. By doing this the system automatically give access to other bidders private area, which we do not want.
I really would like to understand how to control the folder administration role such that the system creates the private area while creating bid invitation also at the same time the bidders are not able to access each others private area?
Is it possible with standard competitive functionality or we need to do enhancement to control the authorization?
This is a very common scenario, I am sure someone might have archived this before. Kindly advice!!

New Ipod user...confused!!

Hi I have just entered the world of iPods and downloaded a movie for my daughter's iPod (Ice Age 3 ) but when I try to play it is blank and when I try to sync it to the iPod it states that my computer is not authorised so I go through the authorisation step and that states I am already authorised...Please advise , Thanks.

Unable to buy a movie.

Just purchased Apple TV. Works fine , except I can not purchase a movie . It ask for security code for my credit card. Post this code & submit, but it won.t gave me the movie. Goes back to buy screen. ??? I live I thousand oaks, ca. Maybe this is not a authorized area for TV & movies ?

Try logging into your account in iTunes and updating the CC details there too.
Every new device you try to buy from these days seems to require this as an authorisation step.

When will DE sort out the authorization bug?

Yet again I've had a customer caught out by Digital Editions breaking the user licensing info when authorising. Customer purchased ebook, installed Digital Editions and skipped the authorisation step (even though my store tells them this will cause problems), downloads ebook, and then afterwards decides to authorise with an Adobe ID so they can transfer the ebook to another PC using the same Adobe ID. Result: ebook is not readable on the original PC because DE doesn't change the associated ID in the PDF during the authorisation process. The error message is (according to the customer)
license server communication problem : E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
I did post about it on the old forums with no useful response from Adobe, and I'd heard (obviously incorrectly) that this had been corrected in 1.7, but this customer only installed Digital Editions yesterday so this appears to not be the case. When will this be fixed? Looking at a few of the other posts in this forum I see the same issue is apparent with other users. Back in the "old days" using Reader when authorisation was required there was a lot less hassle being a retailer than there is now.
Oh, and I can't open a support case because I'm not the person affected. I've directed my customer to open a case, and I'm resetting the order in ACS so the ebook can be downloaded fresh using the Adobe ID, but this really is something Adobe should have addressed long ago.
I wonder how long DRM has left to go ... Microsoft Press is going to DRM free distribution of their ebooks through O'Reilly Safari, and with Barnes & Noble having decided to use Fictionwise/eReader DRM in their ePub files there's going to a lot more confusion reigning about the place of DRM. Personally I'd like to see it go completely, but as a retailer I understand why publishers want it. It's a shame that the dominant DRM ebook reader software on the market can't get this right, it's probably contributing heavily to the push towards DRM free retailing.

Itunes & Safari Help on WIn Xp Pro

I had a problem
ERROR message on SAFARI explorer window is
Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.yahoo.com/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.
Whenever i connect my iphone 3gs to my itunes using my laptop (xp pro), the itune store wont load.
I had tried searching for online help and had done all authorisation steps.
No luck still, so i tried opening a safari window.
It cant even load a typical website like yahoo or google, it just load and hang there.
what could be the problem.
other note: I can connect to my desktop computer (xp pro) itune store with no problems, i had no safri installed on the desktop computer though,

Sounds like you have a "damaged track" or "damaged file".
This worked for me today downloading Kendrick Lamar's new Album "good kid, m.A.A.d city".
My situation: I bought the album today for my Mac, MacBook Pro, iPad 2, and iPhone 4S devices.
Issue: One song (only on my MacBook Pro) would not play, instead display "
EX: left"
Solution: 1. Manually delete the song (giving you the error) permantly from the authorized computer.
2. Open iTunes, Click iTunes Store (left sidebar), and locate Quick Links and then click Purchased to proceed.
3. Click "Not On This Computer", find the song that wouldn't play, and re-download it again.
4. Check your Music Library for your song (Should download inside the associated album) and hit play.
EX: (Song I purchased that wouldn't play because of authorization, playing)

HT4527 Followed all steps - phone not syncing with new itunes/new pc

I have followed the steps in this article for moving itunes to a new computer. I had no problems with loading my music, itunes folder and mobilesync backups to an external drive and copying them all to a new pc. (Windows 8). Installed itunes onto the new computer and plugged in my phone and restored with last backup. All went well with that. The computer is authorised with my account.
THE PROBLEM: Now when I plug in my iphone 5 to new itunes/ new windows 8 pc, it does not sync. It goes through 3 of 3 steps in about 2 seconds saying syncing, but not really syncing. I tested by adding a new app through the itunes and then synced phone. It didn't add it to the phone. Then I deleted it and added an app to the phone through the app store on the phone. When I synced the phone itunes failed to recognize a purchase on the phone that needed to be added to itunes.
So the itunes and phone are not actually in sync with each other and I don't know how to correct that. I have an ipad with retina display which needs to be added but I don't dare until I figure out what the problem is with syncing the devices to the new itunes/computer. It sees my phone when plugged in - I see my 4 pages of apps on the apps tab. I do not see my email accounts listed on the INFO tab. It just says "your contacts/calendars are being synced with your phone over the air." In the block where my accounts were listed on the old itunes/computer it is empty on this one. The phone is continuing to download email though.
Any help in getting the phone and new itunes in true sync again would be much appreciated!

Same problem with a mac. My computer will recognize the iPod on the desktop and itunes even opens up when I plug it in, but the iPod doesn't appear on the iTunes menu and won't let me sync.

can i have authorisation on the dso like it is having user field and some other fields

i have created web report on that using these fields in drop downs
now if the user enters the report drop downs should show all the relavent datas
is it possible to give such type of authorisations

It sounds like a damaged SC file. In iTUnes 7 Goto Store>Deauthorize Computer over and over til you get the message "This computer has not been authorized"
