PCR for Overtime.

Dear Experts,
I need some help. Currently Overtime is based on Number of Hours and PCR as follow.
Now I make a new Wage type(1550) but its calculation is different. Here Formula is Gross Salary/No of days in a month * Days for Overtime. Number of days is stored in Infotype 0015.
Suppose:
10000/30* 3 = 1000.

Hi Jazib,
You want to modify ZOT PCR.
Change in the below line after AMT+ 0010.
AMT=&001A
NUM= 1550
DIVID ANA
AMT*2 ---> then continue from this line.
Insert this pcr in INAP subschema after P0015 function.
Check and tell me.

PCR for overtime double on basic

Scenario = u201CWorkmen are paid overtime if they put extra effort of more the one hour.
Overtime is calculated as double of the basic. The calculation rule will be :
(2 * Overtime in hrs * Basic)/(8 * no of days in the month)

Double of the basic means
if he works 1 hours
if his basic for one hr is 100 Rs he shd get 200 right if yes how abt useing Valuation basis in V_512w_B
Create a wage type and in that valuation basis keep /001 Statement wage type as ur basic wage type and Percentage as 200
or else try this

ISSUE IN CREATING PCR FOR PF NEPAL

Dear Experts,
I am implementing Nepal payroll. As Nepal(NP) country grouping doesn't have any standard payroll solution in SAP. I have copied the same from International Payroll.
Kindly guide me to create the PCR for PF.
I have created a PF basis cumulation wage type /190 with the use of cumulation class 90 and a PF contribution wage type(1APF). Contribution rate is 10% which I managed in T511K.
I have created the following PCR:
ZPF1 PF CALCULATION
      1APF
        AMT=/190   Set
        RTE=KZPPFV Set      (T511K contribution rate 10%)
        MULTI ARA Multipl.amt/no/rate
        ADDWTE* RT   Results table
In schema call it with PIT ZPF1      NOAB
But its showing no impact in RT table.
Its my first try for the same. I hope for a valuable guidance of yours.

As far i understand you have not placed the correct logic as mentioned earlier, place below logic in PCR.

The same i mentioned on Apr 17 2015 08:13 AM use this modify ZPF1 PCR and place then check.

PCR for Special Allowance

Hello Experts,
Could someone help me in writing a PCR for Special Allowance. Our company requirement is to provide special allowance to employees pertaining to a particular personal area. The percentage allowance will be different from employee subgroup to employee subgroup. ie: 2% for Full time and 3% for Part time.
Personnel area - TAHY
Employee subgroup - PT(PART TIME) - 3%
Employee subgroup -FT(Full Time) - 2%
I understand in using the operations OUTWPPLAMT for Personnel area and OUTWPPERSB for employee subgroup.
Kindly help me to write a PCR and also what is the subschema I have to insert the PCR.

Configuring PCR for MSS through ISR

Hi All,
I am starting from scratch, I have an understanding how ISR works, but need some document/wiki/pdf on understanding step by step on how to Configuring PCR for MSS through ISR and Adobe forms.
Basically I need to configure PCR scenarios in MSS in backend and then link them to adobe forms.
Please help.

HR administrator to process MSS- PCRs for employees

Hello all,
       We are on SAP ECC 6.0 , EP 7.0 Sp15 and MSS version 600 SP13 .
We are using MSS Personnel change requests like separation , termination etc.
We want HR administrator to intiate PCR for all employees as managers do for employees in their respective org. units they
are heading .
                      We know that in HCM P&F , HR admin can initiate Forms for employees .But since we are already using PCRs , we cant switch to HCM P& F .
                                          Is there any way we could meet this requirement with MSS PCRs .
I feel the only way is if HR admin is at CEO position and is heading all org units , he can process PCRs for all employees .
But this doesn't seems to be workable .
I searched the forum and could find out that we can go for customized application .
any pointers are greatly appreciated.

You can assign manager, Hr admin role as well, and have a custom evaluation path which will populate the
employees he intends to perform the services!

PCR for years of service calculation in time management

Hi all,
i need to write a PCR for calculating the years of service from a date type in time management.
HRS=FYAD01 gives me the full years but i need the exact fraction.
suppose years of service is 5 years 6 months i should get 5.5 years in HRS?

I am in need to write a PCR for calculating the Leave Quotas.
Conditions:
The employee should have spent 1825 days in the organization, from his DOJ.For the excess day that he has worked,He would be recieving a leave quota of 2.3 days per a time evaluation period.(Monthly)
Would you please guide me in writing a PCR for this & where do this PCr to be inserted in the Schema Exactly.

I think you can make it with something like this:
Write a PCR in schema, you can call the rule with "actio";

Workflow issue for Overtime Payment

Hello All,
Scenario: Employee enters his overtime hours through ESS.
His overtime gets approved by his manager. Once approved it updates the IT0015 addtional payments with the respective wage type & hrs.
Problem: The employee has applied for overtime for dates ex: 16.04.2008. HI overtime has also been approved by manager.
As per the workflow, it should create a record in IT0015. But its not updating/creating any record in IT005.
It gives error message: "personnel number(s) could not be locked:
My logic: As per my understanding, the personnel no has been was locked by some other process in system.
I chekced the status of the workflow through SWi1 in graphic, here it shows as " Completed" with no errors.
Kindly advice me as what needs to be done in this case.Shall we ask the user to apply again? or whats the solution?

Hi Nithi,
In this case you probably can add the entry in infotype 0015 manually. But you should also take a look at the workflow. There should be check after the step for adding the entry if the update was succesful, if not you could wait for a certain period and try again. Us a counter in this loop so after a certain amount of tries you could send a task to a HR administartor (or someone like that) who should do the update manually.
This way you could avoid these kind of errors.

For Time Mgt mainly you have to focus on Schemas TM00, TM04
and check the differences of those two,
go to PE02 & read document and concentrate on the below Pcrs.
TO20            Calculate overtime with quota 2007 01
TO10             Evaluate overtime approval in I0050
TO15             Evaluate overtime approval in daily WS
TO16              Determine overtime without approval
TW15              Overtime after x hours/day

Creation of a PCR for calculation of LTA

Hi Experts,
I have an India Payroll requirement where i need to write a PCR with the below conditions:
1)      The Employees would be eligible for the LTA from the very first month of their Service as per below conditions:
a)      All active employees in a given month are eligible for LTA for that given month.
b)      All employees joining the Organization on or before 15th of the month are eligible for LTA of that particular month.
c)      All employees leaving the Organization on or after 15th of a particular month are eligible for LTA of that particular month.
2)      Calculation:
Latest Basic Salary in the month of March *No of months worked in a particular financial year(step2)*LTA Percentage
For this i would need a wage type which i can use as a counter for the entire financial year.So what model wage types i can use to create a counter wage type which would get stored in CRT and can be used as a factor at the end of the financial year to calculate LTA.

MessageBox on Adobe Form in SAP MSS PCR for SAP ECC 5.0

Hello,
I have a question regarding the behavior of Adobe form messagebox in SAP HR MSS PCR (Personal Change Request)
I tried to test how the messagebox looks like, and so I created a PCR scenario with an Adobe form. This form contains a datetime field. I added the script "xfd.host.messageBox("this is message", "this is title") to the "exit" event of the datetime field. Then I did all the necessary steps so that this PCR is displayed in the Portal.
Now at the runtime, when I select a date value from the datetime field, the messagebox is displayed, BUT within an empty Adobe Reader page. It is not displayed on the top of my adobe form.
But the strange thing is that when I use tab key to navigate through the datetime field, the messagebox is displayed on the top of my adobe form, without the empty Adobe Reader page.
I also tried my script with several different event types, including "Change", and "Validate", it behaves the same way. But when I tried it with the event type "MouseExit", no empty Adobe reader page is shown up at all (of course, this is not the right event type for me)
The environment is SAP ECC 5.0, SAP MSS business package for ECC 5.0, SAP Portal 7.0 (NW 2004s), Adobe LiveCycle 7.1, and Adobe Reader 8.1.1
Has anyone experienced this? I'd really appreciate any comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Coding PCR for Payroll

Hi Experts,
Can you please help me in coding this PCR :
1) Compare the amt in two wagetypes 2000 and 3000.
a) If wagetype 2000 does not exist in Input Table, then simply pass WT 3000 to the Output Table
b) If wagetype 3000 does not exist in Input Table , then simply pass WT 2000 to the Output Table
c) If both the wagetypes exist in Input Table, pass the WT which has lesser amt to the Output Table.

Though the amt in /194 = amt in WT 2000 = 37.01
System is taking WT 2000 to be more than that of /194
