PCR: Request Transfer (SPTD)

Hi Experts,
I am on ERP2004, EP6.0 SP20 and trying to configure PCRs.
I am following the documentation here[http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/0f/8b3b40b1607a56e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm] to understand what eact PCR does.
I went to portal to check the scenarios, however the PCR: SPTD request transfer (enhanced) does not display any form. it says in a pdf form:
The creation of this form has not yet been completed. Therefore, you
cannot use the form at this time. The finished form will be available
with the next release.

however the above documentation in the link says that it is available for ERP2004. has any body implemented this scenario for ERP2004?

Could you advise if the below forms are available for usage in the new MSS business pacage 60.1. The notes within the package states that this can be used howver on launcing the form within the PCR framewor displays the below message.
Request Transfer (Enhanced) (SPTD)
Request Transfer (SPTR)
This form has not yet been completely created. Therefore you
cannot currently use the form. The completed form
will be available with the next release.
Please advise asap and our client requires this to be enhanced.Thanks

Adobe PCR form missing: Request Transfer

MSS
PCR type SPTR
When the PCR type is chosen from MSS in the portal, ("Edit form"), all that comes up in Adobe Reader is an under construction-type form that says:
This form has not yet been completely created. Therefore you cannot currently use the form. The completed form will be available with the next release.
The other PCR forms come up correctly.
Does anyone know where the forms are stored or how to install this form?

Hello,
I've had the following response from Development.....
We apologize for the delay in responding to your message. I have
reviewed this issue with the developers and they have informed me that
they have decided not to release these 2 reports in future enhancement
packages.
Sorry for the wrong status information in the system. We had not
decided what to do with these 2 reports at that point in time.
However, the system does allow you to create your own PCR scenarios or
you can use HR Processes & Forms.

Route of the PCR Request - Changing Working Time

There is a standard 'PCR - Personnel Change Request' form called 'Change Working Time' (SPWT) This change request enables managers to request that an employees work schedule rule and employment percentage be changed in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007).
What is the route of this request, i.e. HR for authorization? Directly to the infotype in R/3?

MSS - Create a PCR : Request for Separation

Hi All,
After logging on to MSS the manager creates a personnel change request.
He is using a standard request for separation form.. ( Adobe form is used here)
fills the information and saves it.
Once this information is saved , I need to see it in R/3. I somehow cannot remember or pull up the tcode. Can some please help with this.
There is a Tcode that lets you see all the information in R/3 with respect to the MSS PCRs...( Std ISR notification type 56/57 for Request for Separatio).
Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated..

Hello!
You can view the raw data of the form via function module: ISR_SPECIAL_DATA_GET (/se37).
You can view the notification information for the created request by using tcode: /iqs22

go to the request in SE09...
in the menu
Request/Task->Complete Check-> Display Inactive objects..
you will get the objects which are inactive and u can active them there itself.

Feature request: Transfer call to another device

It would be nice to be able to transfer a call to another device by pressing a button and maybe an option to select a device but if not it just rings all logged in devices.

I would agree wiith Jaime, just configure the desired caller input in the user mailbox option by going toi edit---caller input.
In their you can either setup to transfer the call to another user with mailbox and select the option of "Go directly to greetings"
Or if you want the call transferred to a number either to the PSTN or a user who does not have an mailbox in unity connection, in order to do that, just select the option of Call Action and select "Transfer to alternate contact number". And put in the number as well as select the transfer type which plays a vital role in either sending a supervised transfer or an release to switch(which is not a supervised one, meaning it would send the call directly to the users phone without even making sure if the user is available or busy or if the phone is unregistered.

We are working with ERP2004 MSS solution.
There is some ecruitement(e-recruitment) screen whee we have a field for Hiring manager.
This seems as same in old recruitment solution. But we are not able to identify how this field is coming on this screen..
anyone who has worked/working on MSS solution and using this service.. can you please help me out.

PCR Scenario - SPTD or SPTR (Transfer) Adobe form

Hello,
The question is for anyone who have implemented the MSS PCR Scenario - Transfer using the Adobe forms. Currently, in ERP2005 and EP 7.0 the SAP delivered scenario for PCR transfer does not have a working Adobe form...there is Adobe form but only contain the text showing the release status:
"This form has not yet been completely created. Therefore you cannot currently use the form. The completed form will be available with the next release" SAP AG
Any advice on the Transfer scenario and how did you address the Adobe form? This scenario is mainly needed for employee transfer to a new manager and the receiving manager fills in the form with the appropriate position, work schedule rule, etc (same fields in change position).

"Name not known" error in all PCR of the MSS Package

Hi,
I'm getting an error in the PCR workset of the MSS package.
When I submit any form the error which I get is
"Name not known.Check your entries" .
Is this due to some problem in R/3 settings?
Also when I submit a PCR "Request for separation(enhanced)" I get an exception.
The log entry for this exception is as follows:
_27##0#0#Error#1#com.sap.sup.admin.connector.AbapConnectorLauncher#Plain###Cannot start ABAP Connector Listener. Please try to configure the connection in ABAP Systems Management (Setup Local Connectivity).

With other words, you are using the BP for MSS 60.1.5 or later.
Can you connect to the backend via a Java Connection?

MSS PCR confirmation -- customization

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem in customizing PCR (request for seperation(enhanced)).
Environment:
EP 7.0 SP 12
ECC 6.0 SP 11
MSS 1.0 SP 09
NWDS 7.0.12
Requirement:
Customize three PCRs in the SAP suggested standard way.
first PCR is request for seperation(enhanced).
In this PCR there are 5 steps
Select Employee
Select Form
Edit Form
Review Form
Send(Save)
After which you get a confirmation page saying:
Your request has been sucessfully ....bla ...bla and your notification number is bla...bla
Now the customization required is that there has to be no workflow, so I (as a portal developer) have to add a push button(update database) on the cofirmation page which would call a RFC with the notification number and that RFC will update the database.
I have configured NWDI and imported all the required components on the development track and there are no dirty DCs, I am able to see all the DCs.
When I have a look at the code in the DC ....mss/pcr it shows me only the initial two screens while the rest of the screens seem to be dynamically generated by the FPM(it is entering FPM event loop).[CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG]
I am deploying the Self Service Administrator handy for the future.
I am stuck at this point for a week not able proceed.
Please suggest/correct me as to how to proceed further.
Just a reminder that I only have to worry about putting the push button.

You can set up ISR to make sure there is no workflow. However, the end result will be that it still goes to the proper admin to actually make the change (via Action Box config). I think what you seek is an "auto update" which is NOT supported in PCRs. However, in ECC6, you might want to look at the new Process and Forms which are part of HRAS (HR Admin services) that is replacing PCRs. I think it now supports automatic updates. Hope this helps.

MSS PCR ( Change In position)

Hi all
i am using a one-step approval workflow process in MSS PCR (Request for Position Change).1st time when i am trying to initiate the position change for a particular employee its taking fine.but after the completion of approval process for that employee,whenever i am trying to initiate again the position change process for that employee then its giving me a message as "An organizational reassignment is already planned for this employee" & i am not able to process again for that employee.
but already for the 1st process the approver have run the action through iqs22 tcode.but still its not allowing me to process again for that same employee 2nd time.
kindly give some Clue regarding this.

As per your issue you are not able to overwrite the feature SCHKZ in IT0007. But i think that default feature of SCHKZ allow you to overwrite and change the workschedule in IT0007.
Can you check for the user exit because of which you are not able to change it.

Need Help on Payroll PCR

Dear Experts
I need help for writing a PCR for payroll.
I have stored A calculation amount in Temp1 and B calculation amount in Temp2. Now I need to find out which Temp amount having lesser amount.
Once I found lesser amount then I need to add another temp amount for total amount.
Can any one give me the syntax to achieve this task.

You could try a 2 step approach.
In a first PCR, you transfer the amount values of the 2 WTs you want to compare into temporary variables:
ESG *     WT     ****
           D WGTYP?
        ADDWT *
X123      ADDWT *   ADDWT&X123
Y123      ADDWT *   ADDWT&Y123
In a second PCR, you process the WT you want to add the difference to
ESG *     WT     ****
           D WGTYP?
        ADDWT *
Z123      AMT=& X123 AMT?& Y123
and if the return value is < (meaning Y123 is greater than X123), you could use the following sequence
ZERO= A AMT=& Y123 AMT-& X123 ADDWT& DIFF ZERO= A FILLF A AMT+& DIFF ADDWT *
to add the difference between WTs X123 and Y123 to WT Z123.
