How to fetch / Call one WT from last Payroll result.
Eg:
We are using one WT " 9XXX" (total of 10 Wts) in regular Payroll.
In offcycle WT "9YYY" calculating based on this WT "9XXX"
So we can process of-cycle only after processing regular Payroll , how we can call WT "9XXX" from last payroll and make ofcyle process (WT 9YYY) available at any time.

Either you can use Function PORT and bring the amount of the wage type as AMT=L or else store the value of the wt in regular payroll run in a variable and use the same in off cycle

Well last night after I had got off the phone it had froze up (never happened before) and then it it went blank. I would call it from my house phone and it would ring and vibrate but nothing showed up on the screen. I don't know where to go from here I just need desperate help. Please and thank you!
Try doing a hard reset, Hold the "Home & Power Buttons" down at same time, until you see the Apple Icon appear. Then let go of the buttons.

Have you tried going to Phone > Recents and tapping on the blue "i" in a cirlce at the right of the number and then on "Create New Contact"? If so, what is happening when you try that?

Firefox 33.0 forgets tabs (especially pinned) from last session
I've been a long-term user of the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" startup mode but recently it's been letting me down. I almost always have one or two pinned tabs open (an email tab and an add-on called Zotero) and up to a dozen normal tabs, but since 33.0 (fedora linux) the pinned tabs almost never come back when starting a new session.
Furthermore, today several of my regular tabs failed to appear too. This is very frustrating as I can't remember what they were!Updating to 33.1 seems to have improved things.
Edit: wrote too soon -- lost a pinned tab when restarting. -

When running regular payroll for the month of January ...payroll is running for january offcycle payroll allong with regular payroll..please let know how to stop it.January offcycle is already runned in exit mode of last month and posted but still when reimburesement are picked when running regualr payroll.

Tabs from last session aren't opening when I start FireFox
In options I have Show my windows and tabs from last time set for When Firefox starts. And I unchecked the warn me when closing multiple tabs option (although it was previously checked, and it wasn't warning me when it was checked).
The last few days I have had 1 window with 4 tabs open (each to a different site) when I exited Firefox. The next day when I start firefox it ends up opening 4 windows each showing about:blank. My tabs are not restored.
I have NOT cleared my history or any other information.Who was the pop-up offer from?
Also, do you by any chance have chat utility installed called Digsby? -
Flash Player Update disables "restore all windows from last session" in Safari on Mac
I am on Mac OS 10.9.5, using safari 7.1.2. Adobe Flash Player Update loses all safari windows when after update the installer automatically opens safari and just opens flash player website; the "restore all windows from last session" is grayed out in history. The "reopen last closed window" is also grayed out. It has been happening ever since and happened again when I just installed Flash Player ver 16.0.0.257.
For all other normal working situation I can close safari and reopen and see that I can "restore all windows from last session" and there is no problem. But on flash Player install (set on manual install), the problem is annoying and costs me a lot of time to restore one by one from history. I do not think this is a Mac or a Safari issue, but will update to Mac Yosemite help if Adobe Flash Player is updated differently in that setup?
Please help.Update: I called adobe flash player technical support phone number 1 877-587-1877. They want $59 (warranty only 6 months) to fix this problem as they use a third party to solve this issue; they themselves provide no support. Or buy the paid version. They insist it is my network issue which I absolutely can not believe.
It is adobe Flash player update that forces reopening of safari and wracks the safari losing all windows from last session. That is not my network. Adobe does not have a proper safari compatible flash player update.
Besides, this is a known problem at Adobe and they are not fixing it and want money to fix it one person at a time! They also shared that 25% to 30% of the installations have this problem... wow!! and they still will not fix it in a general update! I wonder if safari has a plug in update that can fix this? -

a. Installed and configured
b. Running.

IPhone 3G S has dropped over 83 calls in the last day. 3G is the culprit.
It started yesterday (Oct 3rd, 2009) as a nuisance, but it grew to make my phone not useable.
The symptoms where:
iPhone has full bars and the 3G indicator is active.
1: Dial a call phone waits longer than usual to dial, but gets the call through.
2: user on the other line picks up long enough to say hello, and the phone does its hated beep,beep,beep after 3 seconds!
3: cannot receive calls.
4: try the internet or mail, and you get the connection error. (Obviously we have a network error here!)
I called 1800 my iphone , and the tech basically told me to do what I had done repeatedly for 5-6 hours.
1: shut the phone down and re-start. (No kidding, I didn't think of that!) +Did not work+...
2: hold the power and home button until the phone restarts. +Did not work+
3: go to settings> general> reset>reset network settings. +Did not work+
4: go to settings> general> reset>reset all settings. +Did not work+
5: remove the sim card and re-insert into phone. +Did not work+
The tech tells me to bring the phone to the Apple Store. Of course there's not an a appointment available for 2 days. (thank god for Skype, even though you need Wi-Fi for it to work, it works!)
The tech blames my software on my phone, and says that I should restore the phone to factory settings.
Next, I decide to go a little deeper... Since my phone will not work for the next two days, I decided to do the : settings> general> reset> ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS. (You still have your last back-up, but once you start you're in for at least and hours worth of restoration. )
After the phone restarts from its complete erase, and comes back up as a "new" phone I simply connect it to my laptop just to reactivate it... I re-activate the phone as a "new" phone. (This means theres not one piece of third party software on the phone. This also means the phone doesnt have any settings other than factory setting.
Confident I call my wife again... "Hi honey lets try this again...beep, beep, beep!!!"
I just wasted another hour of my life!!!!
Finished with apple tech support, I call AT&T tech support. I got straight to a customer service rep. She seems competent enough... She asks me whats happening, I tell her. She suggests the following:
1: Dial #002# and press the call button. The wheel spins for a second, and then you get a screen with a bunch of error messages... She says to ignore all the messages and shut the phone down.
2: I shut the phone down and wait 2 minutes.
3: I re-start the phone.
4: she has me repeat step one again.
5: I call my wife. I talk to my wife for 35 seconds. Confident that this has worked I hang up with her, and decide to call again. the next cal I get beep, beep ,beep!!
Ok so I'm in full tech mode now. So I decide to go "old school" and turn 3G off... (Which I should have done way earlier in the game, but I decided to give AT&T the benefit of the doubt. My mistake!!!)
I go to settings> general> network, and turn the 3G slider to the "OFF" position. (Yep we're back to "E", not empty, but the EDGE network, which is close to empty!!!!) suddenly my phone begins to go on the internet. I start getting the beloved ding (incoming email messages, and voice mails) Hooray for me! Two multi-billion dollar companies couldn't get my phone to work, but I am at least able to get it to work in part, all with my own troubleshooting. +THIS WORKED!!!+ but now I'm on a much slower network. So I guess I can call it the iPhone "E S".
Although apple has amazing products, they have a mayor flaw. They're freaking stubborn! Here's probably the greatest handheld device out there, but they have bogged it down by putting it on probably the most unreliable network in the US. I've gotten better service in Cancun while roaming... Seriously!
Just like refusing to have a two button mouse for years, until demand and constant barraging from customers made them add the feature. ( and even then its not a true second "button" on laptops ) I think they are going to do the same thing with the AT&T only thing.
Apple, you're a bunch of smart, but stubborn people!After calling AT&T tech support one more time, and explaining to them that the glitch was on their network, they admitted that the problem was at their tower...
I continued to use the phone on EDGE mode for two more days until the problem was fixed.
I even got a call back from a tech support guy asking me if my phone was working properly....
I wish they would have admitted to the problem before I sat at the apple store for 2 hours. -

How to view my call log from a month ago
I have a few numbers that I need from last month and I want to view my call log history from December how do I do that?
Contact your carrier to download your call history, you might have to log into your provider account to see the details.

Call RFC from java (j2ee) / call to j2ee from R/3
hello
i´ve browsed the forum for some time to find how to:
1.) call ejb from r/3 system via rfc
2.) call rfc enabled function modules on r/3 from within an j2ee enviroment
but i didn´t quite get it, because i was a bit confused about all the mentionend techniques
what i found out about
1.) use ejb (session bean) and jndi; configure RFC-Engine Service (we use sap webas)
2.) use jco / jca
(or all rfc enables rfm´s are available as web service, but didn´t find anything about this)
so my question:
are these the preferred techniques to connect j2ee (webAS) <-> r/3; if not are there any others, maybe easier methods?
and last but not least: are there any good online tutorials for this topic?

franzJust as a short partial reply.
The generic Java --> RFC method is JCO (it will work on older versions as well), you can think of it as a JDBC driver where R/3 is the database, it behaves very similar in many ways.
EJB development on SAP WAS is really not any different from EJB development on any other J2EE server. The deploy tool is superb. very easy to use and the JNDI registry, etc. are standard stuff...
ABAP to EJB calls, haven't looked at this in over a year now, but back then we did a Proof Of Concept based on information at http://help.sap.com and it did work indeed. The only thing was back then that you needed to do a few tweaks to get it to work properly.
As mentioned above, look at the JCO examples and then you can ask more specific questions once you get stuck.
