PCUI: Setting system status in sales documents

Hi experts!
For sales documents (e.g. Quotations, Complaints) in PCUI, we lack the possibility to enter the system status. In PCUI, only the user status can be changed. In SAP GUI, both system and user status can be set.
For replication issues, we need to set the system status for quotations to "Released". Any idea how this can be achieved? Is there a way to do so via action profile or so? Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Sebastian

Hi,
thanks for your answer. What you describe is correct for the status complete. If I set the user status complete, the system status is also changed to complete. But if I set the user status released, the system status is "in progress" (and not released).
Do you know where I can set the relationship between user status and system status? Or what do you mean by "the user status that corresponds to the 'Released' system status"? How can I check the correspondance?
thanks,
Sebastian

  • Force or set system status

    Hi Gurus !!
I want to set system status APNG when created (or converted)  process order , even if master data is correct...
After that, I want to use function read master data to  obtain APG status , and then I will be able to release the process order...
    Hope you can help me,
    Regards
    Philippe

    Hi Philippe
I would recommend to create a customer own status for example Z1 and define this status is set as initial status.
You need to define this status is allowing reread master data and function reread master data will unset this status.
Transaction BS02 to create a customer own status profil, assign it to order in customizing.

  • How to release user status for sales documents automatically

    Hi All,
We have configured status profile for third party sales document type. This will stop creating PR from sales order. After chaning the status from STP to GO, system will create PR. But the problem here is user is going and changing the object status manully.
The business wants to release at a time many records automatically. Do we have any transaction code which we can use for changing the user status automatically for many orders?
We have tried V.26, but this is just report we can not change the status automatically,
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
No standard program exists for it, as statuses are always customized.
create a BDC program for status change and run in backgram as batch job.

  • Incorrect overall processing status on Sales Document Header

    Hello Everyone,
It has been observed at my clients site, though very sporadically, the sales document, overall processing status gets corrupted. SAP has provided correction reports by which we can rectify a corrupted status on the sales document, but I haven’t so far read or heard of any mechanism by way of which we can “figure out” which sales documents have corrupted statuses.
I will appreciate if anyone of you who has come across a similar problem can share what was done to fish out the sales documents with corrupted statuses
    Thanks

    Hi Altaf Shaikh,
The incorrect statuses happen not very often if you client is using all standard program but not modification.
90% for all the reported case is due to customer own modification & I'm afraid that we could not find out the exact cause if the same could not be reproduced.
Report SDVBUK00 will help to correct the incorrect status. For detail info on this report, you can refer to note 207875.
Hope this is helpful to you.
    Thank you.

  • Setting System status on assigning User status

We can change the user status by changing the system status ...
is there some work around to change a system status e.g REL on Setting a User Status .. ?
    Please advise. Thanks

    Hi,
I think this is possible using "Maintain Substitutions", but no sure. Try out once.
SRP0 - Project Systems -> Structures ->Operative structures -> Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) -> Maintain Substitutions.

  • How to set Delivery Status on Sales Order

    Hello CRM Experts
I am  using CRM 7.0 (Webclient) in standalone mode.
I've created a Sales Order and would like to complete the line item.  But the delivery status field is disabled.  I've read several posts on the forums about delivery data for a sales item in CRM.  What I've understood is this:  Delivery is handled outside of the CRM system e.g. by ECC or other systems. Therefore the status has to be updated by the external system (Is this a correct statement?)
Our security team has checked the security and didn't find anything there.  I'm logged in using SALES PRO role.
    I'd appreciate your insights.
    Thanks!

This is already available in the additional line information..though..
If you still want that at line level to be displayed..maybe you need to customize the form...not sure how u can handle that logic

  • Need FM for setting user status of sales transaction

    Hello experts,
I need a fm for setting the user status of a sales transaction.
I want to select some sales orders and for this I want to set the user status via a FM.
    Can anybody help me ?
    THANKS
    Gerd

    Hi,
Try this if you want to execute a process
            "Set Status for Header
            CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_FOR_ACTIV_OW'
              EXPORTING
                objnr                  = lv_guid_h "guid Header
                vrgng                 = gc_process-cf_approved "Process
                iv_ref_kind         = 'A'
              EXCEPTIONS
                status_not_allowed = 6
                OTHERS             = 7.
If it is just the Status that you want to set:
    crm_status_maintain_ow
You need to call CRM_ORDER_SAVE after any of this call
    Thanks!

  • Set system status of equipment according to movement type

    Hi guys,
I hope someone can help me.
I created two new movement types 943 and 944 as copy of standard 343 and 344.
I'd like to set the equipment status to ELOK if equipment is moved via 344 and delete the status after moving with 343.
I created two new business procedures ZSUH (for 944) and ZSUS (for 943) and did the necessary settings in BS12/BS22/BS32 I think.
If I now do the movement, the status of the equipment isn't changed.
If I manipulate the standard business procedure PMSU to set status ELOK, it's working.
What did I wrong that my newly created one don't work?
    Thank you for any help!
    Regards,
    Florian

    has anyone a suggestion?

  • Delivery status update in sales document at PGI

Normally system updates the delivery status of sales document line level, when a delivery document is created with respect to that sales document line.
But I want system to update the delivery status (in sales doc. line) when PGI is done for respective delivery document; not at the creation of delivery document. Below I have shown the status updating scenarios that I expect.
    Scenario 1
Sales doc line qty: 100 PCs
    Delivery Doc qty: 50 PCs
    PGI: Not done
Status in Sales document line should be A (Open)
    Scenario 2
Sales doc line qty: 100 PCs
    Delivery Doc qty: 50 PCs
    PGI: 50 PCs
Status in Sales document line should be B (Partially delivered)
    Scenario 3
Sales doc line qty: 100 PCs
    Delivery Doc qty: 100 PCs
    PGI: 100 PCs
Status in Sales document line should be C (Fully delivered)
Can anyone propose a possible way of doing this (configuration/ user exits/ BADI etc,)?
    Thanks,
    Ramindu

    Hi,
I dont know it with the use of  ABAP development, but by functional logic, can suggest you to configure the rush order sales configuration for your particular sales order.
just check that availability of that particualar sales order is met or not prior to it.
and then automatically when your delivery doc is created, PGI would be done and the status of your sales order would be updated with it.
try it out on your development client, if it works out.
    regards,
    Siddharth.
