PDF converter Pro 7.2 is installed but won't now open

I have PDF Converter Professional 7.2 installed.  In the past it would sometimes not open but a reboot fixed the problem.  At the moment this is not solving the problem despite 3x reboots.
System is Windows 7 in a Dell Precision T3400
I've also previously had problems with activating the programme but seem to have overcome those.  I suspect this might be a licensing problem.
I have the license key.
This is really frustrating not being able to find either a phone number or email to customer support.  can you please let me know your contact details?  Urgently please.

I don't understand why you are posting here. Do you realise that your product is not connected in any way at all to Adobe?

    CS6 which package?  Is it Master Collection costing $2500?
    You must be an avid user of Adobe products to buy this monster for your low spec laptop!!
    Generally, one should always uninstall all trial products before installing the paid up versions unless, you are replacing with the identical product and version number.  For example, if you had trial versions of individual products (Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc etc) then you should remove all of them using Adobe's cleaner tool.

    after downloading and installing iTunes 7.0.2 I try to open the program without much luck. It takes me to the user agreement page, but then and error comes up. The error says, "The folder "iTunes" cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this file is in the "My Music" folder. How do I get passed this so I can run iTunes on this machine?

    I have not been able to print to the PDF Printer. I get the following error when I select the PDF printer.
    "The 'Adobe PDF Converter' printer driver is not installed on this computer. Some printer properties will not be accessible unless you install the printer driver. Do you want to install the driver now?"
    When I say yes and select version 8.5.0.0 printer since it is the latest version. I get a Add Printer Driver Wizard window that says. "Unable to install adobe pdf converter, Type 3 - User Mode, x86 driver. Access is denied.
    I went through all the recommended steps on the web site listed below with no success.

    I am having similar problems. After years of successful use, about a year ago, my printer (Epson stylus Photo R300) stopped working. After much investigation, it appears my computer no longer recognizes my printer. I've followed resets, safe boots, uninstalls, reinstalls, etc. This happened so long ago, I don't recall what I was doing when it happened. I'm figuring it happened shortly after a Software Update... So far none of the fixes recommended to me have solved the problem. I've been using Epson customer support, but they've stopped responding. None of their suggestions have seemed to work either.

    I'm using FrameMaker 7.1 to create multi-file user manual books (one file = one chapter). In Book view, I use the File > Save Book As... option to create the PDFs.
    Most of the FrameMaker cross-references work in the PDF, jumping to the referenced location as expected. Not all do, however. If there is a common trait among the jumps that won't jump, I have not identified it.
    I have downloaded the entire 7.1 "upgrade library" from the Adobe Web site (one update), but the problem persists. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    These steps should resolve the issue on your Mac:
    Double-click on the link for Uninstall Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 at Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.
    Check if the Install link is now available in the Adobe Application Manager.
    If not, install and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove any traces of Premiere Pro. It can be downloaded from here: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
    The Install link should now be available in the Adobe Application Manager.

    did you purchase your product from these firms like Amazon? If yes, this is not a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
    The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

    There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
    Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.

    Try resetting Photoshop Preferences.   Use your Photoshop start icon to launch Photoshop and immediately press and hole Shift+Ctrl|CMD+Alt|Option keys   Photoshop should Prompt you with Do you want your Preferences deleted.
