SUS PO PDF copy problem

Hello Everyone,
We are using SRM 5.0 with ECS.
vendor gets PO's in SUS, and can see the changes made to a PO on the screens. But when they use the Print or Download buttons to see the PDF copy of the PO, it shows them an old version of the PO, without recent changes to text, items, etc.
So is there any OSS note related to this problem?
What should i check to resolve this issue?

At present how is the PDF copy generated in your org...Is it standard SAP or any Z development is involved...
Please check whether the changes after approval are reflected in backend , if yes then they will be reflected in PO PDF else not.
As far as i know the RFC is called to backend to genertae and display PDF.

You can do this by following steps:
1. Save the timesheet.pdf in the device.
2. Long press it and select Overflow icon on top bar and select “Duplicate”.
3. New copy of the pdf will be made “Timesheet(1).pdf”. You can edit this and original “timesheet.pdf” will be retained.
You can follow these steps again and keep a track for different weeks.

If you have actually made any changes (e.g. adding a Sticky Note or filling out forms), the Save button will appear in the bottom toolbar. It will save it as the same name.
"- Copy" is added only when you tap/click the Save As button. You can change it to something else, if you'd like.

For the hiding, go to the document properties under initial view. You may confuse some folks if there is no file menu to close the file (a lot of folks just can't get the keyboard shortcut, alt-F4, into their head. They are going to look for where to find the file menu to close.

Generate a seperate PDF for each copy of the recipients

We have a requirement to generate PDF for each copy of the recipients. Assume , if we have a transaction that has one insured , one broker and three mortgagee copies, we would need to generate 5 PDF's (one for insured , one for broker and three for mortgagee.
The form has an address section which displays the mortgagee address details. Each of my mortgagee copies needs seperate PDF to be generated.
Is there any Documaker Server or DAL Rule that we could use this to achieve the functionality. We are using Documaker 11.3 with Docupresentment 2.2 on AIX Platform

Copy of the filled in PDF Form

If a person fills out the PDF form and clicks submit, the responses will populate the table in FormsCentral, but is there a way that upon clicking submit a PDF version of the completed form can be emailed to a specific address?

At present there is no way to do this as one opperation. You can select the response from response table and save as a PDF but this is a somewhat manual process. I encourage you to vote for this feature as it is something we have heard before.

I'm doing a PhD, and would like to be able to send some scientific papers to colleagues without the annotation I may have added. Of course, manually removing all the comments is not a good solution.

We have had this issue many, many times before including on the latest 3.6 rev. It appears that when the applicationCache has an update triggered by a new manifest file, the browser may still use only its local network cache to check for updates to the files in the manifest, instead of forcing an HTTP request and revalidating both the browser cache and the applicationCache versions of the cached file (seems there is more than one). I have to assume this is a browser bug, as one should not have to frig with server Cache-Control headers and such to get this to work as expected (and even then it still doesn't sometimes).
The only thing that seems to fix the problem is setting network.http.use-cache to false (default is true) in about:config . This helps my case because we only ever run offline (applicationCache driven) apps in the affected browser (our managed mobile apps platform), but it will otherwise slow down your browser experience considerably.

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folders. In OS X 10.9 there are two sandboxes, while in 10.8 there is only one. If you're running a version older than 10.8, this comment isn't applicable.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Log out and log back in. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.
This action will delete any custom Mail stationery that you have created. If you want to preserve it, ask for instructions.
If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Repeat with this line:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.

Go ▹ Go to Folder...
