PDF file is still can't be converted to curve!

Dear everyone here!
I am using AI CS 5 and Adobe Acrobate 7.0. I have got a file from my custumer. The file is done in Excel. I open the Excel file in my Laptop with Excel 2007. I wish to covert my file as PDF File with the texts converted to curve, so I decided to go to "Print as PDF File" and then I select "Convert all texts to curve". I got the PDF file with the texts that are not converted to curve. Instead, I got the PDF File with the fonts error. I was trying to open the PDF in AI CS5 and I got it error for the texts. I only noted that before I used Windows XP 2003 and I can convert my file to PDF File with the texts converted to curve well, but now I can't solve it.
Anyway, how can I get the "Converted to PDF File Optioin" in MS Word or Excel 2007 in the Menu Bar?
Anyone experienced this. Please help me.. Give me more options to get successful in PDF File.
Any helps would be appropriated.

Now I can solve it. Anyway, will there be any errors occured while this method is used every time? I mean I am afraid some errors of texts will happen if I don't take a close look. Please help to tell me more if possible.

How can I quickly view pdf files like I can do with Windows Picture and Fax viewer for jpg files? I need to look at several thousand PDF files. It takes too long to open each one individually. The only thing I could think of is combining them into large groups and then using the Navigation index. But I like the way windows Picture and Fax Viewer does it because you can keep the files separate. Combining PDFs causes loss of individual file names. That would be a problem since I do need to have the individual file names.

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is a DLL and is started via a rundll32.exe call and can't be set as an application to handle images in Firefox 3 and later versions.
Try to set Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as the default viewer in Windows, then it should be listed automatically in the Mozilla Firefox Browse dialog.

After I upgraded to Firefox 4 on Windows XP, I was no longer able to print anything directly from a website except PDF files. I can print documents from any installed program on my hard drive. My printer is an HP LaserJet 1220

I edited my original question above to provide all the info that I can think of. It is very frustrating to no longer be able to directly print from a website except for PDF files. I can do a work around by copying a web page to Microsoft Word and then printing it but I don't understand why I lost a basic function. David Pollock

I can print word documents, internet pages etc. But today I can not print anymore my pdf document, although printing is allowed and only copying is forbidden.

The latter is easily accomplished using the Drawing Markup tools, which are available in both the free Adobe Reader, and in Acrobat. Copying/pasting text into the PDF is something that you could do using the editing tools that are available only in Acrobat. Note, however, that Acrobat isn't intended to be a text-editing application, so editing there won't be as robust as in an application designed specifically for that purpose. (It's also worth mentioning that you won't be able to alter a PDF if it has document permissions applied that would prevent you from doing so.)

This happened while I was trying to convert a large pdf file to Word using Adobe export pdf, which I purchased recently. When I try to export a large pdf file, I get a message "An error occurred while trying to access the service."
The inability to convert a file from pdf to Word is an annoyance after I spent $19.95 for export pdf. But the making of all my pdf files unreadable is a disaster.

I suspect that isn't connected. Start Adobe Reader, use File > Open for these PDFs. Do they open? (I suspect it's just double clicking that does it, which isn't the only way or best way to open files).

I need to export (to doc format) just a few select pages from various parts of a PDF file that is too large to convert in its entirety

I already paid for the service, but I can't seem to do the above.
If I upload the entire thing the process fails, saying the file is too large...

I would suggest using an outside product, such as PDF Splitter (FoxyUtils SplitPDF - Split PDF Files Online for Free), or just open up the document in Chrome, and print from your desired start to end page as a PDF. Then try uploading the file.
There is no internal workaround available in Acrobat.com yet, as after all, it is still in its beginning stages, unlike the Acrobat desktop application.
Wouldn't be a bad suggestion, I guess, though, for an improvement to make for a future version.
