PDF Not Sending via Outlook With Multiple Profiles
Hello,
I'm having an issue with the "attach to email" function under the file menu.
When I choose “Attach to Email”, new message is created in Outlook. When the message is sent it does not appear in the Outlook “sent” folder. Nor does it save to “drafts” when closed and saved. Recipients of email do not receive the message.
Everything works fine when having only a single profile in Outlook. Problem only occurs with more than one profile when the setting:
"When starting Microsoft Office Outlook, use this profile:" is set to "Prompt for a profile to be used". There's no problem when having the setting set to "Always use this profile". So it seems to be getting confused about the profiles. The wierd part is that after removing a profile and setting the choice back to "always use..." the mail gets sent and the recipients receive the messages. So it's almost like after hitting, "send" Adobe or Outlook are hanging in the background until "always use..." is set, but I haven't noticed any processes popping up in task manager.
Observations:
“Attach to Email” works when having only one profile in Outlook.
Problem occurs in Acrobat 9
Problem occurs in Reader 9 and X
Once profile is removed, messages are sent and received by recipients

Why with Maverick can I NOT send an email to Multiple contacts?
Why with Maverick can I not send an email to multiple contacts,? (no problems with Mountain Lion)
I have been having problems with addressing group emails I think only since Maverick. I have been unable to drag the group or copy the addresses into the "To" or "cc".
However if I have 2 groups (Say "Family Close" and "Family Others" if one TYPES Family in the "To" space the alternative are shown and when one clicks on one of these the "Bolded" group is shown and can be expanded etc

If you are using regular Mac Mail, and you are on Mountain Lion, this is what I can do:
1. Go into Mail, and start a new message
2. At the top, you will see 4 icons - the third one over brings up the Photo Browser from iPhoto
3. Go through your pics and select the one you want and drag it onto the mail page
4. Once you have done that, a small bar on the right-hand side will show up that will allow you to select whether you want the image size to be small, medium, or large. Once you select a size, all photos you add will be that same size.

Sent Mails do not appear in outlook with 9320
Hi, I recently started using 9320.
Read the whole manual, about the email preferences. Everything its ok, until I send an Email from the smartphone. When I go into the webmail, I can see them. But when it comes to Outlook, simply: no mails sent from my BB. I can't get to make them Sync with Outlook. So if anyone knows how to fix it, I will apreciate it.

From what you say, I deduce you are not on BES...if I am wrong, then stop now and seek assistance from your BES admins.
Otherwise, this KB governs all actions between your BB and your email server:

However, between your Outlook client and your server, that is governed by different things. If you are integrated with Outlook via anything other than POP, you should see reconciliation of Sent Items that you see on the server with your Outlook client. But, if you are integrated via POP, then such will not happen, as Outlook does not support it. But that's an Outlook issue, not a BB issue. If the BB is performing with the SERVER as per the above KB, then all is well in that regard.

Messages not sending in Outlook
Hi I hope someone can help, I have a talk21.com account that I use via Outlook 2010. I now cannot send messages from this account and is returning error 421 too many messages. I have tried to set up a new account but that does exactly the same.
Does anyone know what I need to do?
To make things worse I also have a .btopenworld account that is doing the same and giving the same error code, add to that I have forgotten the password but when I try to request a new it takes me to a page that is not for resetting passwords. grrr
I know this problem is all about the BT migration and I have read other posts where this has finally been resolved so I would really appreciate a response as it now means I 2 accounts neither of which can send.

Go to Solution.For the past two days, I have started to have problems sending emails using Outlook.
It works perfectly well from home, when connected to my BT Router.
If I am connected via any other route, it fails with the message 421 Too many messages 99% of the time.
It would appear, therefore, that this is a problem with BT SMTP Server authentication, since your home connection does not require it/use it but any other incoming route to the BT servers will.
I spent 2 hours on Chat support with BT yesterday without any success. Eventually, I was told to upgrade my Outlook to the latest version........ or remove and re-install it.......
Even though I know perfectly well that this is not the problem, I did actually upgrade to Outlook 2013 from 2010. of course, it made no difference.
When I contacted BT Chat again today, I was told that BT do not provide support for email clients (including Outlook) and that I should take my PC to a local PC technician for support.........
Having worked in I.T. all my life, that is not necessary, as I pointed out. BT then told me that I could not escalate the matter and nor could they provide me with any support for the issue, despite it being pretty clear that the problem lies at their end, because I was not using Web Mail.......
What kind of service is that I ask myself?
As this forum/thread appears to be being listened to by BT, I am writing this post in the hope that I don't simply need to change ISP in order to get support for this or to resolve my issue.

Changing the file name of a PDF you send via email
Hello Support,
I am trying to find out how to change the file name of the attachment I send via email when I click submit via email. I would like the file to be sent with the file name, not some other file name.
How can I fix it? This is very urgent! I need HELP!

Sending mails with multiple files as attachments.
You need to start from the app, assuming that it has an email function, that contains the files that you want to send as attachments. The Photos app allows you to send up to 5 photos on the same email, but if you want to send multiple file types then you need an app that supports all those file types. I use the GoodReader app which supports quite a few document/file types (e.g. PDF, Excel, Word, pictures), and from that I can select multiple files (including different types) and attach them to the same email.

PO Failure notification not triggering via Outlook
Hello Experts,
We are using SRM 7.O SP05, When PO is created and by mistake user Input the wrong Email address in Header --> Out put. The user is not getting the failure notification Via Out Look. I can able to find the Error message entry in SOST. I have checked the sender Email address also is correct. (in SU01).
I tried to replicate the same kind of scenario in Q environment. But no failure notification received via Outlook. Is there any setting need to be done.
Kindly help me to resolved this issue.
