Pdf showing as picture

I don't understand how to configure or why it is happening, but I have my company mail installed in both, my iphone and ipad.
On the iphone I can see pdf attachments in a normal way. Shows as attachment and I have to click on it in order to open it.
But in my ipad all pdf files are shown as images. Is there some way to configure this? As on Apple's ipad mail presentation video it works exactly as on my iphone.
I use a pdf reader app, so I would like to save the file there, but as the pdf shows like an image, I can only save it as image.

This appears to be just how the OS is set up on the iPad. Multipage PDFs will show as attachments in mail and then can be read with the built in PDF reader or copied to a PDF reader like SimplyPDF or GoodReader. Single page PDFs will display in the body of the message. If you touch and hold it with your finger, you have the option to save it as a JPEG. For some this option is usable. In all instances I can read the PDF and forward it so it seems that the only function lost is being able to save it to the app of my choice. You can also copy and paste a single page PDF into a Pages document.
If the single PDF is transferred through a cable sync to a reader app, then all is fine for reading.

PDF shows in safari 5.1, text is blurred out.

I've been having the problem of safari not showing pdf's, this is partially solved now. But since I've followed the steps on another thread here,
I can see the pictures in a pdf, but not the text. The text seems to be blurred out as shown in the picture below :
Another awkward issue is that when I open the same pdf in Google Chrome, de pdf shows normally, but when I try to open the pdf from chrome in preview, the same blurred text appears.
Any solutions?

Did the person that made the PDF use Word for Windows to make the PDF?* It's now possible to make PDFs directly from Word with File > Save As but one of the default options, "Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded", makes the text (by now a graphic) unreadable in Preview or the built-in Safari view. I don't know if this is Microsoft's fault for making the bitmaps in a strange way, or Apple's fault for having a bug in Preview.
* You could always find out by opening the PDF in Preview and doing Tools > Show Inspector

Show a picture from Application server

Let me reframe my question i asked earlier in this post.
I want to show a picture which is stored in Application server in my report/dialog program/smartform.
How do i do that? I don't want to upload the photo using SE78 for Smartforms. Any ways of directly picking the photo from application server, and showing it in the report / dialog program? I have other data in the program too besides the photo. So actually the output is a combination of lots of text and one photo in a corner, like a CV.

You can certainly display a Picture on a dialog screen with the class CL_GUI_PICTURE using a custom control on the screen.
Read the following link on How to play with the custom picture controls on a screen.

GOTO - OAOR (Business Document Navigator)
Give Class Name - PICTURES Class Type - OT..... then Execute
It will show you the list, then select ENJOYSAP_LOGO.
On that list, you will find one control with a "create" tab.
Click std. doc types.
Select SCREEN and double-click.
It will push FILE selection screen.
Select your company logo (.gif) and press OK.
It will ask for a description- for instance: "company logo".
It will let you know your doc has been stored successfully
To display picture like comapany logo on ALV list header see the standard SAP example program BALVST03_GRID. In place of the Standard SAp logo you can place yourown by creating one with the following steps.

EPDF not showing all pictures in file

I have some pdf docs that show some pictures but not others. The latter just show up as grey boxes. When I sent one of these docs back to the person who sent them to me, so she could check it, she reported seeing the pics just fine, so the files must be OK. I searched the forum and found nothing about ePDF having problems.
The ePDF viewer version is 0.1.8
Linux myhost 3.6.11-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Dec 18 08:57:15 CET 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Trouble with Adobe Reader Touch on Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 in tablet mode. Pdf shows up as blank pages.

I have a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 and when I change it to tablet mode and use the Adobe Reader Touch app, my pdf shows up as a blank page. I have installed other pdfs in the past and those show up fine. However, as of three days ago, whatever pdf I install shows up as blank on my screen. Is there a solution to fix this?

Do what you are being told. Plug the phone into a computer running iTunes and restore the phone.

You can start the playlist playing in the iPod app and then switch into the Photos app and start your (non-music) slideshow - as you've found out you can currently only select a single track in the Photos app. Whether that will change in iOS 5 I don't know, but you could try leaving feedback for Apple : http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html

ME TOO.
I think mine are all still in alphabetical order, but :
* movies I deleted from my library and told "hide this purchase in the cloud" are showing up again. If I try to play them, I get the "cannot find the file in its proper location, would you like to locate it" error message.
* for movies that have "iTunes Extras," the extras show up as a separate item, with another copy of the movie artwork. Most of these I believe I had DELETED the "iTunes Extras" anyway.
* Items are showing up multiple times.
* A few MUSIC ALBUMS are listed in my Movies section.
* Some movies (I believe ones that I deleted off my HD but are still in the cloud) are showing random album covers instead of their proper artwork.
* Just rented a movie, and it didn't show up anywhere in my library. It downloaded properly and completely, was in a suitably labeled folder in my iTunes/Media/Movies section, but didn't show up in any section of the library (or via a library search). Had to manually find it and tell it to open the file using iTunes.
Running the latest version, even checked for updates. No other changes made lately since the last round of apple software updates. This was wonky before the latest small update to iTunes - now it's even wonkier. And it is very, VERY effing annoying.

How to show a picture both on client and server at the same time (X11?)

I want show a picture on my client as well as on the server(in another location) at the same time, pretty much like showing something both on laptop and on a projector. Assume I have a picture sssss.jpg on the server A1, if I want to open that picture to my client, I can simply to do the following from client A2:
xhost A1
telnet to and login A1
setenv DISPLAY "ipaddress of A2":0.0
Anyone can direct me how to show picture the client that I am sitting at an also show on the server at the same time?

VNC would let you do that. With a shared connection, both machines could run a VNC client to the same session.

TS2634 My friends sd card reader no longer shows the pictures after updating to ios 7, is there a fix?

My friend has an ipad, and after updating to ios 7.0.2 the sd card reader that came with it no longer shows the pictures... just squares where the pictures would be. Is there a way to fix this?
