How can you force a pdf to be displayed in spread all the time on a web reader?

By imposing it to a spread, so the spread is a single page.

Status bar still showing when run from the web?

When i run my form(i removed the status bar, form is
MODAL=Yes and WINDOW STYLE=Document) in "Forms Runtime", it works fine but when i run the same form on the web in IE5 the forms starts showing the status bar.
Anybody knows why this is happening?

The proper way to supress the status bar is to set the Forms property "Console Window" to null

How to enable showing online status on the web for...

Hello, I am representing business account skype-runa.ru. There are problems with showing its online status on the web page. Exactly, the link http://mystatus.skype.com/smallicon/skype-runa.ru shows a grey image instead of green one.
What can we do to change this?

Applet works fine in NetBeans IDE,show grey lines on the web(html page)?

Just wanted to see if someone ever came accross with this problem?
Please HELP HELP!!!
Problem: my applet shows some grey lines on the web wehn i move my applet quickly left or right. However they disapear if i move any other gui on top of it like eraser.
I open the applet in an html file using simple open my applet in new window.
I think it's not applet repaint or validate problem .. it 's the msn explorer related problem..

Iweb web page not showing full page on the web

I have a web site that I build using iweb. I have installed intense debate for a commenting system. I have two problems. My comments are not showing up even after i approve them even though i chose to not monitor comments and when you view the page most of the comment box is missing. I have changed the height and width of the page, changed the height and width of the age layout in iweb, nothing seems to help. I have contacted there support team but they just keep saying the same things. Apparently i need to do this to get the commenting system working "looks like you don't have any JavaScript variables set. You'll need to set some postid's and URLs." That is copied directly from the email they sent me. I don't know what any of that means...And please don't say read the tutorial they offer because i cant fallow that either. Embed sound in PDF on the Web?

I've no skills in Acrobat Pro but as it is included in my CS suite I have access to it.
I have a customer that would like to open a PDF from a web-site. I've seen that's possible to embed a sound file in a PDF but I'm not sure if that goes even for PDFs that are opended in the web-browser. If so, it would be a great solution.
So my first question is if that's possible? The result should be that the user open the PDF from a link and then is able to play a soundfile represented on the actual PDF-page. If it's possible, would you prefer to embed the mp3 in the PDF or link to the mp3 on the server?
If all thos works, how do I handle the choice of MediaPlayer and QT? When you embed a mp3-file on an ordinary web-page a browser plug-in will display a player, and if installed it uses either MP or QT automatically. I guess there will be different from the PDF or does it use the same browser plug when played from a PDF-in-a-browser -window.
Most thankful for anything that enlightens me about this.

I'd like to include a link on my website-in-progress to a .pdf that is not on the web. I tried dragging it onto a blank page, thinking I would make an internal link, but no luck. Suggestions?

Please update your Skype to the latest version and you should see this option being removed from the Skype settings as well.

I am getting messages that I can't download and read .pdf files since I have the wrong Adobe reader. I know about their security disasters of course, but I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site and I have other ,pdf file readers as well, and for some reason they won't work either. I have 5 computers running top end processors and RAM. By this I mean I have one, this one which I am using that has an AMD Phenom Black 3.2 Quad-core with 8 GBs of Corsair top DDR2 RAM, my other two AMD have either an Athlon II triple core with 4 GBs of DDR2 Corsair RAM, one with the Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-core with 8 GBs of their best DDR2 RAM, and two Intels with the i7 920 Processors using the triple channel 1366 socket processors and one with 8 GBs of low latency DDR3 RAM and the other with 4 GBs of the same RAM. I am getting the message on this one, which has a fresh install of XP Pro X64 operating system, as do the other 4 as well. I have run Avast Business Pro Anti-virus on this one, which I am getting the message on with a single result which I deleted, and also both Spybot Search and Destroy, which came back clean as well as Malwarebytes Antimalware, which got a lot of tracing cookies now removed, and SuperAntiSpware which also found a few cookies also now deleted. Can you tell me what I need to do to get these files to show as .pdf files rather than as a clean blank page. One other issue is that I wish to know how to turn off my downloads so they are saved and Mozilla will give me the option of returning them instead of me losing them all together as it does now. Thanks for your assistance. If there is another Adobe reader I should download and install, could you provide me with the link to it? I appreciate your assistance here

How to set up Internet Explorer 9 to show pdf in Adobe Reader instead of web browser

I'm using Windows 7 (64-bit), Internet Explorer 9 and Adobe Reader IX (v.11.0.00).
I would like to set up Internet Explorer 9 to show pdf-files in Adobe Reader program windows instead of viewing pdf-files within the web browser. Adobe Reader IX doesn't have the setting "Display pdf-files in browser" any longer, earlier versions of Adobe reader did have that setting.

PDF files load on the web, quicktime doesn't and flash doesn't

I am amazed pdf files load but not quicktime video.
Even apples own website has some streaming video and it will not load.
Flash sites don't seem to load either.
But PDF files.
At least they got that right.

I have a number of QT Videos on my website that I converted to "iPod Video" using Compressor2. Oddly, most will play on iPhone but some refuse! The embedded video frame shows the QT logo and a "play" icon when it think it can play, otherwise it show a greyed "play" icon with a line through it. And I thought all the videos were the same!
