PDF to eBook error

Question

Hi,
I am getting a problem when I process PDF for eBook.
PDF size is 75 MB.
RAM Size used for server is 2048 MB.
Error is as follows
Creating package request for: 03-01-13/123-5265.pdf
Creating connection to Packaging Server: http:// XXXXXXXXXXX/packaging/Package
Sending Package Request 
There was an error with the Package Request

IF you have a backup copy of the pdf that isn't damaged, just
upload THAT
file
As to how to do it- make a duplicate copy of the good file
(so you will
still have a backup copy)
go to this Local Site Folder on the hard drive.
Find the pdf file. Make note of it's filename
delete it
place the good pdf file there.
if needed, change it's filename to exactly what the other one
was
select it, upload it
If that doesn't work- then possibly there is a problem on the
server with
the MIME type settings it is sending.
but that would probably take care of the issue.
When i mentioned "regenerate the pdf file" what i meant was
that Unless you
typed the pdf in full version Acrobat, you probably created
the document in
something else then turned it into a pdf file. If you
couldn't find an
undamaged pdf file, go back to the original source document
and create the
pdf file again.
