People claim to loose bookmark after apgrade to FF4, what should I do to pull my bookmark through upgrade?

Firefox 4 had been downloaded for few millions, but seems at least hundreds experienced a lost of old Bookmark.
What they did wrong and how I can avoid those poor peoples fate?
Second question: Once and again my current Firefox would not completely hang, but sort of -- it will get totally pale and would not react on my attempts to switch tabs. Yet I can continue to listen to voices from one of those tabs. I am wandering if it Firefox, or my computer infected, or may be even it is my novel antivirus (which is Trend Micro Titanium)?

Was the device officially unlocked at some point or hacked to be unlocked?
Is the SIM from a supported carrier?
Sounds like the device was hacked to be unlocked and you're now trying to activate it with a SIM from a different carrier. If it was hacked to be unlocked, upgrading has relocked the device to the original carrier.
Have you tried a different SIM from the carrier the device is locked to.

Multiple people claim I called them, but I didn't, what does it mean?

I've been getting numerous calls claiming that I called them but when I go back to my call history, I didn't call them ever. What does this mean and is there a way to fix this?

That certainly is a conundrum! I want to help, appleiphone4s! So let me clarify, you do not have record in your phone, nor on your call logs online, that you called someone, however, they do? Correct? Could you explain a bit more about the calls they are getting? Do they pick up? What happens? Any message left? Do their call logs on the phone match what is showing online (http://bit.ly/xB4iTc) on the bill? It sounds like someone may be spoofing your number. This basically means that they are calling from another number, but using a program to make the call look like it's coming from your number. You can find out more information here http://www.fcc.gov/guides/caller-id-and-spoofing.
There really isn't any way to prevent this from happening. You always have the option of changing your number online to prevent these occurances. Please reach out if you have any other questions.

8.02 troubles: my 5th gen ipod touch won't allow me to open up the app store following my update, even after a restart. What should I do?

My ipod touch is a 5th generation and I recently updated to 8.02 software, however, when I attempted to open up my bank app it gave me a warning that the application may have been compromised. So as I have done when things I need stop working in the past, I erased the application and went to re-download the latest version from the app store. I only then realized that, regardless of my wonderful wifi connection, my ability to access the app store has also been cut off. I have had more problems since the update also with applications closing out in the middle of what I am doing (but this is not new so I thought very little of it) and with my photos. After I take a new photo they aren't arranged in the order that I have taken them in and I have had to search through my 3000+ photos for the one I just took a second ago, which should honestly be at the end of the list like it has always been in the past (not somewhere randomly in the middle like they seem to be now). It's just all so frustrating and I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problems with their ipods, recently and if they know any way to solve them.

Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

Late 2010 iMac running 10.9.2 started waking up to the main login prompt screen after coming out of what should be `sleep'. I then have to relog in to my account and network drives have to become reconnected.

This has started quite recently and it appears as if there is no difference if either I have instigated `sleep' (option + cmd + eject keys) or if sleep has started after its time-out period. I then have to wait for my 2 network attached drives to reconnect! It's as if a restart has occured. I've reset the PRAM and done a verify disk (SSD) and repaired permissions but to no avail. Any help/suggestions even cures much appreciated. Thanks.

How much RAM & free space do you have also, click on the Memory & Disk Usage Tabs.
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

Software crashing after updating to Yosemite, what should I do?

I haven't been able to work since I updates my operating system from Mavericks to Yosemite. I don't have money to fix it, and I'm desperate to downgrade to Mavericks again. Don't know what else to do. I have original software and everything is CRASHING!!!

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

I cannot start firefox because of a security problem after it crashed. What should I do to fix it?

I use Vista on my dell inspiron 1721. Firefox closed itself, computer shut itself down, a lot of 'corrupted files' were deleted without my interference, and when Vista finally came back up, Firefox wouldn't start. After installing Mavericks my iMac has become increasingly unstable with various applications crashing along with some white screen, kernel panic-style restarts. This has even continued after a fresh install, what should I do now?

Following an Apple Support Team member's advice, I retrieved as many files as I could and erased and repaired the HD before completing a fresh install from a bootable USB. Once I restored all of my software I set it backing up to Time Machine over night only to find that it had crashed and restarted over night before that had completed. I attach the crash report below:

Wi-fi quit working on iphone 4s after os update. What should i do?

It would seem the printer has lost the network information since it is flashing and power cycling the printer did not work.
This means it needs to be treated as a new installation to get it back on the network since it is a USB to wireless setup.
This will require a computer on the same wireless network and a USB cable to send the network information to the printer.
Uninstall the printer completely from the system.
1. Install the printer again and choose Network when prompted for the setup type.
2. Connect the USB cable when prompted.
3. Follow all the prompts during the installation and disconnect the USB cable when prompted.
At this point, it should be back on the network.
The newest software can be found by clicking on Support & Drivers at the top of this page and entering your printer's model for software and driver downloads.
