Peoplesoft Expenses loading third party expenses eg Fuel card

The information in Expenses states that expenses loads are only for credit cards. However the Customer here would like to use expenses for processing other third party expenses that are not credit card based. Eg their fuel card. They would also prefer that this is not a customization.
The fuel card is used by employees. A single combined account is received from the fuel card supplier. They want their employees to then be able to go in, as they would for any other expenses, and set the department/project coding details or potentially mark it as a personal expense. Then for it to follow the approval and payment processes that the credit card expenses would follow.
The fuel card is a good example but they also have uniforms, phones, and stationary that they would also like to go through the expenses module - each via a load from a third party.
Is this possible within Expenses? Is there a feed from Purchasing to Expenses which could do this? Any other suggestions as to something I may have missed?

You can find the Apple Bluetooth card on eBay for as little ten dollars (says its for the 2008 model Mac Pro, not sure about the 2007).

Here is a link to a full explanation of the card and how to install it. Part numbers may differ a bit as that is an old article and newer models have come out.

Just make sure that the part will work in your model Mac Pro. To that end, you may be better off avoiding eBay and going to a parts reseller. There are even third party cards that use the internal Apple bluetooth slot.

In theory, using a USB or PCI card will work at login so long as it is recognized by Apples drivers. You say you need to launch an application to use your current USB Bluetooth dongle? If it is not controlled by the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar then it must be using a third party driver of some sort. Unfortunately, I don't know off hand which USB and PCI cards are supported.

Loading third party plug-ins

Hi, everybody,
I just bought Logic Pro X and a third party software synth plug-in. I am a complete novice to both.
I ran an installer for the synth plug-in. Now, I have no idea how to access that synth within LPX. I looked for some hint in the User Guide, but I am still in the dark.
Does it matter whether or not LPX is installed at the default location in Applications folder, or is moved to a separate folder within Applications folder? Can anybody help, please?
Also, I would appreciate suggestions for a good source of tutorials on LPX (other than YouTube videos).

What sort of plugin is it? A software Instrument (SI) or an FX plugin?
SI plugins appear under the Instrument Plugin section of the track strip.. when you create a Software instrument track....

Also, did you purchase a 64bit AudioUnit (AU) Plugin?
If not and you bought a 32bit AU plugin or a VST plugin...then it won't work with LPX......

EXS Freezes when loading third party presets/audio files

Hello,
I am using Logic 8 with OS 10.6.8, macbook pro
The EXS factory presets load fine for me. I put a preset bank in the EXS preset folder/area and the samples for it on my system drive. When I choose any preset from there, the EXS freezes trying to load the samples. It doesnt get even get to one sample.
I have tried:
Reinstalling
Removing the preferences
Juggling the memory setting the EXS
Anyone able to shed some light??

Your EXS24 instruments and samples need to be re-linked, otherwise this delay will happen every time and it will drive you nuts.
Logic used to have a feature called Project Manager which did this. What happens is this:
The .exs files (instruments) contain info about where the samples are located. When you get 3rd party stuff, the paths that are written into the .exs files might look like this:
Fred's huge drive/Samples for products/Section01/Bass samples/ etc etc
Because your drive doesn't have any of these file paths, Logic scans your whole system to locate the samples.
The only real option is provided by Redmatica (www.redmatica.com)
You need ProManager or EXSManager. Either one will re-write all the file paths and sort out this problem. You need to read the instructions for the process to be successful.

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

Loading third party packages

I am downloading a package and try to use the classes in the package but I can not load them all at one using the * notation e.g.:
import mypackage.*;
Instead I have to type an import statement for each class that I needed:
import mypackage.Class1
import mypackage.Class2
I've already do the CLASSPATH thing pointing to the package directory. What's the problem here????

What's the error you get when you use import mypackage.*;? One possible problem is the compiler is finding the 'wrong' .class files when you use .* Your Classpath should contain the directory that holds the mypackage directory - it should not contain the mypackage directory. In other words if the directory structure is c:\myjava\mypackage\ then the classpath should include c:\myjava

Windows device driver programs for third party pci i/o cards

now i am working with i/o cards ,in our lab we are having our own designed i/o cards ,,so when we are inserting to the pci slots and turn on the system its asking some device driver .....?ok ,,now i want to access the i/o cards using labveiw. i want to install the device driver ,or other wise can i able to talk directly with the i/o cards ,

We have situation where Company want to record travel expense for third party.
for example, we want to do a business trip that invite people from government/ civil servants.
all travel expense of civil servants will be accounted by our company.
but, they are not our employee.
is it possible to get some external person ID for third party so they can be treat as employee just for recording travel transaction??
Our company also want maintain employee group for third party.
how to achieve this?

Have you tried to include the jars in the Class path entry in the manifest file.
That should work eventhough I haven't tried it yet (fighting with ear deployement
and I must say WLS seems to be winning). I'll get back to when I've tried it.

Ultra 40 and third party NICs

I have an Ultra40 for which I would like to install a third party 100/1000 NIC card to replace the onboard card.
Has anyone used any third party cards with any success? If so, can you share the model and specifics of using this. I was under the impression that there might be something proprietary that would not allow you to use another third party NIC card, besides it not being supported by Sun. I would like to use this with Linux.

here I have two WFS servers and they configured with load balancing in F5 .

Do you have antiVirus installed on the sharepoint servers?
These folders may have to be excluded from antivirus scanning when you use file-level antivirus software in SharePoint. If these folders are not excluded, you may see unexpected behavior. For example, you may receive "access denied" error messages when files
are uploaded.

hello there thank u so much for ur reply!! ok i uninstalled mackeeper now and the put back option is still in grey im so confused...i tried restarting my computer like u said and put back still in grey??!! the files that are in my trash are everything from Accounts,address book plug-ins,address book,adobe,aim.........then stuff like apple,Audio,....to caches color pickers,colors,com.apple.TCC,to DVD player to facebook,google to ilifemedia browser to itunes to keychains to movie effects,preferences printers to skype...my Native instruments files BUT not all of them my garage band but not all of it...it seriously looks like my whole library is in the trash i tried to put things back where i THINK they belong and it just added the item or folder under where i thought it went and didnt restore functionality to for instance google chrome and all my book marks are there....they seem to be only certain things from my library that would have added some functionality to apps and programmes like my garageband is missing stuff photobooth wont work so on.......kinda looks a bit like this thats only the half of it!!
