Period and volume discounts but do not show discount%

HI,
Customer is using 2007A PL49. They are heavily using tier pricing(Period and volume discounts) in SAP. They do not want system to display discount % in sales document but displaying price after discount in period and volume discounts as unit price in sales document instead. The Discount% in sales document will be used as second level discount.
Any workaround to solve this problem?

Customer wants the price after discount in period and volume display in AR Invoice as unit price(before discount) and make the original discount% in AR Invoice line as second level discount.
Eg in period and volume discounts
Qty     Discount      Unit price after discount
1                             RM100
10                           RM90
Customer wants RM90 appears as unit price(price before discount) in AR Invoice line. The price difference in volume is not considered as discount for this customer.
Any workaround to tackle this customer?

Try switching to manually manage music for your iPhone, then you can drag and drop the music that you want or even drag the playlist to add the song.

Have you selected the content to sync to your iPad in your sync settings in iTunes. The content that you want to transfer must be selected (checked or "ticked") to sync out will not transfer when you sync.
For instance - if you want to sync music....
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Music Tab on the right.
Click on the albums or playlists that you want to sync - or the entire library if you like.
Click on the Sync Music Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
This applies to all content that you want to transfer from iTunes to your iPad. Make the selections in the appropriate tabs in the iTunes window on the right.

Domaindnszones Forestdnszones exists but does not show in Dns

Guys I have a weird situation where the Domaindnszones and Forestdnszones partitions exists but does not show in dns.
If I try to recreated the partition in DNS it says "partition already exists".
I try Recreating it in DNS by creating a new domain under the "mydomain" zone but it never gets populated.
Replication seems to be working fine between my DC's
This domain was created from way back in the NT days and has just been upgraded over the years..
currently we have 1 2003 Dc and 2 2008 r2 Dc. we want to retire the 2003 dc. all 3 dc are DNS, and GC servers.
at this point should i even worry about this two partitions. ( Domaindnszones, Forestdnszones).
I think Dns was never configure correctly when we went from 2000 to 2003

Correction. the 2003 dns and dc is no loger in the environment. It was the Primary FSMO role holder.looks like all the roles has been transfer over to the new 2008 r2 dc.
I did not set this domain up. but are trying to clean it up.
I notice in dns there was only one AD integrated zone (mydomain). that the (Domaindnszones and forestdnszones) are not visible. I tested replication between the DC via sites and services and replication is ok.
I created and AD integrated Zone in DNS called _msdcs.mydomain and it looks like it populated it with all the corrected corresponginng zones.

when i try in dns to Create default application directory partition, it tells me the "partition exists"
using adsiedit connecting to DC=domaindnszones. dc=mydomain I can see the partition same is true for Dc=forstdnszones, dc=mydomain

I followed solution suggested by ACE. which did allow me to delete and create the new (domaindnszones and forestdnszones) partitions. but sitll not showing in dns.

and indeed the script did clean up the deleted 2003 Dc/dns server. and assigned the new 2008 r2 dc/dns server
still the Domaindnszones and Forestdnszones are not visible.
Manually Creating a delegation under Mydomain (domaindnszones forestdnszones) only yield Grayed out folders
Manually Creating 2 domains under Mydomain (domaindnszones forestdnszones) shows the folders. but once I restart netlogon and restart dns
the folders disappear...
any suggestion solutions will be greatly appreciated...

Period and Volume Discounts

It is unfortunate that Period and Volume discounts are not currently supported.
I have a situation where a customer is using this functionality :currently there are around 2500 customers and 1500 prices with single discounted quantity breaks.
In B1 the quantity breaks are handled in the standard way and I would not want to set up individual special prices in B1 for each customer and synch.
How then to handle this online ?
I assume using SQL to insert some 3 million records into the PartsPricing table is possible but I don't know how practical this is or whether it would affect performance.
Is there perhaps a more practical alternative using some code which runs when the calculate button is clicked ? This would have to combine the Customer the part and an integer representing the quantity break and a discount %.
Any ideas would be appreciated

I thought that this was supported in this version? (sp1p1). I haven't tested yet, but I had hoped to turn off my work around.
The work around involves populating the partspricing table with qtybreak records for each item & price list that has a qtybreak setup. We do not have that many, and currently there are only about 573 records (no. items with qtybreaks x no. breaks x no. pricelists). I do this using an SSIS package that runs each night. I also had to add a trigger on the PartsPricingMaster to make sure that the SpecialCalcType stayed as B, for some reason Webtools overwrites this value each sync, which prevented the qtybreaks from working.
Far from ideal, but it worked. However, I have not yet tested the current version to see what changes have been made in relation to this.

Hi,
To get correct result, you need to split your existing records in maximum of 1000 records per import. If more than that, you may get incorrect update.

Upload Period and Volume Discounts using DTW

Hi,
Is it possible to upload Period and Volume Discounts using DTW? If so, which template is used?
The SAP screen is unweildy to administrate with many Items, Price Lists and Periods of Discount when the Items being discounted are not always the same.

You should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to the iPhone (or you could re-download them directly on the iPhone)

Podcasts and movies are synced to my iphone but do not show up in menus

Since upgrading to 5.1.1, I've noticed that movies and podcasts sync to my iphone, but do not show up in the corresponding menus. I can search for the movies and podcasts and then play them, but when I navigate to the podcast page, it shows none on the iphone. Same with movies...only the TV episodes show up.
I have tried restoring to factory settings, and that temporarily fixed the problem, but subsequent syncs seem to have undone whatever was fixed.

Since no one here can possibly know what you specifically mean by "tried everything that other people are saying", no one can determine what you did wrong. Also, you didn't say what computer OS you use.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

I would recommend setting the wireless encryption on the AirPort Express BEFORE configuring it for the AirPort Extreme in this case. This issue also comes up often when configuring AirPorts into a WDS.
If setting up security in my recommend order does not work, temporarily connect the Express by Ethernet to the Extreme; make the security changes, and then, move the Express back to the desired location.

Have you tried a simple reset of your iPod to see if that helps? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Otherwise, have you tried any of the troubleshooting mentioned in this Apple support document?
