Can you please tell me how to prevent the users from down loading the files from portal.They should only view it.

Ok lets do it,...
First you need to identify which layout you are using for the view to end users.
This can be known from clicking the Rendering Information link on the iview.
To get Rendering Information , you need to add the admin user id to WDFProxy.
System Administration - > System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Administration - >
Content Management -> User Interface -> (Advanced Settings)Debugging Settings -> WDFProxy
You need to enable Rendering information and enter the user id of the administrator.
After identifying the layout, we need to edit the collection renderer of the layout.
At this point, if you are not using any custom layout set, I would recommend you to do an
Advanced Copy of the layout and edit the settings.
System Administration - > System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Administration - >
Content Management -> User Interface ->Settings->Layout Set
Find the layout set and select it.
Go to Collection Renderer and select the Collection List Renderer attached to it.
In the Displayed Properties remove the (contentLink) modifier for your displayname property.

Help with what? It's YOUR responsibility to READ the requirements for any app you want to purchase. They are clearly stated on the app's info page. So, either update your phone or beg iTunes support for a refund:

Try this first. Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Cache (or Data if you are running iOS 5). Restart the iPad. Hold the sleep button until the red slider appears and slide to shut down. Hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears to power up.

User should not be voiding the dispute created by other User

I having an Issue at my work place.I have got a Requirement from the Finance Functional Folks that the user should be able to create the dispute case and also void the case created by him.But the user should not be able to void the dispute case created by the Other user.
As of now when I am testing the user is able to void the dispute case created by him and also void the dispute case created by other user.So now I am trying to restrict so that user should not be able to void the dispute case created by other user.
In the Roles Built at work place I have fdm_coll01-collections Management and also udm_dispute-dispute manamgement T-codes built in One Role.can any one of you let me know at which authorization object this can be restricted as I am having a hard time trying to find out.
In Ideal SAP World what my idea was a Dispute case created by the user in Production should not be allowed to void the dispute case.so creating a dispute case and voiding a dispute case should be treated differently and should be done by different persons in an organization.

So why not talk back to your FI Folks. Also check with your Compliance Team.
But anyhow, I do not see in the real world a conflict of duties by giving access to both creating a Dispute and voiding a dispute and more over voiding a dispute is considered critical since it would allow to Release Blocked Orders.
But the user should not be able to void the dispute case created by the Other user.
If every transcation and conversation with a Customer is recorded in the Collections Management system, I do not see a requirement for the same Team Member having access to close a dispute created by other user.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

You can get Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
You should still have your profile folder, so when you install 3. you will get your bookmarks and other user data back.

You should be able to play films on windows computers, if it wasn't compatible with it (e.g. you should have got an error if you tried to buy an HD film on non-HD compatible computer).
The current version of iTunes is 11.4 - you can see if there are any updates available via the Help > Check For Updates menu option.

On down loading a file the download windo appears but does not liost any files. The same happens under Thuinderbird. Has appied for about the last 2 or 3 weeks. I have the latest upgrades as of 8/18.

When I down load a file the down loads window opens but no files are listed there. (This also happens under Thunderbird). I have updated both T'bird and Firefox in the last couple of weeks. The download window was working ok , say, about 3 weeks ago. About then I cleared an existing lsit of files. Since then, nothing is shown even tho I have downloaded a few files.

alternitive soltuion:
                I have finally figured this out.
                The VMM service runs under the Local System account, I changed it to use the domain account I logged in with. I also had to change the SQL service account to use the same domain account the VMM service runs under.
Prior to performing the above actions, I modified the certificate in MMC > Certificates to not use the Smart Card option from the users profile. Shown below. To make this modification. Follow these steps.
1.       Open MMC
2.       Open > File > Add/Remove Snap-ins
3.       Select Certificates, and click Add (ensure Current – User is selected)
4.       Click OK
5.       Navigate to > Personal > Certificates
6.       Double click on the user Cert
7.       Select the Details Tab, > click the Edit Properties
8.       Select “Enable only the following purposes
9.       Uncheck Smart Card Logon
After the above actions was performed, I then modified the service account the VMM and SQL service was using to use a domain account, and things started working.

If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. You could also do Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout which will re-arrange your apps and might make it easier to find
