Personal and corporate messenger windows?

I only use the personal messenger, but as of lately when I have opened messenger it opens two windows for me to sign in. One is the personal, the other one is a corporate. How can I stop the corporate window from opening?? I have looked into the different accounts under preferences but with no luck.

Since Messenger is not an Apple product, you'll get better response if you use a forum dedicated to Microsoft's Mac products such as <http://groups.google.com/groups/dir?sel=33607053> rather than an Apple forum that focuses on the installation of Mac OS X.
Be sure to search the forum first in case someone has already had a similar question answered. You'll get your answer faster this way. Post your question in the forum if you don't find anything that helps you.

  • Personal and Corporate Ids. How to share apps?

    Hi everyone.
    I got two workflows:
    (1) my personal Air and an old MBP + my personal iPhone (personal Apple ID, personal mail, personal iCloud, personal credit card)  and
    (2) my workhorse MBP + corporate personal iPhone (company personal Apple ID, company personal mail, company personal iCloud, no credit card linked to iTunes)
I don't want to use a single Apple ID. I don't want work-related iMessages to pop up on my personal Air screen or iPhone and viceversa.
Can someone please show me the shortest and safer way to share apps and music between devices?
I can't understand why Apple choose the Apple ID as Person ID. A driving license, a SSN, a National Identity Card (in Europe) should define the person. And this person could then be able to manage Apple IDs and credit cards by his needs, sharing contents through his devices.
Maybe I'm missing something. Is Family Sharing the solution?
    Thank you,
    SD

Make sure the iPad and iPhone use the same Apple ID.  Then connect your iPad to your computer and restore the iPad from your iPhone backup via iTunes.

  • Forms 10g installed and running on Windows Vista

    <font color=0000FF>Update 12-Dec-2008: </font>Oracle has published NOTE 559067.1 -- How to Install Developer Suite 10.1.2.0.2 - hence 10.1.2.3 - on Windows Vista, 24-OCT-2008 with some installation help.
<font color=0000FF>Update 07-July-2008: </font> Added text at the bottom showing how to find patchsets for Forms 10g.
<font color=0000FF>Update 29-May-2008: </font> This thread was started in November, 2007.  In January, 2008, Oracle released Patch 3 for Forms 10g, which makes Forms 10g compatible with Windows Vista.  As time permits I'll try to keep the information in this post up to date.   Updated information will be inserted <font color=0000FF>as blue text.
    </font>
    <font color=0000FF>Original message begins here:</font>
This is a second thread I am posting to outline the steps I have used to install Forms on a Windows Vista Home Basic laptop.   The other thread describes installing Forms 6i:
Forms 6i installed and running on Windows Vista
Please read through the initial part of that post for the background.  I realize Oracle has not certified Forms 10g to run on Vista, but the time has come for my associates and I to upgrade our old computers to new desktop/laptop platforms, and I would hate to acquire XP machines and be stuck with them for the next 5 years.  <font color=0000FF>(Note: Since first posting this message, Oracle has certified Forms 10g Patch 3 (version 10.1.2.3.0) to run on Vista)</font>  So after another person informed me that he had Forms installed and running on Vista, I went ahead and bought one.  I found that as long as I set the compatibility mode to run Forms programs as Windows XP (and a few other changes), Forms 6i and 10g run quite satisfactorily.
<font color=0000FF>Update 29-Jan-2008: </font> Unfortunately, it turns out that the Forms 10g Builder running on Vista <font color=0000FF>had</font> a major flaw:   If you try to develop a form, the Builder will crash if you try to compile a procedure that calls another procedure in the form that has errors.  The problem is reported and described in this thread:  Error compiling a form under Vista
<font color=0000FF>Update 12-Mar-2008: </font> Installing Patch 3 on Vista does not help with this problem -- the Builder still crashes in the same situation.
<font color=0000FF>Update 25-July-2008: </font> Applying Patch 7047034 has corrected the problem.   See this link within this thread:   Forms 10g: Installing Patch 7047034 on Windows Vista
Webutil note:  I am stuck in a Forms 6i client/server world, so all my forms must run in that environment.   Therefore I have not used any Webutil software, and I do not know whether that part will run under Vista.
Internet Explorer note:  On Windows Vista, IE CANNOT be used to run the Web Forms runtime.  It crashes immediately when you try to run a form.  Instead, I can use either Firefox (Firefox 2, Firefox 3.0 Crashes with Forms 10g) or Netscape, as long as they are set to disable java.  <font color=0000FF>[ Correction:   IE7 on Vista now runs the Forms 10g forms.   You just need to add "?config=jpi" to the browser URL when starting the Web Forms session.   More IE/Vista info: [url=http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=642973]Vista JInitiator Problem ]</font>

    Oracle Developer Suite Installation Guide:
        http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25016_07//doc/dl/core/B16012_04/toc.htm
The steps below are those I followed to install Forms 10g (version 10.1.2.0.2)
    I.  Preliminary system changes in Windows
When I started installing, I got the following error message:    Install has encountered an error while
attempting to verify your virtual memory settings.
Please verify that the sum of the initial sizes of
the paging files is at least 256 MB.To fix this:  Go to Control Panel, System and Maintenance, View amount of RAM and processor speed (under "System"),
Advanced system settings (in left "Tasks" column), Advanced tab, Settings (under "performance"), Advanced tab:
Virtual Memory shows a "Total paging file size for all drives: 2337MB.
Click "change", Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"
Click "custom size:", set Initial size to: 2048, Max to 4096
Click set button, then OK, get message:The changes you have made require you to restart your computer before
they can take effect.Restart the computer.
    II.  Installing Forms 10g
    1.  Download two files from Oracle:
        ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1.zip (626,122,752 bytes)
        ds_windows_x86_101202_disk2.zip (236,880,881 bytes)
2a.  Before extracting, it is a good idea to shut down any virus protection software.  It can sometimes prevent some files from being created.
2b.  Extract both into the C:\oracle directory, as disk1 and disk2.
    3.  Using Windows Explorer, change the properties of setup.exe in the C:\oracle\disk1 folder.  (In windows explorer, right click, properties, Compatibility tab.)   Change the compatibility to run as Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
    4.  Right click setup.exe and click "Run as administrator"
    5.  Select "Installation type" = Complete (1.11 GB)
    6.  Received this message:Windows Firewall has blocked this program from
accepting incoming network connections.  If you
unblock this program, it will be unblocked on all
public networks that you connect to.
    C:\users\steve\appdata\local\temp\orainstall...
      2007-10-29_11-59-08am\jre\1.4.2\bin\javaw.exeI clicked "Unblock"
    7.  Received this message:  "Provide outgoing mail server information"  I entered the smtp mail server that I use.
    8.  A summary screen displayed showing 274 products under New Installations.
    I clicked the Install button.
    9.   Received this message:  You can find a log of this install session at:
    C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2007.....log
    10.  The installation completed.  Installed products shows Forms 10.1.2.0.2
    III.  After the install completed
    1.  Create a shortcut to the Forms 10 Builder on the Desktop.
On the shortcut line, after the .exe, add *userid=userxxx/pwxxx@orcl* so Builder automatically logs into 10g database.  If you do step 4 below (creating an easily-accessible folder to use for your forms) change the "Start in" path on the shortcut so it points to that folder.  Otherwise, Forms Builder will not find referenced objects and PLL libraries when it opens a form.  Also do the same on the Start, All Programs shortcut for the Forms Builder.
Edit:  After applying Patch 3, the following steps are not necessary.
Set its compatibility to Windows XP.
Set checkbox: "Run this program as as an administrator."  (Without this, FormBuilder will NOT open a PLL library.)
Click the "Show settings for all users" and change values there.
    2.  Copy "Start OC4J Instance" icon to desktop.
Set its compatibility to Windows XP.
The first time it runs, I got a Windows popup to unblock program named Java.  I clicked "Unblock".
    3.  tnsnames.ora:
    Rename C:\oracle\DevSuiteHome_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora
    to:  tnsnames_orig.ora
If you created a tnsnames.ora file for Forms 6i, just copy it to the path above.  If not, do this:
Create a new tnsnames.ora file, copying entries old file on my old laptop, which contains all the connections I use.
Delete the old laptop entry, replace with new entry for the new local ORCL connection on new laptop from tnsnames file renamed from the c:\oracle\... ...\10.2.0\db_1\ path.
    4.  Optional:  Create an easily accessible folder to store fmb files:
    C:\users\steve\.1\fmb10
You don't really want to keep drilling into C:\oracle\DevSuiteHome_1\forms, and then find your .fmb file among the several dozen oracle-supplied files.
To create a folder named .1, you have to open a CMD.exe (Windows DOS) window, and type the Make Directory command:
    MD .1
That will create the folder within the current directory -- mine defaults to C:\users\steve
Note:  If you also need to use Forms 6i like me, DO NOT EVER open a .fmb file in the Forms 10 Builder from the Forms 6i folder.  If you compile it, or even worse, save the .fmb, Forms 6i *cannot ever* access the file.  Instead, always use the File Manager (Windows Explorer) to copy the fmb from the fmb6 folder into the fmb10 location.
    5.  Change the Forms 10g Default.env file using a text editor.
This file replaces all the settings originally written to the Windows Registry (GREAT idea, Oracle!  I hate the registry.)  No more Regedit.  The default.env file is located at: (DevSuiteHome_1 path)\forms\server\default.env
Locate line with:  FORMS_PATH= and add:
        ;C:\users\steve\.1\fmb10
    Add a new line:
    FORMS_MMAP=FALSE
The above allows compiling an fmx while the form is running.
    Add a new line:
    FORMS_ROWLOCK_OPTIMIZATION=FALSE
(This fixes Oracle bug number 3949854, which prevents automatic skipping if the same value is typed over another value. TAR 4806199.993 Automatic Skip failure...)  See bug 4068896
    Add a new Line:
    FORMS_RESTRICT_ENTER_QUERY=False
This allows use of Query-Where window in enter query, after entering a colon in any input field.  Without this, Forms returns FRM-40367: Invalid criteria in field nnn in example record.  Oracle shut it down to prevent "sql injection" attacks.
    6.  Jiniator setup:
    Run file jinit.exe in C:\oracle\DevSuiteHime_1\jinit\jinit.exe
    It installs Jinitiator 1.3.1.22.
    I installed it in C:\oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\
For Firefox, make sure a copy of file \bin\NPJinit13122.dll resides in   C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins.
For Netscape, the path is:  C:\Program Files\Netscape\Navigator 9\plugins
    7.   Browser settings
See the note above about using Firefox 2 and not Firefox 3!
In Firefox 2 go to:  Tools-> Options-> Content
    Uncheck the "Enable Java" checkbox
--Firefox terminates if this is not done!
Note:  After my system automatically installed updates to either java or Firefox, re-check the "Enable Java" setting.  I am suspicious that one of these installs re-enables java in the browser.
Also note:  some web sites cannot display properly if java is disabled.  Example:  U.S. time website: http://www.time.gov   Use Internet Explorer to view these.
In Netscape make the same changes as Firefox.  Without disabling java, it also terminates when you try to run a form.
Creating a url to use in the browser:
    Try this:
        http://127.0.0.1:8889/forms/frmservlet
If it does not work, change the 8889 port number as follows:
    Open file:  C:\oracle\DevSuiteHome_1\install\portlist.ini
    Note the number in line:
Oracle Developer Suite HTTP port = 8889
Use the number as the port number.
You can also change the 127.0.0.1 to the computer name:
Control Panel, System and Maintenance, See the name of this computer (under "System").  Mine is "steve-PC"
So the alternate URL is:     http://steve-PC:8889/forms/frmservlet
To try out the URL, start the OC4J instance set up above.  Then start either Netscape or Firefox, and enter the URL.  You should get a welcome screen.
If the above URL works, start up the Forms Builder, and open Edit, Preferences.  On the General tab, uncheck the "Build before running" check box (optional).  On the Runtime tab, set the "Application Server URL to the url above.
To run a real form, add this to the URL after frmservlet, (with no spaces):
        ?form={formname}&userid={userxxx}/{passwordyyy}@{connect-string}
but replace the parts in curly braces with the appropriate values.  Example:
        http://127.0.0.1:8889/forms/frmservlet?form=ABC&userid=abc123/zyx@orcl
Setting up Forms Builder to directly run a form in the browser:
Run the Forms Builder.  Go to Edit, Preferences, Runtime tab.
Set the Application Server URL to:
        http://127.0.0.1:8889/forms/frmservlet
(or use whatever URL string you developed above)
Set the Web Browser Location to:
        "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Navigator 9\navigator.exe"
(or an equivalent to run the Firefox browser).
    8.  FORMSWEB.CFG file changes
    The file is located at:
    C:\ORA_DS_101202\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\server\formsweb.cfg
I changed the following two lines in the file, but these are my personal preferences:
    separateFrame=true
    lookandfeel=Generic
    9.  FMRWEB.RES file changes
For Oracle help:  Enabling Key Mappings
The file fmrweb.res defines actions (triggers that run) when a function key is pressed while running Forms.  The one released has unix-style key mapping, but I prefer keys originally mapped for Windows PC Forms users. There is a fmrpcweb.res in the same folder that can be renamed to fmrweb.res.
    In the C:\oracle\DevSuiteHome_1\forms path, I renamed fmrweb.res to fmrweb_orig.res.
I have a file that I prefer to use, so I put it into the folder as fmrweb.res. The contents are listed below. It is organized so the most important keys are listed alphabetically at the top (URFD column is the sort column), followed by a group of less-important keys.  These are keys that are available to users, but they either would not use, or are disabled within most forms.  The URFD column in the second set starts with a hex A0 character, which is a high-order space, so collates after normal alphabetic characters.  (Note: If you want to copy the text below and use it, the hex A0 character has been changed by the forum software to a space. So you would need to use a text editor with hexadecimal character capabilities to replace the space with the original character. )
My file has special keys defined for F2 (I use it for a debugging Key-F2 trigger in my forms), and a "Cursor to Home" F12 function. All the rest are pretty much the same as in the released fmrpcweb.res file, only mine are organized alphabetically on the URFD column.
The Web Forms fmrweb.res file is editable using any programming editor (NOT MS Word!!!). The old Client/Server key mapping file, fmrusw.res, could only be changed using the Oracle Terminal program (and it is a pain to use).
Here is the main part of my fmrweb.res file:#

I followed your instructions and installed Developer Suite 10G on Windows Vista Home Premium edition. I have Oracle 11G DB running on the same machine.
    Two points, Steve:
    1. When I tried to set the maximum virtual memory to 6110 an error message displayed from Windows and told me that I can't set the maximum virtual memory to more than 4096. I set it to 4090 and it worked and I got nothing wrong during the installation process.
    2. After installing JInitiator and disabling Java on Firefox I called the http://127.0.0.1:8889/forms/frmservlet page and everything seemed to be OK because the Oracle Forms Services logo appeared and then a successful installation message appeared , but as I clicked (ok) to continue a gray screen appeared inside the browser (like the one displayed when you try to run a Java applet inside a browser) and then I wait to death till something appears but sadly nothing. I just get a blank gray screen inside my Firefox browser.
Do you have any idea what to do to solve the problem?
    Regards

Just in case. I have two pc's one with windows 7 professional (32 bits) and another with windows 8.1 (64 bits). Can I use, with one license, as I'm the owner and only user, acrobat standard XI?. Thank you in advance

Yes, the license allows 2 installs for the owner's personal use. You can check this in the license agreement if you wish.

  • Centering Spreads and pages in window. CS3

After having centered a spread (and selected fit window) I use the Pages Palette to go from one page to another (or from one spread to another). More often than not the pages display off centre and re-centering gets very tedious.
Is there a simple way of ensuring that one can click pages and/or spreads and get them to centre on the window automatically?

True, the OP was regarding the pages palette. My post did not address using the pages palette. It addressed an alternative method of navigating the document that I use that I find useful with all the keys required grouped for convenient access.
I acknowledge that I can change the page up/page down KB shorts as you indicated. I find the keys useless (personal opinion) as I have edited my cursor keys as described above. The default setting on the key is not satisfactory to me, as is the physical position on the keyboard (not the fault of the application).
Note that the Jump to Page (CMD+J) feature is another Keyboard navigation feature that can reduce the need to use the pages palette for document navigation purposes.
I propose that by using the Fit Page / Fit Spread settings and THEN using the pages palette/panel, that the view should remain centered on the page (by double clicking the page icon) or the spread (by double clicking the spread numbers).
I do agree that it would be nice if the view would retain the same relative position when zoomed in on a location... say a corner, or a position 300 x 75 points from the origin. Instead, the view jumps to the center of the spread, even with KB nav. I do not have an answer to that behavior except to work around it. My personal workaround is to use the keyboard navigation to quickly center full the page/spread and then move on.

    1. iChat quits unexpectedly during video chat (and changing the Bandwidth Limit to 500 kbps doesn't make any difference)
    2. iChat Audio and Video not working correctly (during the 30 seconds to 2 minutes it works people start seeing me into huge green pixels)
    With people using AIM 7.0.13.4:
    1. iChat doesn't allow to begin an audio or a video chat (appears a textbook saying that the other user decline the invitation, despite they in fact accept it)
iChat from Leopard always worked perfect, all my problems started after installing Snow Leopard. It's just like have changed from Windows XP to Windows Vista -sad, very sad. Any advise?

    Hi,
By Default the Windows Firewall since XP service Pack 2 has only allowed Microsoft apps to accept Internet Connections.
Any other app needs to be allowed as an Exception in the Firewall.
Turning the firewall Off does not seem to be the answer for some reason.
Open the Start Button > Control Panels Firewall (In XP they may want to use Classic View here)
    Open the Firewall.
In it's window across the top are three tabs.
The Middle one in XP is Exceptions.
    It opens a new window.
In this New window choose the Add Button.
Add AIM by navigating to Applications/Program Files to AIM and the AIM(#).exe
(AIM used to be just AIM.exe at AIM 5.9 or earlier. At AIM 6 it became AIM6.exe so that AIM 5.9 and AIM 6.x could be installed at the same time - I am presuming AIM 7 Is AIM7.exe)
If their Modem or router is using UPnP that back at the list of Apps they Should also choose UPnP as well as checking AIM has been added to the List.
I have not heard that Windows Vista is any different. (Not heard anything about Windows 7)
In their Modem or router if they are not allowing ports to be open using UPnP then they should list port 443, 5190 and 1024-5000 for AIM to Video chat.

Win98 was released in the late 97/98 and the Oracle version then was 7 and the then brand new 8i version. Cannot recall ever seeing 9i for Win98. Do recall running PO 7 on Win95 and Win98.

  • Person and Group column in Document Information Panel in Word

    Hi All,
Environment: SharePoint 2010 and Claims based Authentication.
We have a library with "Person and Group" column, "Choose from:" is set to "All Users" and in the "Document Information Panel" when I click on the Address Book (book symbol) it doesn't open the popup to select  the
user nor it resolves the ids that I put in.
But if I change the setting for "Choose from:" to "SharePoint Group:" and select any group (tested randomly with some existing groups in that site), now when I click on the Address Book in the DIP it gives me the popup and also resolves
    the ids.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you by chance looked at ULS logs or taken a network trace during the time the People Picker control is attempting to be rendered?
It seems to be a client-side issue. GPOs have been applied to "secure" Office2010.
Have you ever heard of GPOs causing such issues? As far as I know the people picker is an ActiveX control. There are two settings in the GPO which have something to do with Active X:
    Active X Control Initialization
    Check Active X Objects
Windows Internet Explorer Feature Control Opt-In
Beaconing UI for forms opened in Infopath Filler Active X
    Bind to Object
If this helped you resolve your issue, please mark it Answered

  • Type Tool does not select type by double clicking or click and drag. (Windows CS 5 V15.1)

    Hi,
My Type Tool does not select type by double clicking or click and drag. (Windows CS 5 V15.1). This is what I have tried so far and the problem still exists.
Check preferences for "Text": "Select text-object by path only" should be off. Checked. It was off. Didn't fix it.
Check the toggle for Show/Hide Edges in the View menu. Cmd(Ctrl)-H. Checked. Edges Showing. Didn't fix it.
Trashed my Prefeerences. Didn't fix it.
    Any other suggestions out there?
    Thank you!!!

I figured it out! I feel pretty silly, but I will share this in hopes of helping the next person :/ Here goes. Don;t laugh to hard!
It was the leading! The space between the two lines of text was less than half of the point size of the actual text. So it looked like two lines but there was actually 3.
Geeze, I'm embarrassed! Thank you for suggesting that I may not need to recreate the entire document, but start with the text, input manually again (even on a new layer, to match the original), which lead to a fix!
    Thank you!!!

  • Insurance Confusion and Corporate Stores

8 months ago I purchased my Droid 4 from Verizon, which has truly been a great phone with good service.
This past weekend, I dropped my purse (with my phone inside) which subsequently cracked my screen into a spidery web of separation. Please note that I had it tucked securely in my bag, with the heavy duty cover on. Somehow in the right series of unfortunate events, the screen cracked. Well I didn't overly worry because 8 months ago when I bought my phone, I also plunked down $200 for insurance.
At the time of purchase, I was home (in Ohio) in what I assumed to be a Verizon Store, because everything about it advertised "Verizon"  including the staff having Verizon Wireless business cards. It was even called a Verizon Wireless store. Today, I found out that this is NOT the case. The store was actually a Cellular Connection store that supplies Verizon Wireless. This means the store was NOT corporate.
The difference being, when they offer you options within the store these options do not necessarily come from Verizon, but rather the store itself. When I bought my insurance for my phone, I paid for a one time fee instead of a monthly, because I share an account with another person and I did not want them to have to pay for this. However, the monthly fee would have provided me with Verizon's insurance, instead of the one time fee providing me with Cellular Connection Insurance, a fact that was not made clear. Now I have to figure out a way to get my cell phone to walk about to Ohio, and back to that store in order to process my claim to fix my phone.
There are other cellular connection stores in Illinois, just ones that are three hour trip.
I am very disappointed in this situation and I hope that others can learn from my tale and always ask for a corporate store!

I paid for the same exact insurance when I originally purchased my Iphone5, figuring if anything ever happened I would be covered without having to come up with a another large sum of money down. I let them know that the phone was malfunctioning( same store I purchased the insurance from), that it wouldn't power off, they went ahead and ordered another phone-- course I wasn't informed that I wouldn't get one same day in store. They order it and fail to call me to let me know it even came in, a week and a half later. I call today and go into pick up the phone, now originally I was told if the phone was to break you would pay a restocking fee of $40 to get the new phone, after waiting about an hour or so, the man tells me ok your total today is $155.00. Shocked I ask, why in the world would I have to pay $155 when I paid for the insurance up front. CLEARLY it was all a scam. I plan on terminating all of my lines with Verizon after being a loyal customer for a number of years now. They need to take action against this cellular connection place that is offering fraudulent insurance and calling themselves "Verizon".

  • So who here has Boot Camp fully up and working in Windows 7 Beta 7077 x64 ?

I've seen lots of guides and everything for installing Windows 7 on apple laptops but they are all very general and do not address this specific issue.
Personally I've had no problems whatsoever with Windows 7 Beta up until build 7068, but after upgrading to build 7077, I've noticed that despite the Kbdmgr.exe process still running in the background, there's no icon in the system tray.
Because the bootcamp application isn't working properly I cannot configure my trackpad's multitouch features, nor use any of the keyboard shortcuts like changing volume or screen brightness.
Looking in device manager it looks like the drivers are all there and installed, I still see "Apple multi-touch mouse" or whatever its called, as well as the webcam etc (which works), but its simply the boot camp software.
So, has anyone actually got this specific configuration working? Also remember this is 64-bit not 32-bit.

    Upgrade or clean install?
Microsoft blocks installing Apple services with 7077. And whenever you want to install drivers, use the Troubleshoot Compatibility (control + click).
I don't have a laptop to try with. My guess, and only a guess, is that any drivers will come with 7 and from Microsoft Windows Update. Either pre-install download from the internet as part of the install, or from normal install, or an update (optional updates available). Lastely, sometimes I've seen those "Alert notices" with links to Intel and other drivers (though even these now seem to be getting included).
While 7077 runs well, it is unreleased and not a supported build, RC is still weeks away, and some things that worked before don't now. 7068 seemed better than 7000 public beta, but I had more than a couple problems. I did clean install, and have kept 3rd party drivers to a minimum. Applications as well. And nothing from Apple. iTunes 8.1.1 x64 wiped out my optical drives (one internal, one external) in 7068 and never was able even after trying to uninstall "GEAR" drivers. So I'm not tempting fate again.
If May 5 is RC day, I'd just hold out if you can.

  • Any Oracle database personal edition certified for Windows 7/32bit?

Is any Oracle database Personal edition certified for Windows 7/32bit? I spent an hour at least searching for this but no chance.
    Thank you.

Currently, only 11gR2 and 10.2.0.5 are certified on Win 7 Professional or higher - Home versions are not supported.

  • How to delete middle person and move 2 outer people together?

I have a photo with 3 people in it that are side-by-side. I would like to delete the middle person and move the two outside people together. Is there a way to do this?? I'm pretty new at this and have very little knowledge of the ins and outs of the program so far. I have Photoshop Elements 6.

    Andrea,
    How's this?
The first pic is a screenshot of my change which I reduced in size to fit on the screen so you can see the whole thing.
The second is my actual change, which has a much larger resolution and is more suitable for printing. Right click it to save it to your PC. The steps I took used basic PSE techniques but there were LOTS of steps due to the complexity of removing the lady and the window in the background. I also lightened the 2 people, removed the flash spot on the spoon, and removed a whole bunch of white speckles on the original. I preserved the 4X6 size. If you are interested I can do another post detailing the steps I took.

Edit: after looking closer I see there is still some original background (chair?) behind the boy's head. I'll remove this and post again.
