Personalisation of application not getting transported

Hello experts,
i've been scanning the forum for a day or 2 now but haven't found a (working) solution to my problem.
I made an custom field addition to the WDJ application for family data.
By personalisation (right click on page and then "edit custom extension fields") i have added the custom field.
I am not able to get this working on the QA server.
I have tried transporting the role on which i did the personalisation, i have tranposrted the iview.
I also transported the personalisation of the user i did the personilisation with. (other users see the changed i made on dev, so it's not prehibited to just the user i made the changes with)
Restarted the portal server several times.
Nothing seems to work.
Any thoughts? Am i missing something?

Contents of new costing variant, valuation variant and costing sheet not getting transported

In our development client,I have created a new costing variant, a new valuation variant and a new costing sheet in separate transports.
When I release the transports to move into the Test client, the contents of the configuration are not getting transported at all.
I tried to do them again manually using Table view - Transport , but again, if I view the transports in SE10,they don't show the table contents, etc.
Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

Let me make sure I understand.
Create a new TR using SE01
Go to transaction OKKN (costing variant)
Select the costing variant and then choose Table view - transport
Provide the transport number
At what point to I say 'include in request'
If I try to use the menu option Edit-Transport-Include in request in the beginning itself, the 'Include in request' is greyed out.

Screen Exit not getting transported - Urgent

Hello Everyone
We are implementing the enhancement PPCO0012 to display additional data in a tab on the Production Order Header. Did everything as per the documentation and activated the enhancement in SMOD and the associated project in CMOD. The transports were released to QA. The enhancement and CMOD project is also active in QA. However the screen object that was created under the function group XCO1 did not get transported to QA. Has anyone experienced this kind of a situation before?. Can you please suggest any solution to overcome this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Group title in Floor plan manager is not getting transported to quality

HI Experts,
In Component Configuration "EHHSS_INC_REC_NRM_QAF_V3_BSCI", I have added group and gave title to that group in development.
The group is getting transported when I release request but the title is not getting transported.
Could anyone help me, it's urgent.

SAP Script not getting transported to Production server

Hi Friends,
The office address in the Purchase Order has been changed using T-code SE71. The changes are getting transported to QA Server, but not getting transported to Production Server.
Kindly let me know why this change is not getting transported to Production server and also guide me to correct the same.

J2EE application not getting started.

Hi there,
I have depoyed my J2EE application successfully but it is not getting started, below is the log trace that is being shown.
My java path seems fine but cudn't get to know why the initializing is failing.
Favour would be definitely appreciated.
One Observation is, WAR file seems like not got deployed properly even though at the time of deployment every acknowledgement message shown was fine.

JSP page in a Struts Application not getting refershed

I have made changes to one of the jsp file in a Struts project
but even after refershing the page , loading the page thru Tomcat Manager 'Reload Applications ' , it's showing me the output of the old jsp page
only
Even , stopping & restarting Tomcat does no changes to jsp file
What's the issue?

Possibly:
1. Browser could be caching the page.
2. If you use a proxy, the proxy may be caching the page.
3. The page is not getting recompiled.

Application not getting deployed in NWDI

Hi,
I have activated application in NWDI. The request was activated but its not deployed. In the actvation requests view its showing the tick mark for only activation but not for the deployment. I am not getting any errors in fact.
Sometimes its not even getting activated...
Could anybody help me what should i check exactly to make my application get deployed?

Hi Anil,
I have activated the activity in DC perspective only not in the NWDS. And after activating i am checking the activation results in the Activation Requests View.
In the Activation Requests View for each request u have three coulmns with Request ID and a Icon which shows Activation results and other tick Icon which is for Request Activities.
Whenever an actvity is activated a request ID will be created and displayed in the relevant column say Request ID in the activation requests view. In the same way activation result is also displayed in the second columns with the green tick mark and if its deployed thrid column truns out to green tick. That means application is deployed and u can create a iview in the portal and test the application.
In my case that thrid column is showing empty after activating the activity...
My doubt is how to deploy that activity...?

Company address not getting transported

Hi friends,
I have a new co code and the co address has not been transported to the target client. I have retransported the request again in OX02, but still the details are not getting updated in the Transport Request.
Does anyone know how to get through this issue?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Please go to OBY6, select your company code and change the address. Come back again to OBY6, there you have transport options, plaase check the menu settings in the top of this screen.

Flex application not getting past preloader

Hi,
I have this Flex 4.1 application which sometimes refuses to show as it won't get past the preloader screen (I have attached a screenshot). The only solution is to refresh the page 2,3,4 or sometimes more times in order to get it to work. I've also tried running it in debug mode and then I'm not getting any errors so I don't know what is wrong here.. anyone have an idea? This is quite annoying, sometimes it works from the first time but mostly it doesn't.

Actually I found that there was an error when running in debug from Flash Builder. But I have the debug player installed so I'm not sure why the error was not thrown?

Workflow changes not getting transported to test environment.

Hi All,
I want to send the WorkFlow error mail to a set of people.
For that i have changed the "receipt type" and the corresponding "Email Address" container for the error mail. A tranport request is getting generated for the changes, and when i transport the request to test environment, it is successfully getting transported but the changes are not getting reflected.
Is there a different procedure to transport these kind of changes?
or
Am i doing some mistakes while doing the changes?

Hi,
Once the changes are moved to test system, some times because of the buffer not cleared, you may not see the changes.
May be try clearing the buffer using SWU_OBUF.

Though the soa_server is up and running I do not see the SOA tree structure of Farm_<domain_name> from the EM.
Please advice as to what can be done to get the library having WSDLException class or is it someother problem ?

Make sure that you have installed SOA 11.1.1.3.0 on Weblogic 10.3.3

Application - not getting deployed only during certian TIME interval

Hi Guys,
Am not aware of the technical reason for the below issue, please help me with this,
--> i deploy a application during my night time. it gets deployed successfully.
--> when i deploy the application during my morning time, NO RESPONSE from the policy pulling that or NO ACTION.4
is there any maintanence window stopping my deployment ..
i want my deployment to work 24X7 ... please help me with the option in client settings or deployment options.

To add-on to Gerry, it's indeed probably a configured maintenance window or a user ignoring it during business hours. For a good read about business hours and maintenance windows, see:

If you really want the deployment to always happen on the deadline you can use the options in the
User Experience tab of the deployment. There you can configure if the installation (and restart) can also be performed outside the maintenance windows.

Performance Management - Appraisal Template is not getting transported

Hello All,
Every year we create a new Appraisal template, where in we use to transport the appraisal template by right clicking on it, change status to Release first and then right click again and transport appraisal document.
But this year transporting the document is not working out. It's not showing that template in target source.

Run the program RHSOBJCH.
It shows infotype tables with inconsistencies like IT5025 & IT5026. Adjust/fixe these inconsistencies, with this the system automatically transport the contents in those infotypes.

Application not getting sync from my itunes to iphone

hey, can somebody please help me, i am unable to transfer my application downloaded in itunes in my system to my iphone

Not sure about OSX but can you just drag and drop the itunes files onto the memory card using a card reader? Any protected itunes files (purchased) will not play, in theory itunes plus file (drm free) should play but apple have modified the tag which stops these being played on a Nokia phone (there are messy workarounds), but any CDs you have ripped yourself should work.
Your not missing out on anything regarding Nokia Music Manager as its a very poor application, hopefully Nokia will realise this soon and give us a decent Music/Video application!
