Personalizing address book crete screen...

Question

I am trying to personalize the address book create screen under the supplier entry and cannot find the fields when I click "Personalize". The page is /oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui/ByrAddrPG 120.9
Navigation:
Resp: Payables Manager
Suppliers-->Entry
Query a supplier (e.g. A%) Select first entry in search results, click update icon. Click address book. Click create.
In this screen I wish to personalize
•     Address Name
•     Address Line 1-4
•     City
•     State
•     Postal Code
•     Site Name
all to have CSS Class point to my custom style sheet I have added to custom.xss.
However when I click any of the personalize links on the page, I am not able to see the text inputs for address line 1-4.
How can I personalize these to use my CSS Class?

In short, try to do the following:
1) try if you got the same problem in another user
2) if not, delete or move your com.apple.AddressBook.plist from your users' ~Library/Preferences folder (restart afterwards)
3) delete or move your users' ~Library/Caches folder
4) delete or move your users' ~Library/Fonts folder
!! Fiddling with the Library files can cause problems, so only do what I wrote above and do NOT start deleting or moving other files !!
