    Hi Rohit samant,
Go to Process order Change or Display mode ie Tcode : COR2 or COR3.
Enter the process order no , click on "Operation Overview (F6)", Click on the Phase field on any one operation, Click "F1", the Performance Assistance Screen will be displayed, Click Technical Details, you can get all details, like programe Name, Status, Table Name, Fieldname & all Technical details.

  • ChaRM Project Phases - configuring what can be done during phases

    Hi
This is a pretty simple question.
Where do I change what actions can be completed during phases?
For example, a ZMCR for a Maintenance Project can be created in Development with Release phase but it cannot be created in Go-Live phase.
Where do I view this configuration?
I used to know but I can't remember
I went into transaction SM34 and accessed /TMWFLOW/VC_PHMD  but this is more for lower level actions (i.e. releasing transports). I'm looking for transaction type status (i.e ZMMJ can be changed to this status in these phases).
    Cheers
    Shaun

    Hi Shaun,
For Maintenance cycle phase details check the Dolores blogs show below it will giv clear details
Change Request Management scenario: Working examples “Development without Release” phase
Change Request Management scenario: Working examples “Development with Release” phase

  • Scheduled date not matching std dates defined

    Dear all,
We are facing scenario where when we create process order in the system, The system automatically assign dates of operation to be completed ( Earliest & Latest ) while in recipe we have defined std time for that particular phase. So my query is how system calculates those dates & where i can change or check so that system should throw dates in relationship with STD time provided for that operation.
Because of that we are not able to plan our capacity correctly as system itself showing not expected or correct timing for the operations.
Please refer following screen shot for your reference.
    1) Operation screen for process order
    Now for phase 0011,
    please check phase details.
In formula for resource we have kept OH time as operation time.
So according to me, system should take show
    1) for phase 0011 latest start time 07:00:00 & latest finish time 15:00:00 i.e. 8 hrs which is defined in recipe. as of now it shows 07:00:00 to 16:37:27. i.e. 9hrs 37 mins. approx.
    Please advise,
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Deep Dave.

    Dear KK,
Please find below SS for your reference.
    1) Operation Screen
    2) operation timings
    3) Capacity header for resource used.
I guess this will be sufficient data to analyze. Please revert your thoughts on same.

  • TIME TICKET CONFIRMATION IS NOT EXICUTING AT SUB OPERATION

    Hi,
We are trying to post Time ticket Confirmation at sub-operation level
through standard web service. Up to Operation level, standard web
service is working fine but problem arises when we do posting at sub-operation
level.Web service is not working for sub operation level.
Please find attached step wise details of the process which we
    are following.

    Dear Sir,
As per your reply I have set the Act. Data in OPK4. Screen areas in OPK0 for Dates were already set open. After doing the OPK4 settings if I am setting execution start and finish time for a phase in COR6N as 10:00:00 and 10:15:00 accordingly in the order for that particular phase in the details screen start and finish time (in the Dates tab) is updating but in the Qty/activities tab the confirmed time is not updating to 0.25 hrs (it is showing 0). Even during COR6N after putting start and finish time in the Dates tab the activity in the u201DTo confirmu201D tab is not updating . When I click actual data in COR6N screen, that activity(time) is picking up the value as per the scheduling through recipe. And only if I manually change that time to 0.25 hr, then it is updating in the Qty/activities tab in details screen of that phase in the order. But I want to select the Execution start and Finish time in Dates tab of COR6N and want the system to update the figure in Activities tab of COR6N as the calculated difference between start and finish and the same updated value should be transferred to the Qty/activities tab of the phase details in the order. Please suggest how to achieve this....

  • Partner Pulling a Fast One?

Hi, have recentley moved to a new company, who have an existing telecomms services company managing their Phone system. As part of a series of network upgrades, I am proposing to install CCM as a secondary swtichboard to serve one of our new sites, and eventually migrate the existing system over. However, after obtaining quotes from a few partners, our existing provider (who is a gold partner) came back with the cheapest quote by far... however, they list the following in there quote:
1 x Call Manager Publisher Software
1 x Call Manager Subscriber Software
    20 x Cisco 7911 IP Handsets
    1 x ISDN30 Gateway
    20 x Cisco Voicemail Licences
    1 x Qsig Connectivity
and thats it... the quote was a little to good to believe, so I asked for a few details, e.g. part numbers, version numbers etc.. nothing that any other partner hadn't provided up front. They have so far point blank refused to provide any of those, claiming they sell 'solutions' as a whole!?!? Are they allowed to do this? Does this sound dodgy to anyone else?
    Anyone got any advice?

    Hi Will,
    This is not completely unheard of from "Solutions" providers. Don't forget that as the customer here you get to make the ultimate purchasing decision! If you don't like the way they have presented their quote, let them know what you want and why. If they can't provide the details that you (and many others here) require, then go with another Partner/Provider. Don't forget the old saying;
"If it sounds too good to be true it probably is"
    The other thing you can do is to come up with a detailed "Scope of Work" document that is part of the quote/bidding process. That way everyone is on the same page;
This type of document allows you to manage expectations on your part and of course from the suppliers perpective :) By working through the scope of the project in detail you will be able to mitigate potential problems that arise from not being on the "same page" as the prospective supplier.
    Here are some excerpts from a great doc (written in the Providers perspective, but equally important from yours as well!);
"The Scope of Work sets expectations so that all parties understand what is included and excluded, the phases of the project or service, and the entry and exit criteria for each phase. By creating a well-defined Scope of Work that is based on a blueprinted service, you can minimize scope creep and design your service to proactively meet your customers needs. When designing a service, the Scope of Work should use the results from the service design process to produce a document that specifically spells out what is included and excluded in the service, as well as the team member responsibilities.
Service Scope: It is important to look at the service design and provide the high level detail of all that is included in the service. This would include technology areas covered, functionality included, and the ultimate deliverables. It's equally important to detail the service assumptions and exclusions. Additionally, list in detail what is not included in this service. This is a key area to think through in detail to prevent scope creep and delays. Identify potential points of delay or service failure, and if they're not in your control, specify that your service performance will be affected by any errors or omissions within these customer dependent systems.
Phase Responsibilities: For each phase, detail the responsibilities of both the customer and your organization. It's then easy to review the entire service prior to launch and spell out which actions are required by the customer. By stating the customer requirements in the Scope of Work, you can reference them in the assumptions section by indicating that if the customer responsibilities are not met in their appropriate phases, the timeline will not be met and the service objectives will be at risk.
Phase Deliverables: For each phase, describe and define the deliverables or outcomes of the specific phase. This will help all stakeholders understand the relevancy and importance of each phase relative to the service objective.
Phase Completion Criteria: Completion criteria, or boundary conditions, are critical for each phase. They act as toll gates or checkpoints to make sure that all responsible parties are contributing to reach the goal. In project management terms, they act as milestones to the service where critical actions need to be completed. Think of this in terms of a decision to move forward, or an acceptance of a phase deliverable.
    The Finished Product
The completed Scope of Work can take on a variety of forms, but remember that this is ultimately a legal document binding you to perform the services as described."
    From this well written (By Paul Born ) Scope of Work doc;
    http://www.techlinks.net/CommunityPublishing/tabid/92/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/3679/More-Customer-Satisfaction-Less-Scope-Creep.aspx
Hope this helps! And best of luck going forward!

  • Single Select Radio Button -- Defaults

I have a Master Detail tables displayed using Advanced tables in a Framework page.
I have a Project Header, Project Phase and Phase Details.I have created the View Links for these information.
My issue is then, when I launch the page for a specific project, it does show the phase within the project. But in Phases region, I have a single select radio button to display the phase details.
How can default the single select radio button for the first row to be selected and then display the details for the first row.
When I manually select the first row, it does display the details correctly.
I tried coding it in AM where the Project Query is called to check for the Phases Vo object, but I get o as fetched rows count.Any ideas

  • Regarding PI Sheet Deviation Check

    Hi PP Gurus,
This is regarding the Deviation check in the PI Sheet.
    Scenraio:
In PI Sheet I have an input field which is entered by the user. Say for example I have a Input field to enter the quantity. When I enter the wrong data (this may be because of fat fingering) the system throws a deviation check with the symbol in the corresponding Input field. But even if I correct my entry in the Input field (deleting the previous entry and input the correct entry) the system still shows an deviation which is not the case. The re-entered value is not a deviation as I eneterd the correct value.
I want to know is there any way where I can avoid this deviation check when I input the correct value?
I need your thoughts on this.Awaiting for teh response.
    Regards,
    Shyam

    Hi,
PI sheet is used to give instructions to line operators.
    1: Getting std PI characteristic - o23C
    2: Copying material ID characteristics from 000 - 023C_VHUMI
3: Copying std setting for process message - 022c
    4: copying message category - 022C_VHUMI
5: Copying process destination betn plants - o20C
In routing select phase - detail - process instruction
drop down & select instruction like INSTR,READ1,READ2,SIGN etc
Enter all necessary data.Which is master data.
    Check errors, & solve then
Create production order - release - generate control recipy.
    CO53- send message
CO60 - enter figures as per process sheet
    CO54 - check the entry
    Try this & revert.
    Regards,
    Suhas

  • 3.5 Upgrade error

    Hello
We are trying to upgrade to 3.5 (from 3.1) & currently facing error in XPRAS_UPG  phase

          abnormally.
        System Response
The system created a job log for the terminated program.
        What to do
          Proceed as follows:
Log onto the system in which the program was executed. The system is
specified at the beginning of the transport log.
Then call transaction SM37 to display the job log.
Enter "&V#&" as job name and "DDIC" as user name.
Restrict the starting date to the starting date specified in the
          transport log.
For the other selection criteria, select only jobs with the status
          "cancelled". Then press <LS>Execute</>.
A list of the jobs satisfying the selection criteria is displayed.
You can display the log by pressing <LS>Job log</>.
If the list contains several jobs, you can select the job with the ID "
          &V#&" with <LS>Display</> -> <LS>Job details</> or define further
details for the selection criteria in the initial screen of transaction
          SM37.
If the ABAP processor reports cancellation, double-clicking on the
corresponding message in the job log branches to the display of the
          corresponding short dump.

    Hello all:
The solution is to implement note 844007 manually.  Since the upgrade is in progress, you need to use the commands:
    tp unlocksys <SAPSID>
    tp unlock_eu <SAPSID>
    first before implementing the note.
Please all of you assign 10 points as this is going above and beyond the OSS customer message process.
    Best Regards -
    Ron
PS - The customer should be advised to upgrade to SAP NetWeaver 2004s instead, as you have a fully working 3.5 system "under the covers" but have huge potential for use of many, many more advanced and next generation features.  In other words, you can run 2004s BI like it's a 3.5 system, and can "phase in" the use of new features in 2004s when you are ready without another upgrade!

  • Scheduling issue PP-PI

Hi, I have a problem with scheduling my planned orders. This is the situation:
The client uses PP-PI with (most of the time) only 1 operation and 1 phase in the master recipe. When I use the same control key (with automatic GR ticked and det. cap reqmnts ticked) then the order is scheduled properly and it's possible to use the Capacity Planning Table (CM29).
But, when using the controly key for both the operation and the phase (both with 'det. cap. reqmnts' ticked), then the capacity of the line is consumed twice (once for the superior operation and once for the phase: CM50).
One solution would be to use a different control key for the operation and for the phase. The operation would not have 'det. cap. reqmnts' ticked. But when doing so, I'm unable to use the Capacity Planning Table (CM29), because I get the following error: Phases cannot be dispatched or deallocated
So, when I use 'det. cap. reqmnts'  for both the operation and phase I consume too much capacity, and when I turn of 'det. cap. reqmnts' for the operation, I'm unable to schedule the planned order.
What can I do to correct this issue?
    Will reward points,
    kind regards,,
    Mark

    Mark,
In PP-PI scenario scheduling and capacity requirements are created and calculated based on the Phase details only, capacity requirement created for operation is 0. I am not sure what excatly is your problem and how the capacity requirment are doubled.
    Please explain in detail...

    Prasobh

I ran into this problem and this is how I solved it. I had OEM Grid Control installed with the database and OMS on the same server. opatch always worked when using the database Oracle Home. Our company moved the database to another system, so I tried using the OMS Oracle Home and got the error. The OMS Oracle Home is a 10.1.0.5 version. I believe I installed the 10.2 Opatch in the directory with a unzip -o option.
I started clean. I renamed the old OPatch and reinstalled the 6880880 patch for the required version. OMS requires the 10.2 version. The problem went away. It had nothing to do with the Java version
