Phaser 3610 reset

Hello, we have 3 Terminal Server (Windows Server 2008 R2) an a print Server(Windows Server 2008 R2).I have added 3 printers. printer 1 was set to tray 1 default, printer 2 was set to tray 2 default ... all these settings are set in the printer defaults.the user install the printers. at the first time(after installation) the printer preferences was the same like the printer defaults. but when the user relogin at the terminal server the settings are not set when he click on the prefernces. at the second time he open the prefernces the settings are the same like the printer defaults. sometimes the config is 3 days good. i test the xerox globala printer driver, xerox 3610 ps driver ... nothing work. p.s. sorry for my bad english ;-)

my local Support has no idear. Now i installed the latest driver(Xerox GPD PCL6 V3.6.433.6.0.0). When i log in an go to device and printer --> right click --> printer prefereces the right tray is selected. but when i log in and open word and print something, no tray is selected on word printer property.after i clicked the reset button on the left, the right option is set in word on the screenshot i opened word printer options and printer preference at the same time

  • Macbook internal battery frozen - how to reset?

    Hi all,
I have here a late model macbook with an internal battery - it seems to have frozen on startup, the screen is just white. I've tried holding the power button down for 10 seconds, but it doesn't reset. Even if I close the screen, the backlight for the display remains lit. I'm sort of stuck trying to figure out how to reset this thing, in normal cases I would remove the battery but obviously its not possible in this case.
If anyone can advise where to go from here it would be appreciated. Otherwise I'm guessing I just need to leave it to one side until the battery finally drains.
    Thanks
    Sam

Hi Dave, thanks for your reply.
The problem is that I can't get to the initial boot phase to reset the SMC, as the macbook had frozen with a white screen after starting - i.e. it was running and I had no way of rebooting it (as mentioned, holding down the power button had no effect). I left it at the office overnight so the battery should be well and truly drained by now, I'm hoping I'll be able to plug in the power and reset the SMC as you suggest.

  • Global problem with immediate="true"

JSF specifies that immediate="true" in UICommands should skip the Validation and Update Model phases.
The RI uses the Update Model phase to reset the local values of the input components after updating the model. That means that in the case of immediate="true", the local values are not reset, and thus saved by the state manager.
The problem is that the next display of the page shows the previously entered values, instead of getting the values from the model, which is somewhat strange for a 'cancel' button.
I think this is mainly a problem with the spec which clearly indicates that the clearing of the local values should be done in the update model phase.
Is it possible to have a workaround for this ?

the previous posts have been made long ago, but I'll give it a try:
I think this behavior is still buggy or at least not logical.
    Example:
I've got a dataTable which shows a list of entries, each row with an "edit" commandButton and a "new" commandButton below the list.
If the user clicks an "edit" button, he is redirected to the "details" page where he can edit and save the values of this entry. This works as expected. But: On the "details" page, there's also a "cancel" button, which should navigate to the list again, without doing any validation or updating.
If I set this "cancel" button to "immediate", navigation works, but then I'll always see the values of the canceled entry, regardless of which "edit" button I click in the list.
If the "cancel" button is not immediate, validation fails when the user clicks "new" and then "cancel", because he gets an empty form, but some or all fields are required.
    There are two workarounds:
    1) Creating two different views, one for creating a new entry and one for editing.
    2) The "cancel" button is a simple html-button, with the "onlick='location.href=xxxyyy'" attribute.
IMHO both workarounds are ugly. So, why is the view ignoring that there is a complete different entry object in the backing bean of the "details" input fields???
BTW: I'm using JSF SUN RI 1.1.01 (same with 1.2 current snapshot).
With MyFaces, everythings works but it has some other bugs, so I want to stick to the Sun RI.
    Thanks,
    Walter

  • Adobe Reader does not see all network printers

    Hi,
Any help on below would be greatly appreciated
    Thank you
    Issue:
When printing from Adobe Reader not all network printers appear in the list of printers
All other applications (notepad, word, excel, powerpoint) see all printers and are able to print
    Tried:
Drivers: Xerox model specific drivers, universal drivers, global print drivers
    Print Processors: Xerox, winprint
    Remapped / added printers
    Uninstalled/installed printers to print servers
Print servers: Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012
    Current Environment:
    Windows 7 SP1 x64

I also have this problem that Adobe Reader will not print, but this only occurred for me after installation of MS Office 2010.
The proposed solution of changing default printers does not work for me!
Does anybody have a real explanation as to what causes this problem and a real solution for it?
I have already tried re-installing Adobe Reader 9.3.4 and this had no effect. I am using Windows XP with SP3.
    thanks for any help ....

I have to generate a sine waveform with a initial phase but it has to be reentrant.Since I'm simulating a digital down-conversion, I have to multiply the samples of each symbol with an equal number of samples of a sine wave that has a fixed frequency. So, for each symbol I need that sine waveform starts with the phase with which ends the previous sine waveform( related to previous symbol). Also, since I am simulating a 16 QAM modulation,I need to create a sine and a cosine, but the initial phase of 90 ° out of phase with each other. My problem is that SineWaveform ignores phase if reset signal is false, as in my case.

    Ciao Paolo,
    Quindi ricapitolando dovresti:
    1) Aggiungere uno shift register al for loop. inizializzato a 0;
    2) Collegare l'estremo sinistro dello shift register all'input phase del tuo waveform generator;
    3) Inserire il VI allegato a valle del waveform generator;
    4) Riportarti l'uscita del Last element phase reconstr.vi all'estremo destro dello shift register precedentemente inserito.
Spero sia tutto abbastanza chiaro, sperando di aver correttamente interpretato le tue problematiche a riguardo.
    Saluti

  • Digital down conversion issue

I'm having the same issue as well. In addition to the additions/deletions to the master pages, the signature panel indicates that a field on the title page of my form was filled in after validation. I ran a temporary script on the signature field's postSign event, using Acrobat's signatureGetModifications() method, to narrow down where the updates are occurring, and it seems that they're taking place either at the same time the signature is validated or just after. The form is set to automatically preserve scripting changes when it is saved; switching to "manual" doesn't help. Turning field locking on/off doesn't work, either. Once the form has been saved and reopened, though, the problem disappears and the signature validates correctly.
UPDATE 30 DEC 14: The master pages that are being "modified" have separate content areas for navigation buttons; it's these CAs, and their associated subforms and buttons, that Acrobat reports as being modified. I tried commenting out the scripts on the buttons' click events without success.
UPDATE 15 APR 15: I've compared the preSign version of the XML for the field that's being modified with the postSign version and found that the XML is somehow being modified by the act of signing the document. To clarify: I need to fill in a date field on my form to indicate when the form is closed out. I have the signature field's preSign set up to add the current date to the date field. The preSign XML includes <value> and <date> tags, which are missing from the postSign version. Why would applying a signature modify the form's XML?

  • How to configure printer to use bypass tray when printing legal paper and envelopes?

I have a new Phaser 3610. Tray 1 - contains Letter paperBypass Tray - Legal paper and sometimes envelopes How do I configure my printer to know when to use the bypass tray for legal paper when I that is what I want to print to from Excel?  In Excel, I have legal selected but it is still pulling the paper from tray 1 instead. I also print envelopes occasionally.  If I stick an envelopoe in the bypass tray, I want it to print from there like when using Word to create enveloples, instead it is pulling it from Tray 1. I have tried to adjust both settings on the Printer control panel and the Xerox printer software.  I have had no luck.

    Hi burnsey23,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for using smaller paper in the bypass tray.  I know it says smaller but use the same steps for larger paper as well.  Also make sure that the orientation on Excel is set to the orientation that corresponds to the way the paper is loaded in the tray.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

  • IPsec Issues ASA 8.0 and Watchguard XTM 510

    Hi Everyone,
I am trying to merge two networks, one using an ASA 5510 as its edge device, and the other using a Watchguard XTM 510.  For some reason, when a connection is initiated from the Watchguard side, phase 1 complets with MM_ACTIVE, but when the ASA initiates, IKE shows the following status:
    IKE Peer: x.x.x.145    (Watchguard Side)
        Type    : L2L             Role    : initiator
        Rekey   : no              State   : MM_WAIT_MSG6
Regardless, however, even at MM_ACTIVE, phase 1 resets and phase 2 never begins and so a connection is never made.  I have collected a debug from both sides and they are as follows

Any insight you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

The issue was resolved.  Watchguard uses both a "Remote Gateway IP", as well as a "Remote Gateway ID."  In most cases, these will have the same IPv4 value.  However, in this case, the ASA was using an old FQDN as its ID so it was causing a mismatch with the ID configured for that gateway on the Watchguard side.  Once, the ID was changed to the FQDN of the ASA, the tunnel came up and started passing traffic.

  • Why reset maintenace cycle back to previous phase?

I see that after a correction is moved to the PRD, we are told to reset the maintenance cycle back to the previous phase.
Is this to reuse the same MC?   We can only (or better) use limited MC?
    Please help. Thanks!

    Hi Ashley,
maintenance cycles are used to combine several changes during a regular period (a week, a month). After this cycle has been switched to phases Development with release, Test, and Production, you can switch it back to Development with release and start another cycle. If you have only changes to be done once (typically in projects like an upgrade, or implementation of enhancements) then you could use implementation projects instead of a maintenance project.
Maintenance cycles are used for regular maintenance activities and these are usually ongoing changes and fixes. At least until SAP is delivering a self healing, full automatically self-administrating and self-customizing system
    Hope this helps you....

You added apparently some fields to a table (ZZ*) and you did not maintain that modification when SPAM requested you to do so. Now the tables should be activated but the field is missing.

  • Wifi Woes - Phase 2 Authentication Resets Itself

    Hey,
I'm having difficulty connecting to my school's internet with the Droid Bionic.  According to my school's IT the wireless setup should be:
    Security:           802.1x EAP
    EAP method:   TTLS
    Phase 2 auth:  PAP
    CA Certificate: <is installed>
The problem I'm having is when I go to save a Wifi network the Phase 2 Authentication resets from PAP to 'None'.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Could someone try this really quickly and send me a response?
    ~Justin

Yep, this is an ongoing issue and appears to be a Verizon thing.  The issue seems to be that it is not possible to update the Phase 2 Authentication field to anything other than 'none' for EAP... it simply is not being set or remembered.
My original Droid actually worked with the Andriod 2.0 release, but 2.1 broke it and it hasn't worked since.  I believe the Android codebase DID fix this, however Verizon has not made it a priority to include the fix in their releases.  I now have a Droid 4 running 2.3.6 and it is still broken.  Many of my coworkers have this same issue, but ONLY THE ONES ON VERIZON!  Other carriers have apparently figured out how to port this fix into their releases, regardless of which Android phone.
Come on Verizon, fix this so we can stop wasting your 4G bandwidth!!!

  • Phase error! Resetting the iPod!

So I bought Phase. It's been working pretty well. But now, when I go to look at the list of songs I have uploaded to play on it, it resets the iPod. Is there something wrong with it? I can view Albums or Artists, but if I hit songs, or try to view the songs in those categories, the iPod resets.

I can't offer much besides solace that you're not alone and the possible gratification that you've given me the same comfort. This has been happening to me as well, shifting between rarely, sporadically, and incessantly (as in, can't even play). I removed all my games from my iPod and then re-synched, and this did it for a little while, but I lost my scores and it just happened again 15 minutes later.
It's a shame they finally made the iPod game equivalent of crack cocaine and it's got such a crippling glitch.

  • Resetting the PREPARE at phase NPREPCRE0

    Hello,
PREPARE does not seem to be doing anything in  NPREPCRE0. Log shows
      >> 10:20:48  PREPARE: START OF PHASE NPREPCRE0
    running D:\usr\sap\CP3\SYS\exe\run\tp.exe pf=h:\CP3put\bin\DEFAULT.TPP checkimpdp CP3
    Resetting conversion errors ...
Reset done - starting tp ...
    running D:\usr\sap\CP3\SYS\exe\run\tp.exe pf=h:\CP3put\bin\PREPIMP.TPP put CP3
But nothinbg is moving at all, tp.exe is not using any CPU.
    The upgrade guide says
'Between the phases TOOLIMPD1 and NPREPCRE0 in the Import module, you cannot reset PREPARE. In this
case, you must execute the remaining phases up to at least phase NPREPCRE0 before you reset PREPARE.'
However, since  NPREPCRE0 is not moving at all, how can I do the RESET?
    Thanks,
    Terry

    Hi Terry,
Could you tell me For which SAP version you are running PREPARE.
Generally You Can RESET PREPARE at any time if it is Upgrade PREPARE Phase.
Just stop the Prepare Phase & then Cleare the <Upgrade Directory>.

  • ICloud mail adress is wrong during reset phase

    Hey,
Trying to reset my iphone but the iCloud email adress is wrong. I've had j******@gmail.com usually, but during my installing phase it asks me for j******@gmail.se.
I'm from Sweden, hence the .se. But I've never created a gmail with .se, and to be honest I don't think that's even possible.
The proper way to do this I've read, is to erase the connection from the phone to iCloud before resetting, but that ship has sailed. (Or, if it just wouldv'e had my correct email adress....)
This problem is now blocking my phone. I've logged in to my iCloud but since I've succeded in the first part of resetting the phone is nowhere to be seen when I'm logged in.
Also, should also say that I've ofc tried both j******@gmail.se and j******@gmail.com.
When trying to log in with j******@gmail.se it just says: Incorrect Apple ID or Password.
When trying to log in with j******@gmail.com it says: Incorrect Apple ID, "*my email adress*" cannot be used to unlock this iPhone.
    Any recommendations?

Also i cant restore the iphone cuz it also needs a password!

  • How can I salvage an iPad Mini that will not restart, reset or respond to Recover phase via iTunes and is not responding to any functions and will not access Home? Thanks

I have an iPad mini that will not respond and is non functional.  It continues to intermittently try to automatically restart, access home page without success.  It will not accept normal charge. I have tried to manually restart, reset and have been unsuccessful.  It will not allow a Recover attempt via iTunes as well.  Do you have any suggestions before I consider a replacement?  Thanks.

    Hello RC MD,
It seems you are unable to restore your iPad to factory settings, and it is not responding to power. Based on the information you have provided, it appears your iPad may need to be serviced. The following link should help you get started with the process and has links with additional information on topics such as warranty and service pricing, battery replacement, and express replacement service.
