Out of curiosity, do you have 2 step verification enabled? It was recently extended to include iMessage & FaceTime & I'm wondering if it might be causing some of the issues that some users are experiencing.

Someone changed my email address for Apple account.

I didn't change my email address or anything for my Apple Account.
But I receive an email from Apple like this.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

If you mean that you want to change the Apple ID on her phone, you do this by going to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using the new Apple ID.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple. I don't know where you originally posted this question, but it's only just appeared in the Using iPad forum.
If you can't remember your password then you can reset it via http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't get it reset via that site then you will have to contact Support in your country, they should be able to reset it for you (they can also reset your security questions if you've forgotten their answers).

To verify account all bank and card details, verification codes, passwords etc are reqired. Is this a true reqest?

Hi Experts,
I want to get the details of a process form using one of its custom fields as input. I then have to find the oim user assosciated with this account. Please suggest the APIs which can be used.

For accessing content in UCM you can use the RIDC APIs or UCM Web Services. Note that the UCM also provides features for workflow etc. that could potentially be used for notifications refer to the developer guide for details. For UCM related questions you may want to use this forum instead

Connecting iPod to two computers - not setup for Apple account ...

A co-worker bought an iPod classic and downloaded and installed iTunes on his desktop computer at home.
He did NOT create an iTunes account at the time. He just imported music off his hard drive and CDs and then sync'd his iPod. After that he started creating playlists.
Now he has a laptop that he wants to also connect the iPod too. He downloaded iTunes, connected the iPod, and it says it was sync'd to another computer and do you want to erase all the files off the iPod and sync it with iTunes on this computer. I told him to click on cancel.
The question is, how does he get it so both computers have the same account?
The easier one to modify would be the laptop. We can copy iTunes folder to somewhere else to back them up. Now how do we create a compatible account on the laptop so the iPod knows it is the same account? Does that make sense?
I did have him create an iTunes account and I would like to get both of his Windows computers set so that this is the account both computers see.

If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer you need to change the update preference in the iPod Summary tab to "Manually manage music and videos" and click Apply. The content of iTunes and the iPod are not syncronised in this mode so the two can be different. You can directly access the content of the iPod and play it through iTunes and you can drag and drop whatever you want to the iPod from either library:

Something else to be aware of when using an iPod in manual mode is that the "Do Not Disconnect" message will remain on the display until you physically eject the device: Safely Disconnect IPod
You can also use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. While connecting the iPod to the computer on Windows with iTunes 7.3 or later installed hold down the Shift + Ctrl keys together. This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. This may take between 20 to 30 seconds depending on your computer. Badi for account details not triggering twice

I m creating a BADI for duplicate check in account details.My requirement is in the account details
it should check for the account details like first name , last name , email id if it exists it should throw an error message if not it should save ....
Im implementing a BADI for this req BUPA_ADDR_CHECK but the particular BADI is triggering only once ....So the logic for duplicate check is failing....
Any methods by which the BADI can be triggered every time
Any suggestions .......

The fields that are available for duplicate checks need to be decided by you. There is no fixed interface.
You need to mark in the duplicate check customizng, which fields you want, and they will automatically be taken up by this BADI ADDRESS_SEARCH. You can have a look at the function module ADDR_DUPLICATE_CHECK_FOR_BAPI that makes use of the duplicate check. The parameter T_SEARCH_FIELDS contains fields -
TABLENAME
FIELDNAME
CONTENT
These can hold any table, any field. Yuor implementation would need to use the content and then check it.

Assuming that you don't know your current answer(s), then from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5665 :
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password, contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
If you can’t reset them via the above instructions (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account are to get the questions reset (these are user-to-user forums).

Hi I have a issue regarding how to find the Account details from BDOC

Hi I am new to Middleware and i am facing a issue.
I have a requirement where i have to find the account details like 'acc id, acc name', etc & the 'transaction status' from the unprocessed BDOCS from CRM to ECC.
Actually the data flows from Oracle - Siebel - Crm - Ecc. Their is no problem from Oracle to Crm but the problem lies btw CRM & ECC.
The problem is we have some un-processed Bdocs fron Crm to Ecc for which for every account details changed a new Bdoc have been created and those changed Bdocs have to be found and we should know the account details (like Acc id, Acc name) & Transaction Status for all the generated Bdocs and get them into one Excel sheet. suggest me for any tables to see the details.

the BDocs are stroed in tables SMW3_BDOC, SMW3_BDOC1, ..., SMW3_BDOC7. SMW3_BDOC contains the header data of the BDoc, the other tables further information. Getting the informations you want from the BDocs won't be easy, as you will have to map the BDoc structure to the correct ABAP structure depending on the BDoc type.
Having said this I wonder what you are trying to achieve. For example, which state are the BDocs in? Unprocesses, partially processed, failed? What do you want to do once you have the list of BDocs? Check the accounts manually, reprocess the BDocs (all or only some of them), trigger the updates in the source system again? Depending on the answers to these questions it might well be possible that you could simply use the standard tools provided by SAP. The BDoc monitor (SMW01), for example, allows to select BDocs by type, status, queue name. Depending on you MW configuration the queue name might already contain the account ID ans so there would be no need to write a custom report.

Has anyone ever had an email from Apple on IPad asking them to update their account details? The email seems genuine enough as it asks you to sign in with your Apple ID and password and takes you through to the Apple site but am a bit worried as they ask you in the section Update Your Apple account for bank and credit card details and for the security number on the back of the card. Also in the section where it asks for my mobile number it will only take 10 numbers and when ai try to put in the final (11th number) it won't let me. Sorry am new to all this and a bit confused! Any help is gratefully appreciated.....Thanks.
