Phishing scam from I-tunes store

I have received an e-mail that seems to be a phishing scam. It looks like a legitimate e-mail from Apple but it says that I purchased something from the I-tunes store and it asks for payment in Euros. It directs me to a site that tells me I can cancel the transaction by submitting my credit card info. I don't believe this is legitimate.

It's not from Apple, it's a phishing attempt to try and get your account and payment details - you could forward the email to Apple : [email protected]
Emails from Apple tend to be personalised (not 'dear customer' or similar), and are in proper English.
(You can view your account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store
or on your phone you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)

Yes, you can add your own videos to iTunes, then sync them to your nano, subject to supported max resolution limit and file type. The specs for the 7th gen nano says (I don't know which nano model you have), Video Format Support

(earlier nanos have lower max resolution limits)
So, "HD" video is too high resolution, so iTunes will not sync such videos to the iPod (although they play in iTunes). If you are asking how to set up iTunes to sync videos in general (regardless of source), please post back.

Is your computer authorized with the same account that you use to buy the muisc in iTunes?

Unfortunately, redownloading of past music purchases isa still in beta test and only available in the US right now.

It sounds like you were charged for a magazine, but it was never downloaded to your iPhone. I found an article that has some steps to assist with this:
Newsstand-compatible apps automatically move to Newsstand. Tap and hold apps to arrange them in Newsstand.
Note: You cannot drag other publications into Newsstand.
If a subscription app or publication does not appear in Newsstand, verify that the app supports the Newsstand feature.
Newsstand updates subscriptions only when using a Wi-Fi connection. If you aren't seeing the latest issue:
Verify that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Check Settings > Store to verify that automatic download is enabled for that publication.

Did you tap the Videos app icon?
Swipe left of your Home screen then type in the name of the movie.

From i Tunes Store to i Pod

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.

Help please, I purchased a movie off I tunes store and downloaded it to my laptop pc. How can I save this movie to watch at a later date open up space on my pc for another movie?

Yeah. My computer had the hard drive space problem too. I have an old 80GB space, and it has a lot of tv shows (I did buy the first three seasons of Desperate Housewives, quite a lot of space). The external hard drive is VERY ideal for you if you are running out of space. You can easily slide extra files to and from the drive, and there isn't any installation required.
I've got an 80GB SeaGate FreeAgent Go from Best Buy. It's EXTREMELY nice, because when you connect it, it act like a "second windows" and works just like Windows as well. If you want to backup your iTunes library, you can just copy and paste the whole iTunes library (right underneath My Music) to the drive, give it about half an hour to an hour (dependant on the size of your library), and it will all be backed up. Then you are free to make changes, and replace/remove whatever you want or need.
Windows likes them too, because with Vista you can let it auto backup specific parts of your computer as well.

I have a Roku soundbridge system which play my music from my Mac compute r(via wifi). Unfortunaley it does not succeed to play the files bought on i-tunes store as it says they are protected. How can i take out the protection or have it read by my system. On roku site, i only find "apple does not allow streaming of files downloaded from their music store to 3rd party device." Sorry, but as Roku's web site says, no third-party devices can play tracks purchased from the iTunes Store. Tracks from the iTunes Store can only be played in iTunes or QuickTime Player or on an iPod, Apple TV, iPhone or iTunes-equipped Motorola cell phone.
