Phone customer service

why does Verizon have to make getting through to customer service on the phone so frustrating?  I needed info I could not find on the website under my account, and even though I have FIOS TV, phone, internet, and cell phone with Verizon, and was calling from my home phone where the account is, they made me jump through hoops to talk to a person.  I entered my account phone number 3 times and each time it said it did not understand what I entered.  then it asked me what state I was calling from!  HELLO, they can see what state I am calling from, what was the point of annoying me further.  then when I finally got to someone and gave him my phone number (the same one he could see I was calling from), he then asked me for my account number.  I do paperless billing and don't keep a copy of the bill, so I would have to either log in on line or go through my files to find the account number.  and what big question did I have that required such security??? When does my free three-month trial of HBO expire!  It was like breaking into Fort Knox to get a simple question answered.
I am happy with all of their services, but getting through to talk to a real human being without becoming very frustrated is way too difficult.

I would have to get some account info to find out. I have sent you a private message to get more information.

  • I CAN NOT BELIEVE APPLE OFFERS NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ITUNES USERS!

I have been unable to access my purchased music on my new computer (the old one crashed before I could back up my purchased itunes music). I clicked "check for purchases," and received one of several television shows I purchased and NONE of the dozons of songs and albums. When I clicked "check for purchases" again, a box came up that said "all purchases have been downloaded for this account." Does Apple really not allow you to recover your purchased music in this situation? Does Apple really put profits ahead of customer satisfaction to the extent that they've eliminated phone customer service for itunes altogether? Well, I know the answer to the second question from research is yes. How sad. But can anyone help me with the first Q? Is all my purchased music really gone permanently? Thanks. -Matt

    Hi, Matt.
Apple's policy is clear: iTS purchases can be downloaded only once. It is your responsibility to make back-ups.
That being said, at their discretion they have made one-time exceptions to this policy. You can ask for an exception by submitting the form at the bottom of this page:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/backup/
Good Luck! But whatever the response from Apple, remember:
Your music is valuable - please back it up!

  • Trying to avoid having to phone customer service.....

I already have BT Sport on Sky but we have a BT vision box attached to the tv upstairs and want to get BT Sport on there too. I just tried to order it online but it says "can't order" and I have to call a number.
Having dealt with BT Customer Service over the phone far too many times in the past I am keen to avoid having to do this again...
Does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to just order it online? We already have BT Infinity but aren't subscribed to any BT TV, we just use it as a DVR and Freeview box, and it is connected to the broadband. Do they just want to try to flog me more BT products...?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

You're not going to get very far with this, unfortunately, because:-
    1. BT Sport is a free add-on to BT Vision.  If you don't have a paid BT Vision subscription, there's nothing to add it to, and
    2. BT only gives you one free BT Sport subscription per broadband connection, either BT Vision or Sky.  You would have to pay for the other.
Access via the web site or mobile apps is thrown in free for any BT broadband customer, and can be in addition to a free BT Vision or Sky subscription.

I would also like to point out that listening to calls is something rare and usually cannot be done because there are so many different departments, and only the department can pull a call, and its still not even gauranteed. Most call centers get thousands of calls a day. It would be extremely difficult to go through those calls.
And if someone reached out to you, and I mean CALLED YOU, please do not order a phone with that person. Do not order a phone on the phone unless you dialed a Verizon Wireless number.
There is an indirect agent that reaches out to people and makes many promises, and then do not remark the account correctly so there is no way for VZW reps to verify that information.
So buy direct. Direct, direct, direct.

  • EE - Worst customer service ever

Ever since I've joined EE i've struggled with network connectivity both for calls and data. Numerous occasions i've contacted EE Customer Services to try and fix my issues and still they exists. The latest installment of frustration from EE came last week when I spent 90 minutes on the phone being passed around from department to department. Everyone who I have spoken to has been unable to help.  80% of my working day my phone is unable to make calls! Its got to the point where I am now paying for a service that I can not use. Over 15 days ago I logged a complaint with EE via the web service. I received an automated acknowledment that stated I should receive a response from someone in complaints. To this day I have not!  I was also promised a call back from an escallation manager on the 27th October 2014 and we are now onto the next day and still no response.  The customer service and communication that goes on at EE is appauling. I work for a company that is big on customer service and if I lacked in communication what EE employees do I would be out of a job. EE adverts are very mis leading, super lighting speeds and good coverage is really not the case. Im at the point now where I feel I am within my rights to cancel my contract because EE are not providing me with the service that they are contracted to.  I've requested that this should be done without me paying an early settlement charge. However EE are not willing to do this. They would prefer to keep me unhappy. I would be grateful for any information on my rights to cancell the contract, compensation etc etc? ThanksCraig

EE stands for exsasperating experience!!!!!!!!I broke my phone a week ago and all i need from EE is my proof of purchase, I was told wenesday they would post it to me as the cant email it? Why ?Two days later still no proof, so went into watford EE shop to see if they can print it off.Oh no we cant do that because you bought the phone online.Phoned EE again and was told they can email it out , but only to the Watford EE shop.back i went watford EE were they seemed most surprised that this could be done. They gave me the email i then had to call EE on my mobile ( evidently the shop cant phone customer services?) they sent proof of purcahe . shop printed it out , happy boy.got home nad all they have printed is the email and not the attachments ie proof of purchase whih is what i need!!called EE to explain and i have to go back to shop. Why cant they just email it to me the customer. it is my contract!!SSo one week and still no phone Well done EE as soon as my contract expires im off to vodaphone.

  • Complete Customer Service Nightmare

I have spent four days, hours each day attempting to upgrade to a new phone and service plan, both online and on the phone with zero success. I give up. First I spend three days attempting to "design" a new Moto X. After wrestling with this constantly malfunctioning web page I finally get phone configured as I like. Then spend hours making numerous failed attempts to checkout with new phone per repeated error of inability to "locate" account. This after I've logged into my account and seeing my account info on screen while still repeatedly unable to complete checkout because "account can't be located."
Gave up and decided to upgrade via phone customer service. Spend hours on the phone...on hold numerous times and required to give account information over and over again. Customer sales agent is unable to configure phone as I wanted it...as I had done on the website...doesn't even understand the options for customizing that are available as I'm trying to communicate how I want the phone configured. Finally I'm resigned to getting the phone sort of like I wanted it minus a few options because the sales agent doesn't know or understand the options available per "designing" the phone as you want it like the website offers. After spending an hour with sales agent I'm informed that due to technical difficulties she can't process order and will call me back in fifteen minutes to complete order. That was four hours ago. Pretty sure I won't ever get the call back. I was also given a ridiculous series of hoops I'm supposed to jump through for the sale / upgrade. Sales agent says she's going to give me an 800 number to call. Then I have to call and authorize an email to myself so they can send me a code I need to input on the website to order my phone. I thought that's what I was doing with her for the last two hours. She never gives me the 800 number as this is when I got the technical difficulties line and the promise of a call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting! What a ridiculous bunch of crap for a customer wanting to SPEND MONEY with Verizon.
Wait...it gets better. While I never got the call back to complete the order, I did get a quick call to MY phone from someone asking for the sales agent I was dealing with. Huh?
There are more stories of attempted account management function usage online nightmares per malfunctioning Verizon website but that's another story. I'm amazed the Verizon employees I've dealt with can find their way to work in the morning.
Good luck to other Verizon customers. I hope you don't grow old, die and turn to dust while attempting to do business with Verizon online or via the phone.

Yes I did try the Motorola site with no success with the checkout process after configuring the Moto X. Repeatedly failed to complete checkout due to "account not located" when I used correct ID and password over and over. Verizon sales agent told me this is purposeful as they don't want the sales transacted via the web per customers unaware of plan upgrade costs with new phone and a large volume of customers returning the phones to avoid plan upgrade costs they were unaware of when buying the new phone.
The reason I want to buy online is because it's fifty bucks cheaper than what the store wants. Because I'm supposedly getting a fifty $$ discount per my association with a 3rd party retailer. The sales agents did quote me a price fifty bucks more than what was my checkout price that I couldn't complete. That and the fact it's about 100 times easier to customize the phone yourself than it is to communicate what you want with sales agents. If Verizon doesn't want to allow the web based sale than their sales agents should be far more knowledgeable about the product and options than any of them were per my experience.
I'm a long time business owner. If I made it this difficult for my customers to conduct business with me I'd have been out of business long ago. Here's how it should work. The consumer...me, should be able to configure the product the way I want it just like the websites are designed to allow. Why have the option to allow customers to design the phone on the website and complete sale including shipped to me if you're going to disable the actual checkout? The entire process should be seamless and take 10-15 minutes tops. It's the whole concept of internet sales for customers that don't have time...or just don't want to drive to a store and most likely be one of several customers rather than the only customer sitting at their computer. To sum it up, Verizon like so many consumer product and service companies today suck and don't give a rat's rear about customer satisfaction or customer care. They are not alone by any means.

  • Incredibly poor customer service, charged for unusable device

I am writing to publically complain about Verizons absolute lack of interest in providing customer service and for not honoring their part of our contract.  I purchased a verizon jetpack over a year ago with absolute assurance that it would work in the rural area in which I live.  It didn't work, it has never worked, there is no usage on the line and Verizon will not refund my money and will  not cancel the contract.  I am posting here, but will be posting this week on twitter, facebook, and better business bureau.  I have tried to resolve the issue multiple times both in store and through phone customer service.  Nothing but frustration.
Here is your best clue ever:  avoid Verizon stores like the plague and go to your local Best Buy.  Not only do they provide customer service, but they don't even charge restock fees if a piece of equipment doesn't work out.  I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on equipment I can't use, could never use.
I am being cheated and this company couldn't care less even though I've been a customer for over ten years.

        @TLThompson,
We absolutely do care about all our customers and definitely want them to have the best service. I apologize that the Jetpack did not work in your area. You have 14 days from the date purchased to return the device and cancel the service. Once pass that time you are billed a cancellation fee if service is cancelled.
Did you reach out to us within the 14 days to cancel the service or advise that the device was not working properly? Was the device purchased at a VZW store or an authorized dealer?

  • I am a customer Verizon customer of over ten years...I am notgettingany assistance from the customer service department. Since September I am being charged for a Samsung phone that I returned based on the process that verizon has set.return the defective

turn my phone to send Verizon wireless and those instead of the stuff found. I'm not in charge $600 for the for the phone. I'll talk to multiple customer service reps and nothing has really been done about anything other then we'll keep looking or so for stretching it out. since September I've been dealing with thison a month-to-month basis they cut my services they reinstate me and tell me that they're going to knock off the reconnection charge as I have four lines. Unfortunately my main reason for this phone is my work emails which I need to do because I do work and to contact my mother who is 85 years old and I'm the sole caregiver. I don't know what else to do. I have spoken to a supervisor  by the name of William or Will oats in that he said he was going to look into it and was going to help me out. Never heard from him again- just original email to quiet me down. I've been sending him emails just about every day trying to make sure that I get my message across. Seems like Verizon Wireless really doesn't care about the long-term customers. Looking forward to hearing from someone that can help me with my plight.process is faulty for returns. You don't accept them in the stores because as one customer service rep stated you can't get your own employees to send the devices back. Now the responsibilities is on the customer the paying customer the one that keeps you alive. And it's not fair that I there's no way I can prove that I put it in the mailbox. So what are my next stepswhat is it that I need to do to clear up this charge of $600. It's about economy as $600 to me at this very point it's a lot of money. I've been your customer for 10 years I've got four lines I've given will my mothers telephone number home number..number but now she's got to sit by the phone to make sure that she picks up all the calls. And nobody can hear what I have to sayand nobody has been able throughout all these months and check your notes check your notes to see how many times I've called how many time you cut my services how many times you reinstated me and how many times that I spent an hour and a half to two hours on the phone going through this process. I think the stress level is to know thqt I did exactly what you asked...I am now paying the price for your faulty process I'm all I'm asking is review my account tell me what I did wrong I follow your procedure so I don't understand....to top it off...my wife hasa per diem job...and she too is affected by loosing out on work leads...
as you can see, the cel is no longer a commodity. It's a way of life.
PLease se call me at -----just remembered....I don't have a service line.

I have a similar problem with my fathers service, it wasns't $600 but what is rightfully your money, you deserve it back, I wrote this complaint on the Consumer Affairs website:
In August 2014, my son went to Target to get a new cell phone and was told his Unlimited Data would still be on his plan (he shared a line on his grandfathers account). Well it turned out that Target messed it up and my son immediately called Verizon to get it taken care of but they were not able to do anything about the lost unlimited data but the customer service rep did try to find the best offer for him. In the mean time Verizon was suppose to send him a new cell phone, they never sent it and he was without a phone so he took his business to another cell provider. Verizon DID charge him for the new service that they had spoke about. So when the new bill (Sept) came, the service he never used was on the bill and when we called to inquire about it we spoke to a Judy and told us we would be receiving a credit of the amount that was paid. Well, we got the next months bill (Oct) and still no credit, so called them again and spoke to a Nadine ** . She looked into the account and saw the amount that was paid and said she would submit it again for a credit and she would get back to me in 2 days, no call back.
The next bill (Nov) came and no credit again, call again but didn't get the girls name and she put me on hold to look over the previous conversations. She said she sees in the records about the credit and said it takes a while to get it thru the supervisor authorization and she would put it in as a "rush priority". On Dec. 5th my dad's cell was turned off, so I call yet again to Verizon, and explain the whole story to them again. This girl explained to me that the request was not put in correctly and that she would submit it right this time, they even turned the cell back on for him.
So here we are today, Dec. 30, 2014, I get the bill...NO CREDIT, call up and get a gentleman in billing, explain this whole thing again and he transferred me over to customer service where I spoke to a Jordan and yet again told him the story. By this time I was fuming, 3 almost 4 months of calling for this credit and he looks into the account and tells me there is nothing that states there is a credit so all the other customer service reps see it but now it is gone. He said he can only issue me a $25 credit to the bill, not even close to what the bill was that I paid. At this point I wanted to speak to a Supervisor and even that was a problem.
He did call me back after my phone died. He put me on hold again to speak to a supervisor himself and said that he can only offer me $100 credit for all my troubles for the past few months. I took the $100 credit because Jordan said if I spoke to the supervisor, the $100 credit might not be an offer anymore so it was either take it or leave it. Now where I stand, they get away with NOT giving the credit due to customers. I am done with Verizon.
today being March 12, 2015, he FINALLY got the said $100 credit...but because of their delay, he service was shut off and I refuse to pay the reconnection fee due to their neglect of a customer of over ten years. My father's service will NO longer be with a place that has NO VALUE in customer service....Verizon robs their customers anyway they can.

  • Awful customer service experience over the phone this weekend

    @emaiya
I’m sorry for your troubles. I have sent you a private message to assist you further.

I moved last weekend, and after I hooked up my wireless gateway, it showed I wasn't online. So, I called Customer service. After about 30 minutes on the phone with a guy, he said he would have to setup an appointment. That process took at least 10 minutes of him putting me on hold while he looked up the appointment. He said the next available one was this morning (Thursday) from 8-10, so I took it. I sat at my house this morning waiting on a technician who never showed. When I called customer service there was no record of my call this past weekend, or the appointment I made. I have very limited vacation time, and I do not want to spend it waiting on service that doesn't exist. So, I have to wait another 5 days to get service. Of course, you have already billed me for service that should have started on the 12th, but won't actually start until the 22nd! Of course, that is if someone actually shows up. I will believe it when I see it.

  • Bought new, discovered it was tampered with or refurbished, now at a loss with horrible customer service and dead phone

I'm wondering where to go after 2 weeks playing CS phone tag, started with a tech call reguarding Iphone 5, battery issue, tech ran test, batt is consumed, went thru warranty talk then to Apple, as to our surprise once the serial number was ran , I purchased a bran new refurbished and battery previously swapped out phone thru our corporate Ver store, warranty is invalid and new batt was 80$, Apple tech was shocked... I let that settle for a few days, and began the worst ordeal and crap show of customer service since, I've made numerous calls, 1st being with christopher, whom claimed he talked with his supervisor and I was patient, talked about that they wouldn't swap battery, but replace phone with a refurb phone, contract is up 2/03/2015 , exlplained it would be less hassle and givin the time frame to renew contract and do the upgrade now, pay the upgrade cost and whatever, we are good customers , never file claims, or issues with contracts, seems simples, I've now talked to approx 5 supervisors from ID, ky, al and whom have alllllll confrimed they have taken notes, processed requests and will call back in such time, as of 4pm dec 7th I am no where fast, contract can not be upgraded, one supervisor claimed they where no longer making the iPhone 5? And would allow for a upgrade once she talked to tech service, however a magical cold transfer and 40 more minutes of retelling this insaine story, he was then going call back on a dif number so the issue ph could be used, never got the call, however Matt in ID WHO claimed such sympathy for all the hassle then texted me saying he couldn't get thru on my number, however could text, and by a tech texting myself , such poor grammar and then stating we could only have the 5 and 6+ 's are on back order. Beyond fed up and stressed, almost 6 hours on the phone and 10 days of hassle , yet we still have a phone that dies at 70% ....I've never seen such a lack of responsibly or communication , seems supervisors are really good at making statements to appease each situation with out any documentation . Can't bring myself to call again and go thru the issue over and over again, meanwhile getting same responses (excuses) from every area I've spoke to. Guess now when I purchase Verizon items I call good Ol Apple and run the serial numbers to make sure the fancy kindalooksnewplastic isn't the 2nd re wrap and buy a phone that's been tampered with and makes your monthly insurance and warrantys invalid . Money well spent kudos CS ...and no I'm not hunting down anyone via Twitter , I'm sure there's notes on our account that this crazy person is out of patience and trying to see what other cell company we could change to . Merry Christmas

To clarify , we haven't serviced nor replaced the consumed battery . It has been noted as per Apple running the serial number that PRIOR to my purchasing the device, it had the battery replaced. Undocumented in detail, but showed up in Apple reports as replaced. Therefor creates a much wider issue than consumed battery issue, now we have the fact that 1. I paid for a new iPhone 5 16g with a renewed 2 yr contract, pay monthly for insurance on the device, however being that it has been worked on, that voided the 1 yr warranty and possibly the extended insurance program warranty as well, my corperate store can't handle this issue, given the extent of details, I stopped there today, to double check my receipt for original purchase to see if there was a CPO listed on my receipt, that is when they informed me they didn't acttially sell them there, nor if I did I wouldn't have paid full contract price either. More details, more time wasted on Verizon, knowing you all won't read the "fine" print.

  • I reached my 1000th hour logged on the phone with customer service

I've been using Verizon jetpacks for 9 months now.  Seemed like a sweet deal. Prepaid. Convenient. Fast and reliable.  WRONG!  I logged my 1000th hour on the phone with customer service today after a 5 hour "troubleshooting" session, second one this week. I've been having to make this exact 5 hour phone call every week sometimes up to 4x per week.  I've never spent less than 3 hours on the phone or gone more than 4 days without having to contact customer "service."  Naturally, this is pretty ignorant sounding.  But, I paid $100 for a significantly small amount of data.  I prepaid to be exact. For a service to be rendered one must be able to receive the service paid for.  That's simply not the case.  I paid $100 for this data already and can't actually use it with any convenience. Unless of course, 5-20 per week on the phone with customer service is typical of any other company.  Other than Virgin Mobile, No.  It's in fact an extremely absurd amount time for ANY customer to spend on the phone with ANY customer service.  No exception.  I feel rather abused, used and ****** over by this so call "service".  I lost 6 clients. They all sued me in small claims for $3000 each for failing to maintain my end due to my weekly dose of hours on the phone with customer service and NOT doing the job I was employed to do. Nope. Instead, I spent my time with Verizon Customer Service and COURT! Yay!  So, I've lost my home, my car was repo'd, $18k loss, 6 customers... and not one time has Verizon spent one second and said to me "Verizon could be the problem"... NEVER has that been the case in all 1000 hours logged.  Interesting?  No.  Just abusive.  I resent having to call customer service at all any more. It's even causing my mental health to suffer after all this.  You know what is found every time?  I'm on a prepaid plan on a device customer service told me to purchase.  But wait... thats the second device.  Every week I'm told The OTHER device is the one that works with this plan... then a few days later, no that other device is the one that works with the plan, a few days later... The OTHER DEVICE IS THE ONE THAT WORKS.. FFS. See a pattern? I've been directed by Verizon to replace my device 3 times, at $100+ per device plus the $10 sim card, plus the 5 hours on the phone with them every few days.  I'd say there's an issue with customer service.  First, yes it IS possible there is an issue on YOUR end.  I'm pretty sure that having to buy a new device every time I call isn't really the best answer.  Second, for the extremely limited amount of data I can't afford to watch a video for fear of capping my data before the end of the 30 days because its 10gig of data.  Yeah, 2 whole movies worth!  Third, its possible to be wrong, yet Verizon has never, not one single time chose to check their end.  ALWAYS and ONLY my end. I don't find that surprising or ironic, I find it the most ignorant and worst customer service in existence only second to Virgin Mobile.  Virgin mobile did finally acknowledge the issue was in the broken tower nearby. It took them 6 months and yes... 100's of hours on the phone.  Verizon hasn't made any effort to accept responsibility for this issue.  I'm sure they are very sincere when they are consuming my 5 hours per phone call trouble shooting my device for the third time this week.  It's actually to the point where they have violated their terms of service and failed to look into an issue on their end.  The tower has been hit.  Hmmm... Ironic. Its quite a distance from here, but is a main tower that has caused an outage across my state. Verizon couldnt tell me that?  Is that admitting your wrong so hard to do that it's easier to spend 5 hours on the phone trouble shooting my device than 5 mins looking for outages?  Yeah, it could have saved my house and job, but I'm the customer... clueless idiot at the mercy of a company who is never wrong nor makes an effort to correct an issue on their end before stealing my hours from me.  At one point, I actually fell asleep in my 2nd hour on hold.  Customer service? Nope, a waste.  I could dig it if this issue was on my end, but I'm confident that spending up to 20 hours a week troubleshooting to no avail is a HUGE red flag that its not on my end after all.  Only cost me a house, a job, car and $18k plus court costs and fees.  Fair? Nope.  But it would be nice if just ONCE there was an initiative to provide actual support to a customer. I KNOW if this is my experience it is impossible to be an isolated incident with me alone.  If I'm tying up 5 hours on the phone, what is the next guy doing? waiting to trouble shoot his box for the next 5 hours over a downed tower. Pride is what that is. People too proud to be wrong at someone else's expense. Definitely an issue if I've paid $900 in 9 months and I spent more hours on the phone with customer service than I have online.  Pretty ******. Verizon, you ARE WRONG. Owning it would save the embarrassment of having to ***** about it on this site. I didnt' deserve my losses and it was at my expense and it is STILL at my expense that I'm having to contact that 888-294-6804 number. I've got it memorized like it was my best friends number - that's how often and how many times i've used it. Shame how simple it would be if Verizon wasn't so ******* proud and spent a few moments looking for issues on their end before stealing 5 hours from me doing the obvious over and over and over again... Small claims can be used to sue up to $3k. Looks like that's my only alternative, perhaps if I do that maybe checking for issues on their end will occur instead of pretending its impossible.  It feels like I went to mcd's and paid for a meal at the window that took 5 hours to get a bag of raw patties thrown at me from inside after sitting at the window for 5 hours and waiting. I'm wrong  of course. I'm am the customer.  How could I possibly be right? I've troubleshooted my device over 1000 times. Of course its on my end. Must be.... 1000 times isn't enough to find out there's a potential issue that isn't related to my specific device, no? Is it gonna take 1000 more hours on the phone before one of the representatives decide to look for an outage before the 5 hours of daily trouble shooting? Thats a huge red flag that just keeps getting ignored.  I can't think of any other companies besides these two internet providers that finds that acceptable.  Better Business Bureau didn't. I'll be filing that complaint with them next.  High time Verizon stepped off such a prideful pedestal and seek a remedy before a class action suit sinks them in the future from all other raging bitches not being provided with reasonable service.  It's not a rant, this has been a life shattering experience for me and a simple quick check for an issue on their end could have prevented it.  BAD BAD BAD Customer service policies to keep a customer on the phone for that length of time to repetitiously check the exact same thing repeatedly every few days.  Disgusted.  How dare that term "service" even be used if they can't provide "service" via support or otherwise.  I'm on the internet finally after 10 hours and the news reported the Verizon tower down. Not verizon... A police officer interviewed on a Detroit News station instead. God knows police have nothing better to do in Detroit than make news appearances for verizon.

Simple solution. Get a real internet service and not a cell phone internet connection service it was never meant to be used as the primary internet service
And how do you lose a home and job and be sued as you claim. What over 10 Gb of data? Give me a break
In my city small claims is $5000.00
And over that amount you can go to a superior court to have your issue settled.

  • I have tried to connect and purchase on my iTunes Store, but forgot security questions. Not even Customer service is able to help me. How can I spend the 20 bucks I have on my account now if even the phone assistants can't help me?

I tried to Purchase on the i Tunes store, but forgot security questions. Not even Customer Service is able to help me. How can I spend the 20 bucks I have on my account now if even the phone assistants can't help me? I can't rememeber any answer to any of mu questions and I can't even register my product (iPod Classic) even though I purchased it 6 months ago. Customer Service held me on the line for 30+ minutes asking me all the time if I rememeber one anwer to my questions (to which I repeatedly said no) and there seems to be no way to circumvent that security system, not even with my second email, also registered on My Itunes. Isn't there any way for me to get those 20 dollars back I already have in your store or at least reset my security questions if I don't rememeber?
    Thank you very much.

  • Appalled by the lack of customer service - NEW PHONE is DEFECTIVE

I was leaving for California at the end of July and needed a battery for my Galaxy Note 2. There were none to be found. Verizon agreed to allow me early upgrade to the Galaxy Note 3. After daily phone conversations with customer service, I finally got my phone 4 days after it was to be shipped next day air. I had to pay $75 California tax and a $15 next day fee. I live in Massachusetts and although we are known as "Taxachusetts" - it would not have been that much if sent to my home. Needless to say, I get the phone and it is unable to hold a charge (not being used) for more than 8 hours. I called customer service at least 10 times for a matter of at least 8 hours and have no resolution. I cannot get a new phone because I am beyond the 2 week deadline - "Really?" at that point I had the phone for 3 1/2 weeks. I have a phone bill sitting on my table for $418.00 (to include equipment) - I will not pay for this phone until they send me a new one. I do not think that is unreasonable, yet, each of the 10 customer service and supervisors I spoke with told me that is not possible - no one could do that for me...Look, all I want is a phone that works and VERIZON WILL NOT ASSIST ME WITH THIS SITUATION!!! I have been a customer for a long time and am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service!!! I am asking those on here for help.  What carrier should I move to?  Evidently Verizon does not need my service - and I am happy to share with my "Friends and Family" what a deceptive company this is.  So what do you all suggest?

It's as my original messages states.  After taking the iPhone5 to a verizon store and being told is was a known defect with the screen, we sent the phone back and received a refurbished phone.  After weeks, we were sent an email with a picture imbedded that would not display.  It stated the phone had internal damage.  We certainly would not have returned the phone had we not been instructed to do so by Verizon or if it was damaged.  We requested to send the refurbished IPhone back - we would have rather paid for a brand new phone than $300 for a refurbished one.  We were told we could not.   Beyond this - the support was unreal.  The first person we spoke stated there was zero record of our original call to support to return the phone although our detailed calling bill showed a 35 min call.  Three calls later and no one was able to show us the damange, prove it was our phone, etc.  I'm not convinced this isnt some sham to get more money to be honest.  We've been with you for 10 years.  I do not want to pay for a refurbished phone especially when a verizon tech instructed us to send the original back due to a defect.

  • No Customer Service with Phone Line

I requested a transfer of phone service over a month ago.  No service, yet.  Two technicians have come out and diagnosed the problem as a Foreign Exchange issue stemming from a transfer of service.  I called the customer service line on 3 different occassions today, they hung up on me three times.  No explanation given.   Who do i call?

We sent you a message on our private support board to assist you and we did not receive a response.  Please repost the issue if you are still experiencing a problem so that we may assist you.  Tonya C.
