Phone fault - 4 weeks now and counting
How do I get my phoneline fixed?. Fault reported 21 St January, 4 fix by dates have passed, with no change. Booked an open reach engineer at BT s request - they didn't turn up.6 emails sent - 2 replies, hours waiting on the chat line for connection and given wrong information. Still no idea if and when I will have a phone line. Any suggestions welcome otherwise I guess ofcom is the next stop

No broadband and phone for 3 weeks now and still n...
On the 17th july my phone line was apparently siezed when upstairs neighbours ordered a phone line with another company. Since then I've been pulling my hair out trying to sort it on my mobile phone going from department to department and being hung up on frequently and promised call backs never happening which has cost me £38 phoning BT and another £20 to get mobile broadband for 1 week!
I've also tried the BT help section on the website and sent 2 messages and haven't had a reply yet, first one i sent was on saturday so can someone please help me get this sorted, I can't afford to use my mobile anymore, one call cost me £15!

Why can't I connect to the ITunes Store?Even through I troubleshooted with the info I was e-mailed,created new password,
made sure date,keychain was correct etc and still cannot open store .I have MacOSX 10.4.11 and it does not let me download
the latest version of iTunes.I need to speak to someone on the phone as it has been over 3 weeks now and this issue is still
not resolved. also cannot download any CD's. After reinstalling disc 1 as told by 1 800 MY APPLE (as I was unable to cut and paste
on my Mac)I ended up having to bring the computer in to the Apple Store on 5th Ave in Manhattan as it also required Disc 2 .
Unfortunately I did not back up my music library and was not told it would be fully erased due to reinstallation. My 6 year music
library got completely wiped out.iTunes had a history of my purchases but I received an e-mail stating about 35 songs and
videos I purchased cannot be retroactive due to modification(I don't know what this means)I greatly appreciate if someone would
help me clarify this issue.

I change my apple ID and password like a week now and after changing all my information and MY apple ID, i noticed that i lost all my picture in my camer roll and my photo stream too ;(.. Can anyone please help me how to bring it back all my photos?
I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in. -

I've had my new iMac for about a week now and am totally sick ofthe vagueries of Mavericks,
I would appreciate any help you guys could give me to help me 'downgrade' to Mountain Lion.
I understand that Mountain Lion has never been released on disc, so that would seem to be the major problem.

My software update screen has been frozen for weeks now and I can't update any software or even close the automatic update screen. It says searching for updates and I can't cancel or do anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.

I reported a faulty HH3 a week ago and got an automated ref number.
Nothing heard since then.
Rang and after a while on hold today was told it was an issue with my Openreach modem !
When i questioned this and telling the very confused heldp desk woman the internet connection worked fine and it was just HH3 wireless failing was told no we need to reboot your openreach modem !
I have swapped my HH3 and used a Dlink router the connection was up for 5 days yet BT help line say its openreach modem!
To sum up my main issues are ;
1. no response from BT for a week !
2. incorrect advice from help desk who cannot understand why a modem is not related to wireless on a router !

I updated the i-phone on i-tunes this morning, and since then it has not worked, I have reset the phone, but still wants to restore settings/software. I have done this several times now since 8.30 this morning, the phone as it stands now is fubarred!!!!, until I can restore the software/settings etc.. All i-tunes does is says is restoring but the progress bar is going nowhere, some one please help!!!!!, as I am close to throwing this phone in the bin!!!!.....I have searched the common causes apple site is useless as the reset does'nt work and neither does restoring!!!!

To whom It May Concern,i have my macbook pro its a week old and after maybe 2-3 days cleaned it and noticed a little chip in the screen when the light flashed on the computer. Also my charger sometimes just dose not work ill plug it in at a different outlet then it will work its very frustrating to have this many issues i would like to see if i could get a new charger that actually works and a macbook without a tiny chip in it

Take it to an Apple Store as soon as you can, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. -
my 3gs has no service after updating from ios 5 tried resetting network settings, resetting all settings and restoring from back up on itunes.
telus cant find any network problems and apple is difficult to deal with.please help 3 weeks with no phone and $70 a month not happy.I have been having a similar problem for the last few days.Without warning the signal will just completely duck out leaving the device searching for several minutes before settling on a no signal message.
Sometimes restarting the device, toggling data and 3g settings or toggling Airplane Mode will set things right. However, a lot of the time I've been left without a working phone.
I don't believe this is a SIM issue, as I had to change my SIM only one month ago for another signal related problem. Again any help would be appreciated here as well.

My BW is connected to ECC6, and working fine. In BW ->SM59, I have accidentally deleted the RFC that use to connect the BW and ECC6. In RSA1 ->SAP Source System ->Check, and it says: RFC destination ECC6CLNT800 does not exist. I have created another
