Phone freeze, download error and auto factory rese...

Last Saturday, my 2yr old child was playing with my screen lock lumia. Next thing I see, it display a factory reset. It's ok for me since I sync my data mostly online, not a real damage. But after the factory reset, the main problem happen. It doesn't fully functioning, icon doesn't display right. Next thing I know, freeze and factory reset again. it happen 3-4 more time but mostly functioning ok after reset. It seen ok after that. Except when I try installing back the app from marketplace, after about ten app, error msg displayed rejecting the app installation. Phone is giving feedback back can't even go into the dialer. Next few minutes, restart and stuck at nokia logo, on-off and it's back to factory default. Happen few more time after installing app every time. The last try, use the phone half day, fully function. Error, restart, stuck at nokia, and factory default again after trying to install app. Sent it to the Nokia Care (authorise service center) for 2 days. Collect this afternoon. It happen back again after installing apps for marketplace. Will sent it back tommorrow. It's horror for me since happily using it for 3 month. Could find anyone posting the same problem, maybe it is a hardware problem. But a bit of concern since it is just a 3 month old phone. Is there a way for me to get replace for a new one??

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
    iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
    If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

    Did you try to set it up as new device, as explained in this article?

    If this does not work, use iTunes to set it back to factory settings, which would also install the latest software:

  • Adobe Application Manager Download Error (and other problems)

    Last week I purchased a Creative Cloud membership (Student and Teacher Edition, if that matters at  all).  When I tried to download applications, the Adobe Application Manager seemed to be unable to connect and instead displayed "Download Error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support."  I read some of the responses to this problem on the forums, and after trying several things, I got it to work (I'm honestly not sure what I did that caused it to work).  However, it is now failing to work again and I can't seem to fix it this time.  As an additional problem, When I tried to open Adobe Premiere Pro (which I managed to download when I got the App Manager working for a while), I got the opening screen that asked me to open a project or start a new project.  No matter what I clicked on, Premiere Pro closed with an error message. Just as with the App Manager (and at the same time), I managed to get Premiere Pro to work (it seemed to work after I set permissions so I thought I solved it), so I was able to use it for a day.  However, now the problem has returned.
    I don't know if these two problems are related, but they started working at the same time and stopped working at the same time, so I'm posting them together in case there is a connection.  I am running Windows Vista on my home computer.  I can sign on to the creative cloud online without problem so it recognizes me as a creative cloud subscriber.  My Internet connection is working fine.  I have disabled all firewalls and it still doesn't work.  Very frustrating, obviously.

    For the failure of Premiere Pro to open you will want to review the install log to see if you received an installation error.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation logs at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

    I have the creative cloud installed. Last week I was able to download both Lightroom and Photoshop to my desktop using the creative cloud desktop application. This week when I use the CC desktop app, I'm getting a message that says simply "Download Error. Please contact customer support." I uninstalled the CC app and reinstalled it, and I'm still getting this message. What should I do?
    Also, I'm about to go out of the country and won't always have internet access. I want to make sure that I have lightroom, photoshop, and illustrator available to use on my computer even while I'm without internet. How can I make sure I've downloaded the programs and will have them while I'm abroad? Do I need to register them somehow? How do I do that if I don't have a serial number, but I do have a creative cloud membership ID?

    Without proper system info and other technical details nobody can help you. The programs function offline once installed properly - for a while, anyway. Whatever technical issues you have will require much more information and a better explanation on your part.
