Phone goes off while Synchronise

I need Help
Recently I have updated my phone software via Nokia Software.
i have two issues
one is the mobile goes off with you Sync. with outlook then on agin without completing the task.
also when trying to send txt MSG selected To: Open Log.
also phone goes off then on
any idea for the issue

Every since i upgraded my 3GS with iOS6 the phone goes off repeatedly

Ever since i upgraded my 3GS with iOS6 the phone goes off repeatedly. This happens when i use 3G or even edge. The battery percentage shows 90% still it goes off & i can see some dark lines on the screen. If i connect it to the charger is powers up again. If i keep it connected to the charger & use it works fine.
Can anyone pls suggest me what could be the problem & how to rectify it. My phone is become unusabe as i connot say when it will go off.

First, try to reset the phone by pressing the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back. You will not lose data by resetting.

Use the sim tool that came with your phone or a safety pin and just insert it into the hole at the side of the sim tray and push it in and then pull it out. It is no more difficult than that and then just close it again.

Failed calls generally happen when the iPhone is in an area with poor reception. It's loosing connection to the cellular network.
You can try Apple's basic troubshooting suggestions -> http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/calls/
If it does the vibrate till resetting thing again, restore the iPhone.

i Had a simular issue years ago with my blackberry on ATT. As it turned out, my SIM had some issues. I would head over to your carrier and get a free sim replacement. It could be a phone or SW issue, but the Sim is my first guess give my experience

IPhone 5 phone goes off on camera use

Whenever I use a camera with flash, even with battery life around 35% , the phone goes off within 2-3 clicks. As I start it back, battery life is same. My phone is just an year old and this is very often now, is there a solution to this?

Phone goes off after download

I have a problem with my curve 9360. Anytime I try to download the bb world, the phone goes off after the download. Y is this???? I need ur help plz....

I restored it on I tunes as well did something on the phone. The lastest seems to have helped it but I haven't used it much yet! Thanks for the help & I'll let you know!

Earlier comments added goes off while saving PDF with new comments

When I add comments to a PDF file which already has some comments, the earlier comments goes off and only the changes I add gets saved in the PDF file. At the same time in some other system the new comments are added correctly to the file (that is, the earlier comments doesn't go off)

Here is your problem. Every time you open a .doc to Pages it is a new document. When you work on in Pages it is a Pages file and not a .doc file. If you want to work in PAges save the file as the generic .pages and do the export for .doc. Keep that name and next time you Save as Word or export as word in the same location the .doc file will be overwritten with the new one. and you'll only have on .doc file and one .pages file.
If you want only have .doc files don't use Pages.

Sound goes off while playing games.

Some time I face a problem that when i play game like prince of persia, bounce and others, the game sound become turn off after some time playing though the apps tone is on. Any games sound does not on untill the phone get restart. But is does not happend other nokia java phone. ( 2700, c2 checked)
Please solve.

It's possible that the games are not compatible for your phone. We recommend that you download games, apps, themes, etc. from the Nokia Store. This is to ensure its compatibility.

This really isn't normal for a brand new device but don't know what consumer protection status is where you are in the world; it might already be too late to reject it unfortunately. Can only suggest remove memory card (if any) reset device to factory settings and if problem persists seek replacement/repair as appropriate.
